I have just recently moved to my SONOS system which is superb. I do have one issue as I have a Ray connected to 2 One SL speakers and Trueplay set up.  A couple of times now it goes onto mute.

 

When I tap the Play on the Ray it comes back to life. Any idea why this happens and how do you deliberately set it to mute as I cannot see any instruction to do that?

It might be best to ask this of Sonos. Generate a diagnostic report a few minutes after it next happens. Then contact support, giving them the diagnostic report number. They should be able to tell where the “mute” command originated or why it happened.
