Sonos keeps unpairing my beam gen 2 from sub and surrounds for no reason. I get this image and have to setup the room from scratch each time to get it to work. Does anyone else get this problem?

I have having issues with the Sonos app. When I search for a song/artist-album, for example, Miles Davis… the result will appear in multiple services.  I usually like to play through Spotify, but I can’t get down to Spotify on my list of services. I try to scroll past Amazon and SoundCloud and the app ‘jumps back up to the top. It is super annoying- I can see Spotify as the next service, but the screen jumps back to the top before I can select it. Any ideas?

For the last couple of months every time I start up the Sonos app on my S21 phone, I can’t scroll the My Sonos tab either across to show more radio stations or down to show the BBC Sounds options. Sometimes it allows me to scroll across but not down and other times no scrolling at all.If I press Edit then Done in the Edit screen without changing anything, the scrolling works OK for the time that the app is loaded, but if I close and re-open the app it goes back to not scrolling again. 

I have a pair of Sonos move speakers (bought them versus 1s because I enjoy the flexibility to take them outside in the summer) that are hooked up to my turntable via a port. They work great, but are currently sitting on boxes because I haven't found any decent stands that are meant for them.  Curious if anyone in the community has found a good set of speaker stands that can securely hold them? I know I could wall mount with Sanus but I would ideally want them a bit farther away to get a better sound when I listen to records. 

Afternoon all,Bit confused. Removed a SUB from the kitchen environment and replaced it with a new one. Only reason was the colour! Kitchen redecorated in white and a white sub fitted in more 😀 The (removed) black sub I created a location for in our Hall / Stairs area. That area already has two pairs of B&W CCM 682’s in ceiling … one pair in hall, one pair on landing. Also an existing Sub on landing. Tried to add that and indeed the device was reset and added to the environment. But when I try to add it to a room, only three Amps are visible. Interestingly the new black square Amp’s. The slightly older Connect Amps do not show in the app yet they are S2 compatible. The Hall/Stairs/Landing device is an S2 Connect Amp. Arguably it could benefit from an upgrade to the 125W unit but surely that should show and allow the second Sub to be added to it? Any ideas on that? I’m going to do a full network reset tonight and see if that helps. it’s been a while since it was all rebooted. The S2

I have two rooms next to each other and I'm going to put a Sonos Beam (Gen2 ) in each of those rooms. Each soundbar will be connected to a tv.1.Is it possible to pair the two soundbars and listen to the same music?2.Can I hear what one of the televisions gives on both soundbar at the same time?3.Putting the TV in mute mode, can I listen to music from the app and the TV broadcast continues to play?

I am unable to connect to my Sono Speaker.It loops asking to log back in and eventually it cannot find any device. any idea?I find ridicolous a simple systems is so complicated to set up.

My sonos speakers wont connect to the new apartment wifi that I have. I have tried an ethernet cable, using other wifis that work nearby and my personal hotspot and nothing will work. How can I set it up to the hotspot? 

I am trying to set up my eight Sonos One speakers to play through Alexa. I can see each speaker in the Alexa app, and I have created a Group and added all speakers to it, but whenever I tell Alexa to play music to that Group, only one speaker plays. Also, if I tell Alexa to play music to an individual speaker, a random speaker will play. Has anyone experienced these issues and resolved them? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Can anyone help, please? I brought my Play1 to France on hols. It normally works through my iPad or my iPhone. I can get both to see Sonos Wifi, but then it does not connect. the “System” button in “settings” is greyed out. I have rebooted the router, uninstalled and reinstalled the App, and I am stuck. any ideas, please?

My Five and Play:3 keep disappearing from the controller. I can add them to the system successfully, but then part way through the day or by the next day they’re not in the controller anymore. All software is on the latest version.I also have several Connects throughout the building that aren’t having any issues, so I assume this is wifi settings problem. I’ve had Sonos for years and slowly upgrading to S2 and just bought a Port and tried to connect to a recently bought Naim Supernait 3.unfortunately i get a “feedback hum” when I connect the phono out on the Port to either the stream or AV phono sockets on the supernait (have tried with / without av pass though, as well as line out volume on the app as fixed / variable or pass throughat mo not sure if issue is Sonos end or Naim (will post same question on Naim forum shortly) any suggestions / help ?

Hej, Vi har 2 Arc i huset, som hver er koblet sammen med en sub og 2 stk. one. Pludselig virker surround og sub lyd ikke længere. Vi kan sagtes koble sub’en sammen med andre enheder og så virker det fint. Vi har forsøgt at nulstille både arc og sub, men lige meget hjælper det. Er der andre der har oplevet dette og fået det fikset? Vi har tjekket wifi er aktiv på Arc og surround og sub er slået til.

Unable to connect to RadioApp via the S2 App on my iOS devices.  Means I can’t listen to my local radio stations.  Is it an ad issue?  Updated my phone app 2 days ago.  Am running SONOS via BOOST.  I have multiple devices (i.e. heavily invested) in my SONOS system. 

Trying to fit a Port and One in a tight space. If I place the One directly on top of the Port, there will be plenty of airspace around the units. Will this be ok?  An alternative would be to set the port on its side. Would this be a better option? ta

I’ve had Sonos since the early days, currently at about 29 devices.  About since changing satellite internet providers (Hughes to Starlink), my system has become useless.  The hone app is very slow, and doesn’t find all my rooms.  When I try to play music from my NAS drive or TV audio going into a Connnect or Play:5,  It is “unable to play music”.  I called Sonos CS and they blamed it on satellite internet, telling me how internet dependent Sonos was.  Why is it “internet dependent” for local sources?  I understand that for sources like Tune-In, but why for local sources?  The interaction appears to be wifi-related since logging into my router, it sees all the Sonos devices along with printers, PCs, etc.  If it really is my internet connection, is there a way/device to spoof it into working with my local sources? TIADon, Central VA

I have a question. When listening to music, the sonos app (on my imac) stops the music and tells me that my title (the song) is not correctly or properly coded. It’s been doing that for two days now whatever song is on. Somebody has an idea what is happening?

Hi! I am using playbar and sub with two play 3s as a rear. Movies are  excellent but muaic is lacking. The 3's and sub sound really good but the fact they are behind my seating position puts me in a "inverted" sweet spot. Granted, i do not have the urge to listen to muaic in stereo ofren, but still i like to enjoy it from time to time.What would you do of the folowing:1. Buy a pair of ones and put as rears and.move the play 3s on either side of the tv and use them for.music2. Buy a pair of ones and put them on either side of tv and use them for music3.
