Ever since I implemented Sonos voice control, Alexa no longer works.

 

Sonos voice control is inadequate, in my opinion, so I would really like to reactivate Alexa.

is Alexa permanently inoperable after you implement Sonos voice?

Alexa will repeat my command, but no music will play.

Sonos Voice Control can be used at the same time as Amazon Alexa. Try removing and re-adding Alexa in the Sonos app and deleting and re-installing the Sonos skill in the Alexa app.

I’ve tried these suggestions. 
Same problem

 

Alexa responds saying she will play my asked for music,  but nothing happens.
