Beautiful, sturdy headphones. The case is excellent. They're intuitive to use and have excellent sound quality, even for an inexperienced ear like mine. The only thing I'm not so thrilled with right now is that the earcups make me sweat over time and cause some problems when wearing glasses: the earcups press hard, causing the arms to shift into an unnatural position and making it difficult to put my glasses back in place.I haven't tried other headphones from the same family yet to see if I'd have the same problem with competing headphones.So I can say I'm very happy with my purchase: they're just a stone's throw away from excellence.

From yestwrday my S1 system refuses to play soundcloud songs and say that all are encoded inccorrctly. Anyone else experiencing this? Last time I had trouble with Soundcloud service it was a failure with the plugin.. and was fixed centrally.All other services are working fine!Thanks in advance! Are

I had my Sonos Arc Soundbar receive commands for Hunter Douglas shade operation.  Alexa still responses to commands but in Alexa is completely silent during operation, no sounds.  It had been working for years but suddenly a couple weeks ago it remains silent.  It’s nice to here the activation sound, not hearing it I don’t know if the command was received.

We have a play 5 and seem to be struggling to get sound through to when connected to the pro Ject turntable. We have set to line in, no sound coming out, all seems ok on the app but can’t seem to control via app. The turntable works but no sound

Hi,I’ve just purchased a Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB Turntable and Sonos Era 100 ‘bundle’ - set up this afternoon with no issues and everything’s working, however…The volume is really low (especially when compared to streaming music) I’ve adjusted all the settings, Line-In set to 10, volume limit off etc. but it’s just too quiet!Am I missing something obvious, or does anyone have any other suggestions?Thanks,

Hi, I have a Sony KD-AG965 I bought a Sonos Arc Ultra today. It will not connect to the tv no matter what I try, I have done all the trouble shooting things I can find online. Full reset, power cycles of both, HDMI cable change, Bravia Sync off and power off etc. The tv know there is something connected to HDMI eARC but then I go to set up it can’t play a sound nor will the app detect a CEC connection. Just says CEC not connected.Anyone had these issues?my next options are to try the bar on another TV and another bar on my TV.

Also I’m new in Sonos, so perhaps I missed something…I’ve spent a small fortune in my living room set up with an Arc, a Sub and two Era 300. After that I was anxious to test Dolby Atmos music, so I replace Spotify first to Apple and then to Amazon music. First shock, when I realised that AirPlay is not able to play in Dolby qality, so the Sonos app use is now mandatory if you want to get all the features you pay for… and then a nightmare starts:You can’t play next or previous song from the blocked screen of your phone. Now I have to unlock the mobile every time I want to change a song. That’s not the way I used to play music before! You can’t change the volume with the mobile buttons. And it’s even more annoying as it’s a common need when you’re listening music. Songs jump when I’m using Apple Music through the Sonos app. Not always, but every 20 or 40 minutes you have a glitch. Since the update to macOS Tahoe I have been unable to connect to the Mac Sonos app. I have re-installed the app but that has made no difference. I spoke with an agent on  Sonos chat and he said as the update had only just happened that might be the reason. I thought that’s why Apple released beta versions  so cos could sort out any problems prior to the general release. It’s working fine on my iphone that was updated at the same time

I’m confused about the benefit of a wired connection. Past products created their own private wireless (mesh) networks should any Sonos supporting product be hardwired. Great, but new products don’t use or have that feature. So, what are they doing now talking wired/wireless? They still reference ‘first-wired product’ as the point where the system will utilize wired. Okay, so let’s say the soundbar gets cabled with two 100 surrounds and a sub remaining wireless. The HDMI/TosLink input may be decoded at that device (soundbar) where respective Dolby channels are sent  back to the WiFi router then to wireless devices - all in sync. The ‘first’ product must have considerable traffic receiving packets and sending packets while others basically receive only.However, they say you can wire  ‘any’ product in the system which makes no sense why a down-line sub or rear would lighten LAN traffic. Sure, 100’s can play music or a line input in stand-alone but can they decode and distribute a Dolby i

Hi everyone.I'm building a Sonos system for my TV room. The TV is large (a 77-inch OLED Panasonic), but the room is quite small (about 13 square meters). Initially, I wanted to limit myself to just the Arc Ultra soundbar, but then, after researching online, I became curious about adding a pair of Era 300s.I tried moving the sofa about 20 cm away from the back wall, and I think I could fit the pair of Era 300s in this space (between the wall and the sofa), on their dedicated stands. It's not ideal for the room's design, but at least, since they're not wall-mounted, everything is reversible. So, to my question: the room is small, and I'm not looking for realistic explosions and extreme bass: could a system like the one described work very well, or would the overall sound be unbalanced, with a sort of "hole" in the low-frequency region? To be clear, would I be building a castrated system?My problem isn't budget, but rather a concern about not saturating a rather small space.Thanks, Robert

The apple music interface in the new software has been getting better.One thing I would like updated is the Music by Mood Playlist selection list.  Unfortunately, each playlist starts with the words “Apple Music…” and they way it is implemented- this is all you see!  The actual playlist name (eg. “Apple Music Wellbeing”) isn’t shown- so you have to click into the list to actually see what each list’s full name is.It would be an improvement if Apple could filter out the name “Apple Music “ in the list of playlists displayed in the main Apple Music/Music by Mood list- and instead just show the name after this text.  

Hi All,I fear there is no solution to this but I’m hoping someone has a good idea. I have a playbar with a connected sub and surround speakers. No matter what I try… the Nintendo Switch 2 will only output to stereo which is super disappointing. I’ve tried to set the tv to passthrough the audio signal but no luck there. Screenshot below of the petulant screen displayed by the Nintendo. Appreciate an old soundbar but it’s been solid for a decade and works great with the PS5!  

Hi, I have a problem with playing Apple Music Chill recently. Everything from Apple Music works just great, only Apple Music Chill radio won’t play and the app shows message the It’s not encoded correctly.Everything others plays with no problem.I tried to reauthorized the Apple Music, delete it and add it again etc.Strange is that all other stations plays with no problem and I doubt that Apple is encoding that one station differently then the others.Any idea? Thanks, Jakub 

Hi  I’ve been trying to add YT Music to Sonos S1 app but I’m getting Connection Error.  I’ve tried multiple times, logged out from the app and logged in again, uninstalled the Sonos S1 app and installed again.  Nothing helped.  I have other services added, Sverige Radio, Spotify, SoundCloud andd TuneIn.  Please advise how to resolve adding the YT Music service.Rgrds://Ingvaldur

I’m using a Sonos Era 100 stereo pair connected via Bluetooth to a Google TV 4K streamer. I’m really impressed with the sound quality, but there’s an issue — the audio sometimes stutters, as if the left and right speakers momentarily hiccup. It feels like a plane gliding smoothly but suddenly hitting air turbulence. This happens about once every 5–10 minutes.Is there any way to fix this?no issue with wifi streaming, 

I’ve been a loyal Sonos user for years. Two or three years ago, everything worked flawlessly — I could ask Alexa to play music, group rooms instantly, and enjoy a reliable system that just worked.Now, it feels like a never-ending battle just to get sound playing. Speakers constantly drop or need to be re-paired. Alexa almost never works — I keep getting “station not found” or similar messages — so I always have to open the app manually to start music. Even then, certain speakers show up while others disappear and then reappear minutes later.I’ve spent hours trying every fix I can find online: rebooting the router, reinstalling the Sonos app, re-pairing speakers, resetting Alexa, rebooting devices, toggling between my regular Wi-Fi and 5G network… nothing provides lasting stability.It’s incredibly frustrating that a system that once felt bulletproof has become this unreliable. I really hope Sonos acknowledges the ongoing connectivity and app instability issues, because longtime customer

Hi everyone,I’m trying to decide between the Sonos Arc and Beam Gen 2. I can get both for roughly the same price (Arc is actually €50 cheaper), and I’m finding it hard to choose.A bit about my setup: TV: 65″ with HDMI eARC Room: Medium-sized living room Use: Mostly Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, movies, and music Here are the two options I’m thinking about: Beam Gen 2 + Era 100 pair + Sub Mini Arc standalone bar and later add  Sub Gen4 Arc + Sub Gen 3 or 4 now, and maybe add Era 100/300 as rear speakers later I’m looking for good movie immersion, clear dialogue, and solid music performance without going overboard.Given my TV and room size, would you go Arc now or Beam + surrounds? Any advice or real-world experience would be super helpful!Thanks!Ashu

Hey everyone! 👋 As some of you may have noticed earlier this week, Spotify lossless is now available oncompatible Sonos devices.First, you need to enable lossless in the Spotify app. You can read how to do that here on Spotify's own page. Once that is done, connect to a Sonos speaker and activate lossless by adjusting the audio quality, once you are connected to a speaker that will enable it, as seen in the GIF below.   You now have lossless on Sonos! Keep in mind, as shown in the GIF, you will have to skip to the next song before lossless is enabled.Note: This setting is system wide. Once you have enabled it on one Sonos speaker, the rest will have lossless enabled as well. Enjoy, and let us know what you think! Mike H Quick note since a few people asked. As long as your speakers are running the latests software version Spotify lossless is supported. If they are on S1, then it sadly isn't supported.
