Hi,I’ve two parallel systems - S1 app running some ZP80s and Gen 1 Play 3s, and S2 app for Move 2, Play 5 Gen 2 and Roam.  I have a Move 1 which its just easier to have on the S1 app but tonight the S1 app is now stuck in an update loop; “requires update”, click “not now” and just goes back to the list of zones with the Move showing the spanner and “Needs update”.  It’s also occasionally looping a screen telling me all my devices are S2 compatible and suggesting I open the S2 app to control them.  That’s obviously wrong and will end up bricking my ZPs and probably my Gen 1 Play 3s.  Not sure why this suddently started happening.  Any ideas gratefully received ThanksDave

First issue you don't have a category for Beam 2 on you user group signup!Second issue, I have my TV mounted on an arm so that I can move it, and I can't find a speaker mount that fits the Beam 2, and ideas?Beginning to regret buying Beam 2 - I have purchased and returned SANUS and other brands, they claim to to have a universal bracket but it doesn't fit. a and SANUS support is appalling' nah sorry non-existent.

Upgrading from Beam to Arc. Do I need to remove the Beam from my system first?

I am trying to connect my new UGREEN NAS to SONOS. After typing in the NAS path and folder the following message appears:The computer (path name)refused to let the SONOS product connect to it.How can I overcome this problem.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Rudolf

Hi everyone,I am ready to push the button on a home theatre setup involving the Arc Ultra / ERA 100’s and a Sub.Currently I have an LG Soundbar which has 2 HDMI inputs. I connect my Panasonic UB9000 directly to it for audio as it shows zero lip sync issues from any source.I have a 65 inch LG G5 TV.My full connected devices would be:Sky QApple TVXBOX Series XPanasonic UB9000Now I know that from my UB9000 I would have to then send Audio/Video to the TV HDMI, and the Arc to my eARC HDMI and let the TV do all the work.My issues before buying are mostly with SKY Q and how well this works.Ideally I need to know whether with my setup I am likely to get any Lip Sync issues, and also… I don’t really want the sound coming through my rear speakers when watching standard TV.Any advice would be appreciated.

I have an arc ultra, sub four and two era 300s that comprise my home theater surround system. As near as I can tell I should not need to add anything else, but I am wondering if I can.The other thing I’m wondering about is can I take two era 100s Into an adjacent room for the purposes of listening to music or will that conflict with my surrounding system since the second room is very close to my surround system?

Chatgpt says they are gone with the ‘new’ app?? What? I can force them to appear when adding songs … but how on earth do I navigate to them… wonderful ux… gosh 

Well, I bought into this SONOS system and it used to work awesome.  Now, it’s crap. Now I have all of these components and they're all as good as paperweights now.  I cannot get this BS system to work anymore for anything.  I have submitted diagnostics, well when the system will allow me to anyways, most the times I cannot even submit diagnostics because I can't connect to it or it just simply won’t let me.  I'm so frustrated with this system.  I have speakers in every room of my house and I sure wish I could control them.  My speakers drop off, one room will play one thing while the rest of the house is on something else or just gone.  I've spent time with the techs on the phone.  I've had to go to every single piece of equipment and unplug it and plug it back in. I just want to listen to music in my house but I guess I put all my money into the wrong system.  Anyone have a better system they are using now cause I'm ready to throw thousands of dollars away to get music in my house.  S

The Sonos Port is designed to be connected to external audio devices, it is the sole purpose of this device. Those external audio devices are likely to add latency due to audio processing. It makes no sense to expect users to remove audio processing just to have the port be able to almost be in sync with other sonos devices in the house.  To resolve this, the sonos port should have negative delay.   This is how I believe it should work. Obviously adding negative (future) delay is impossible. When a Sonos Port is configured with a negative delay of say 60ms, and it is joined into a group with other Sonos devices, the OTHER devices should have a positive delay of 60ms added to them, which would allow the port to be in sync with the entire group.  When the Sonos Port is removed from the group, they would remove that added positive delay. I know this has been discussed in other topics which are all closed now, but this device really takes a hit when it can’t function with a good chunk of A

Anyone else getting this? When you click the play triangle, it shows the square stop for a moment (which shows when it’s playing), and then goes back to the play triangle. The infinite mix channels are fine, but Live on 1 and Live on 2 are not working.

So I been having this issue where Spotify will not play properly it will skip or stutter ect continually, I have contacted support and told its WiFi issues, then something else and now this see below, so my question is When will this is be resolved? 

How can I connect my Beam to a windows computer having an S/PDIF audio socket?

I almost only play Applemusic on my Sonos. I prefer to use AirPlay because to me it seems that if I play directly from the Sonos app, my plays are not registered in Apple Replay. Recently played songs are not listed in Apple Musics recently played list.  Neither can I see my songs played in stats.fm Does anybody know if there is a way to register that? I would like to play from the Sonos app but I will not lose my “history” by doing that.  K.R. John

Hi-How can I connect my audio-technical AT-LP60 to my Sonos beam (which is also connected to two Sonos 1)? 

Some of my Sonos speakers don’t show volume sliders in the app and it’s driving me crazy. Audio plays fine and grouping works, but I can’t control volume for some of my speakers. It always ends up that one volume slider remains, while the rest disappear. And this on al my devices, they even show the same volume sliders grayed out.What I’ve already tried: All speakers are on the same 5GHz network, same AP Disabled AP isolation, client isolation - no change Turned off WiFi band steering - no change Played with IGMP snooping settings on my switches - still broken No multicast rate limiting configured Speakers have static IPs assigned Wireshark shows that all speakers are communicating, on both IGMP and SSDP. Even the ones that don’t show the volume sliders. The only thing that works is restarting my router, but even then the problem always returns. I currently use a Marantz NR1200 as my amp and am looking to add an element of surround sound to my tv set up. I was hoping to add the Sonos Ultra arc to give me a more cinematic experience. Will the Sonas Ultra arc be compatible with my existing amp???

Would a pair of Era 100s be enough for a space this size, or should I go with a single Sonos Five to get better depth in a "tighter" acoustic environment?Connectivity: Since the cabin is essentially a metal box, I assume the WiFi signal from my main house will be weak.
