I can play pandora, Spotify, Tunein, but cannot play SiriusXM.At one time it worked sporadically but now not at all.”UNABLE TO BROWS MUSIC.” 

Moved into new house that came with sonos amps and wired speakers. All amp lights were white. I performed factory reset to add to my sonos system, and mute button flashes green with led off. When I press any button, mute button goes off and led is yellow. Continuously tell me me can’t find device. Can’t find the amp that I did not factory reset either. Any suggestions?

The Sonos app is constantly turning on by itself and running in the background. I can choose the option to stop the app once I see the notification that it's running, but it starts again after a brief period of time. Galaxy S22 & 14.18 is the app version.

Recently there seems to be an issue with the S2 Desktop app.  I have tried to fix it with a Sonos Technician (case# 04350051) but they couldn’t fix it, and suggested I try and escalate it for a more advanced investigation. What seems very odd is there is no way to advance and ‘report an issue’ other than calling Sonos, and after spending over an hour yesterday on Sonos chat, some of us just have the time to sit on a phone. Hence why I’m highlighting the issue here.The issue is (and it’s only an issue with S2 Desktop app), whenever rooms are grouped the volume control and mute controls of the grouped rooms often stop working. The only way to get them working is ‘ungroup’ and the individual rooms then have working volume/mute controls.It’s not an IP issue (Sonos tech checked that) and several diagnostic reports sent to Sonos. It’s only on the S2 Desktop app, and only happens when using grouping.  Could this be looked in to and update fix be released. Thanks

Frustrated as I cannot get a clear answer on whether or not Sonos can work with the Starlink router and/or if there is a work around?  I live in a rural area and Starlink is my only hope but Sonos customer help says Sonos does not support satellite internet.  Any help on a way to make this work would be greatly appreciated. 

A little over two weeks ago I took delivery of a new Submini to integrate with my Beam (gen2). Last Friday I started to set up the Submini and immediately had problems. After Inputting my PIN number the SONSO app responded by saying that the PIN I had entered belonged to a different Submini and asked me to check. I double and triple checked both my Serial number and PIN number, which were all being entered correctly. So I tried again many times to be told that my PIN was wrong. So last Friday I emailed SONOS customer service. I heard nothing after 72 hours, so I again emailed SONOS customer services on Tuesday this week and again have heard nothing - not even a “we have received your email and will get back to you in due course.” So I was just trying to see if someone from SONOS could reach out to help? Many thanksKevSkye

I purchased the arc and surround sound 5.1 and an additional speaker... All was good until the electric went then a couple of speakers would not relink I don't know what I have done but I am trying to reconnect the surround sound without success

roam disconnecting when is connected to chargerIf it is working on battery only it seams fine. As soon is connected on charger, for charging and home use, it keeps disconnecting from wifi. All updates are done and other devices works fine on the router. So please , don't me advice to reset router again. It is not fair.

I bought a Play 3 for use around the house. Worked fine when I added it using the old Mac app. Then it dropped off and of course Sonos removed the add unit functionality from the Mac software. I have had to re-load the app on my phone (new phone) but the app reports “Sonos not found on this wifi”. It wouldn’t because I have a Sonos Bridge. My phone cannot find and therefore select the Bridge wifi. My intention was to try and remove the Bridge. and use my tp-link mesh. However, the guides say I need the Bridge removal tool which is in the App! Catch-22.I have Bridge, Soundbar, the subwoofwer, Play 1 x 2, and (optimistically) the Play 3. The S1 app on the IPhone. Can anyone help? 

Diagnostics: 1020127941Hello!So my problem is the following:I have an IKEA symfonisk lamp/speaker. I recently needed to change internet providers so I have a new router. Today I wanted to connect for the first time since that change to my device when I was unable to find it in the system without an Ethernet cable. To be able to connect again through Wi-fi I had to: Reboot my speaker to factory settings Change my SONOS account to a different email.After that and at least 2 hours of troubleshooting I managed to reconnect my speaker to my phone. However, as it is a new account I need to add Spotify. I have tried to connect to it many times but once I finish setting it up on Spotify’s end, I come back to the app at it gives me this “Connection Error” to Spotify and I am unable to add my account. My speaker is currently connected through Wi-fi and is able to play music through the Spotify App but not through Sonos due to this issue.I don’t know what’s happening and what I must’ve done wrong

After a fair months with various issues, the main sources of which being:Wireless DECT baby monitor, replaced with an non DECT one DECT cordless home phones, never used so replaced with a basic phone just for line checks Neighbours mesh hopping networks and sometimes choosing same channel as my Sonos. I spoke with my neighbour who set a permanent channel and it has improved his experience too with their streaming etcI now have a fairly stable Sonosnet, I have also moved a couple of speakers around based on what I have learned over the last few months about causes of interference etc.  Due to this movement I now have a Sonos Boost doing nothing. Hello Sonos Community!I’m reaching out as I’m having a tough time setting up the Sonos system in my house. Here is my setup:WiFi Network: Eero Mesh (version 6.11) setup with one Router downstairs and one identical Router upstairs under a Single network name.Sonos system:Downstairs: Sonos Beam Gen2 + 1 Sonos SL speaker which is wired to Eeros router and accessible on the Sonos S2 app Upstairs: Sonos Arc + 1 Sub + 2 Speakers upstairs which is not wired, but connected over WiFi to the Eero WiFi network. Here is the issues (using the current S2 app)When I’m downstairs, I can see the Beam + SL speaker. When I go upstairs, I need to disconnect WiFi and connect to nearest Eero router where it shows the Upstairs setup alone. Now when I come down, whatever I do I can not access the Beam + SL Speaker. I end up reseting and adding them all again.Very frustrating experience of using Sonos on Eero. I’ve googled enough and checked forums. I must be doing something silly in my Eero setup or Sonos set

Why do my Amazon playlists no longer play?  I have Amazon Prime. They played fine until about a week ago. I’ve even tried just playing music I have actually purchased but can’t even do that. Can you please help me figure this out? I am fairly tech aware but not particularly tech savvy.  

I’m able to connect arc & sub wirelessly and connect via Ethernet for the Sl one but when I try to connect sl one wirelessly it says “ your Sonos one sl couldn’t be connected”  anyone else experienced this issue? I’ve updated Sonos recommended router settings but still doesn’t work!customer service hasn’t been able to help either . 

Recently got an arc + sub gen 3 + two sonos one sl. When I connect my ethernet cable to the sonos and my ethernet switch (not the router). The ethernet cable is blinking orange.I could not complete my setup as wired so I did wireless. Decided to try again today and reading reddit and the sonos community it sounds like I just need to hook up the ethernet cables and sonos would handle everything else. Sonos arc still shows as WM1 while everything else shows WM2. Tried rebooting the arc while wired is plugged in but then the sonos app doesn’t detect the arc as connected anymore and puts all the other devices as WM1 instead of WM2. What am I doing wrong or is my sonos arc faulty? I tried different ethernet wires, existing ethernet wires that are connected to my other devices but no matter what the cable is always blinking orange.  Is there a network router setting I have to disable or enable that’s blocking the sonos arc? I guess I could remain as wireless but it’s a bummer I can’t get wir

Hey all - I have an Arc and a Sub connected to my TV (also as a stand-alone room in the Sonos app). In addition, I have an Amp connected to two in-wall speakers. I can setup the Amp as a second room and it works great, however I’d like to add them all as a single system. I can play Spotify through both rooms at the same time and that works but really I want to be able to play music and the TV through all of them as one. I’ve tried adding them as surround but no sound comes out when I do that. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi.I have just downloaded the S2 App on to my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 to control my Sonos Roam but when I try to launch it the screen just flashes with the yellow start screen.My tab 6 is running Android 12 and is fully up to date.Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to get it to work?For info it all works fine on my S21 Ultra phone.Many thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,I just moved into a new house where there are four in ceiling speakers (two in the kitchen and two in the living room) and a Sonance woofer in the living room (VP85W). I purchased a Sonos Amp and successfully connected the four speakers and they are working great.  Now trying to connect the woofer, since it is a passive one, I got a Nobsound G2 Pro Mono Subwoofer Amplifier and connected it as shown in the attached pictures. When I play music there’s no sound coming from the woofer. I also tried connecting the woofer through the Sonos app and it’s not finding it. What am I missing? Thanks! 

Hi.I gave my daughter my Sonos 5 for her to use but she’s unable to connect to her WiFi.She has tried everything that’s been suggested but still no success. She has even gone back to factory reset but with no joy. All she gets is ‘router not found’ even with an Ethernet cable.What is she doing wrong please? 

Sonos One SL ,Spotify Premium user, Win 11 laptop has Sonos app. Have installed Spotify through Sonos site. When I open Sonos on PC and select Spotify, it sees only Playlists, not songs or podcasts. I can play those through Android mobile. Why not from laptop? 

When trying to play Amazon prime music on my Sonos 1 the Sonos app does not work properly, songs repeat, when clicking on an album for example you cannot select songs now it just plays, it will start playing random songs i.e if you chose Slipknot station Spandau Ballet plays…help

Hi, I recently switched broadband to Shell Energy following a house move.  They supplied a Technicolor DGA0122NLK router. I have two Play 3s.  Music will play perfectly for 5 to 8 minutes before stopping.  Error messages include ‘Song not encoded properly’ and ‘Wi-fi connection unstable’.Are there any other Shell Energy or Technicolor router users who’ve had similar problems and have found a fix? Thanks in advance.
