My Sonos system is getting along with my SMB NAS now. Except one album out of 2000 is showing up wrong! Below you can see that Sonos shows two copies of the same album, although of course there is only one. And (much worse!) that “album” only has one song listed, even though there are 20 on that album.  Looking at the tags there isn’t anything odd about that album. Ideas? The single song​​​​​​the album shown twice 

Please see the images of our living room area, Era 300’s were placed on floor behind Sofa on floor stands, made room look untidy, cramped for space and cables etc Previously had Play 1’s mounted in bookcase on virtually empty shelves thes were less intrusive and better for general music, was persuaded to upgrade to Era 300’s whilst great for Atmos and movies, placement in middle of room is not great for music. Have played around with having them slightly higher and wall mounted and generally happy with sound. Just need some advice on best position to mount as rear left is in a corner and rear right slightly more open location. Aware Trueplay will deal with most of issues. Should I mount at 2m above floor leaving only 40 cm from top of speaker to ceiling so will need to mount upside down. Should they be flat against wall or angled in at approx 45 degrees?TV and Arc in process of being wall mounted, desk size reduced and Sofa moving back about 1/2M  System Sub Gen 3Arc UltraEra 300 pair 

Hello,I have a sonos arc ultra + sub mini + 2 era 100 as surrounds. I have a problem when I recalibrate the system if trueplay has already been done once. The sweeps are very loud and almost unbearable. I have to do a hard reset (and link the sub and the era 100) before performing trueplay again. By now it is the only way i found to perform trueplay at a bearable volume.Is it a normal behaviour for the arc ultra or do i miss something ? I use an iPhone se with advanced trueplay.Moreover, if i perform simple trueplay on my android Phone, the sweeps are also very loud and the switch on/off for trueplay does not appear, even if trueplay finished without error.

App tells me that I keep needing to update network, even after I do it and it’s verified, it tells me I am not connected 

Since Sonos update in February 4 out of my 6 x Sonos Connects now only play on very low (almost inaudible) volume.Anybody else with this issue or any solution found for the problem?

I have recently stopped using Napster as my music source and have started using Amazon Music . My subscription to Amazon Music is the Standard - Individual at £9.99 per month.Using the Sonos app I am unable to select artists or tunes I enter - no selections can be found. I can play generic music so I know my Sonos speakers are OK.My question is should I be able to select what I want to hear with my Amazon Music Standard - Individual subscription (as I could with Napster) or do I need to upgrade my Amazon subscription to a more expensive option.

After a lot of frustrations and a lot of troubleshooting I have finally got my network and Sonos playing nicely. I run a Cisco enterprise network at home. I have a SL speaker in my garage I want to run 24/7/365 but that never works. After a couple days the music stops, I go the app and tap play and away it goes again. Why does it just quit playing music?

Just an update to a previously reported issue Duplicate album names queued together | Sonos Community.  I have this album on my music library (apologies for some of the titles, but that’s the way it is): File list for album tracksThe album is listed three times in the controller: Selecting any one of the duplicate titles shows only one track: These results are the same on the Windows, Android, and web controllers.  I reindexed before collecting this info. I should add that queueing any one of the duplicate titles only adds one track to the queue. I emailed this info to Sonos support.Moderator Note: Removed and recorded case number

When playing a podcast in bbc sounds the queue is back to front so old episodes keep playing. Has anyone found a fix to this? 

Hi everyone. Just a quick question. I watch streaming channels Netflix, Disney, etc through a 4k Apple tv connected to my Sonos system, arc, 2 era 300's, sub mini. When I am not listening to Dolby Atmos it normally shows on the sonos app as pcm multichannel 5.1, I have found setting  it to Dolby digital 5.1 on the Apple box sounds louder & clearer but they recommend the other. Would be very interested in your thoughts & help. Many thanks.

It is weird to have the Mac app’s view of the Sonos Favorites (beloved, correct) and the iOS app’s view of the Sonos Favorites (graphic-heavy, weird, unc) so very different. But I have a very, very simple way out of this mess. In the iOS app settings, there should be a setting:Sort By:( ) Alphabetical( ) RecencyTa-daaa! Everyone gets what they want. 

I have Sonos Era 300 and Roam 2 in my little bedroom. I take Roam 2 when I travel. The new speaker Sonos Play 2026 seems good. I am thinking to buy one more Sonos speaker. Someone said buy another Era 300, but my room is really small though I can still put it in. So now I am really hesitating buy another Era 300 to make pair or buy new Sonos Play? I do have Samsung 11.2 soundbar in my living room. So I don’t need any speaker in living room. I also have 1 Bose portable smart speaker in my bedroom. So currently 3 smart speakers in my bedroom, 2 Sonos and 1 Bose. Plus 1 XiaoMi smart speaker in my ensuite bathroom. Those speakers can play same music via airplay/airplay 2. But only Ear 300 support Dolby Amos. If Sonos Play 2026 support it as well. Then my next speaker purchase definitely is Play. But unfortunately Sonos Play 2026 is not support Dolby atmos. As you know my bedroom is small. So could you please make recommendation buy Era 300 or Play 2026? Many Thanks.

Please allow a future integration with home assistant by allowing the sonos speakers to work as satalites for Home Assistant.  Or integrate sonos voice to communicate with home assistant. It just makes sense that this is on the pipeline for updates. I like many others are well invested in the sonos ecosystem, with speakers in every room. , its just annoying having to run sonos, alexa and have a separate satellite for HA.  With sonos voice being the most non-cloud friendly,I thought you would pair well with HA. I hope this gives food for thought and I hope to see some sort of improved integration with HA in the future. Help male smart homes smarter 😄 Thanks Dave

HiThere seems to be a lot of conflicting information about which Sonos speakers play lossless and also how to tell.  I have the following set up: Play:1 and One paired in one roomPlay:1 and One paired in second roomEra 100 in another room  Will any of these play lossless? If so, how do I make sure it happens or is it automatic?I always play directly from the Sonos app with integrated Apple Music thanks  

I am strongly considering purchasing the new Sonos Play. I first need to know if this speaker can be used in combination with the Sonos Beam (Gen 2) that is currently being used for my TV. Or can the Move 2 do this?

One of the things that I really about Mac is being able to seamlessly select a Sonos speaker from Control Center to enjoy better audio than my MacBook Pro provides.  That has worked well until yesterday.Now when I select a Sonos speaker (in this case an Era 100), audio works for 1-2 seconds and then it stops.  The speaker still appears in Control Center and I can adjust the volume slider, but there’s no audio.I think I’ve narrowed down the issue.  Yesterday I installed a Sonnet 10GbE Thunderbolt adapter.  When that’s plugged in, I run into the issue with audio to the Sonos cutting off.  If I unplug the adapter, the audio works as expected.What’s the solution?  

I bought 10k worth of Sonos and now none of the Move 2’s stay connected for more than a day.  I call support daily and they have no fixes.  They say it is WiFi related because that places the blame on someone else. I don’t buy it.  Before I spend 10k on another solution and take joy in burning my Sonos equipment and posting on YouTube+ I wonder if others have recommendations.

I am trying to connect a stereo pair of Sonos era 100 to rega turntable with rega pre amp and Sonos line in cable. When I play as pair sound coming from non line in speaker only. Can have them playing together as a group but not stereo pair.  Sonos technical team not yet been able to resolve.  Have tried changing both to 2.4ghz. Unpair then repair. Tried changing autoplay, delay, factory reset.  Line in showing as right speaker, have read this may be issue and needs to show as left, cannot change this setting though.  Anyone got any new ideas? 

Hello there!I need your advice on where to place my new Era 300 on the back of my couch.After some reading I would place them where the green “Xs” are on the picture. Please disregard the crazy red circles.They are both:- 1.5mt from the floor (about 5ft)- 1.2mt from the ceiling (4ft)- 2mt from each end of the couch (6.5ft)- 1mt back from the couch (3.2ft)What do you guys think?Cheers from Italy! 

I think the answer to the question that I am asking is “No” but just in case someone has found a solution, I wanted to ask anyway.I enjoy listening to college baseball on the weekends while I am doing chores and working outside.  Is thee a way to connect my iPhone 16 Pro (as it plays my Varsity app) to my Sonos so I can listen throughout the house and my garage?  Now, here is the hard part.  I have the Gen 1 Sonos bridge.I really do not want to drop $500 on a new product from Sonos as my current system still works fine.  Feel free to laugh at me and make fun of me but I am hoping someone has a solution.
