Certain song in the playlist is throwing access error when manually selecting it, cant even load the artist profile. But the same song seems to play while during playlist shuffle. I see that there are similar posts in the past regarding this issue on YouTube premium family accounts. Is it still the case? Is Sonos gonna fix it?

I’m getting a message on my MacBook that the Sonos app will soon need to be upgraded because support for apps built for the Intel processors are being phased out. I have Sonos app version 17.2 and MacOS 26.4.1. Is a newer version of the Sonos app available?

I’ve just seen on my Mac (running Tahoe 26.4.1) that the version of Sonos app I have on my computer will not open in future release of MacOS. Running Sonos S2 version 17.2. (the message directs me to an apple website to learn how to update to Apple Silicon version).I wondered if there will be a solution going forward or is this the end of the app for MacOS?  

Hi everyone,I’m planning to use two Sonos Era 300 speakers as surrounds in an open-plan living room, behind my sofa. (right below where the Bose speaksers are today). The tv will be above the fireplace with the ultra arc below it.Because of the room layout, the best available position (in my opinion) is high on the wall, just below a low ceiling beam/soffit, behind the left and right corners of the sofa. They will be close to the ceiling—definitely within 60 cm / 2 ft.Should I mount the Era 300 speakers inverted (upside down) or upright in this position?They will be used as surrounds with a Sonos home-theater setup (ultra ARC and sub gen 4 )I understand the ideal surround position is closer to ear height, but wall mounting them high is the only practical option in this room. Sirius channels are misidentified in the app this morning. Ch73 60’s gold shows undefined Cincinnati Reds w the logo Channel 73 60’s Gold???  Other channels have the same misidentified issue pointing to other Sirius channels.

Has anyone else noticed that the headphones sound bad when you turn off ANC? The EQ changes. I sometimes turn it off to make the battery last longer, but the sound eventually becomes unbearable.

Posting here because I'm out of options through normal support channels and hoping someone from Sonos or the community can help.I ordered a bundle (Arc, Sub, 2x300 ERA’s) and decided to cancel the SUB  before the order shipped. The SUB was cancelled before anything went out — but I was still billed the full amount, SUB included.That was back on July 15, and I still don't have my money back.Since then I've:Called support multiple times Sent multiple emails Been told every single time that it "takes 10–15 business days"That window has come and gone more than once now, and nothing has actually happened. I’ve kind of given up but in one last ditch attempt to nail this I’m going to describe my problem and see if i’m missing something stupid.So trying to add a Music Library to SONOS using the Android App (S2 - Build 88.00.43)The library lives on an Asustor AS5202T NAS driveIt’s in a public share //AS5202T-852D/Public/Music with login and passwordI can access the share from my laptop. I can also access it on the Android Phone using “My Files” and selecting Network Storage, picking it from available Network drives and entering the login/password credsThe Android phone is on the same network as the NAS (hence why it can see the share in “My Files”When I try and add the folder on the app i get an error that the share is no longer available.I’ve tried with the share name and with the IP, same issue for both. Triple tripe checked login and password are correct and re-validated that by disconnecting my PC connection and re-authenticating with the same creds and they work. I’ve configured the NA

My system just picked up the Amazon service changes. However, the Desktop app has an empty “Collections” section at the root of the object tree. Mobile shows Library / Explore Podcasts / User Playlists which I assume is correct.

Since installing the MacOS Golden Gate Beta, the Sonos app will not find the system.Firewall is off, so the only help in the Sonos app about that is of no effect.I know the app is vintage anyway, but has anyone worked out how to get out working?I know everyone will say use the web app, but it’s crap. Hi , I have connected the Sonos Port to the enterprise network. However, after connecting the Sonos Port, the corresponding switch port is going into a disabled state. The IT team has raised the following questions: Is the Sonos Port supported on an enterprise network?Does the Sonos Port send or support BPDU? Could you please help us troubleshoot this issue and advise on the required switch configuration or any other network settings that may be needed?

So I changed by gateway router which wants to run a different 192.168.x.x. subnet from the previous one. New gateway router is also the DHCP server. Every device on my network picked up a new IP address within 5 minutes except every one of my Sonos devices, The Sonos app simply told me I had nothing configured, and suggested having to go through a very laborious process to reconfigure each Sonos speaker again. No way. As it turns out, a simple power-cycle of each speaker solved the problem immediately but this is not how a DHCP client is supposed to behave. Problem solved but maybe this is useful for somebody else. 

Has anyone ever successfully requested reward redemption for those that are a part of the C Space Survey research? I put in a request about a month ago and despite repeated messages sent to moderators have not had any reply. There was also a survey from a couple weeks ago that was supposed to end with a gift card by the end of 8/14 and now that has come and go without a peep. There is one entry in these boards where it’s assured the whole C Space process is legitimately from Sonos, but now with this lapse in reward redemption I’ve wondering if it is. Anyone? Thanks.

XGIMI Horizon Ultra + Sonos Arc Ultra: Dolby Atmos stuttering with 30 m AOC HDMI cableThe idea was to create a home cinema with a decent projector and decent sound, including Dolby Atmos.The projector is an XGIMI Horizon Ultra, and for the sound system I have two Sonos Era 100s and a Sonos Arc Ultra.The difficulty with this setup is connecting the projector and the Arc without having a visible cable running across the room. The projector is on the back wall, while the Arc is on the opposite side of the room. The only way to hide the cable is to run it through a lowered ceiling and the technical room.I estimated the required cable length to be around 19 meters. To be safe, I decided to order a 30-meter HDMI AOC (Active Optical Cable) that is eARC-certified. Since the cable is optical, I assumed the additional 10 meters wouldn't be an issue.However, before installing the cable behind the wall/ceiling, I tested it in my living room. Sonos Amp + REL T/9x – two standby issuesI’m using the current Sonos Amp (125 W/channel) with a REL T/9x.I’m experiencing two separate problems that seem to be related to the Sonos Amp going into standby / the way the subwoofer signal is handled.1. LFE / RCA connectionWhen using the RCA SUB OUT from the Sonos Amp to the REL LFE input: With music, the REL wakes up normally even at relatively low volume. With TV, the REL often stays in standby at the same listening volume. I have to increase the volume considerably before the REL wakes up. Once it wakes up, it works normally. This makes me wonder whether the Sonos Amp's subwoofer output level is different during TV playback or is simply too low at low listening levels to reliably trigger the REL's auto-wake threshold.2. I checked the forums and didn’t find anything that wasn’t 3+ years old or the solution was to just play music through Sonos app.  this is recent but surrounds do not work when playing Apple Music through the tv. It works with movies or other content but music app has stopped working in the last couple months.  suggesting that I only have surrounds if it’s played through Sonos app is unacceptable. It worked fine before for atmos or any other format. 

New Sonos ERA 100 units.  Linksys mesh network and 450Mb internet.  Sonos units via 5gHz to either main node or child node.Absolute Radio played either by Alexa (worse results somehow) or Sonos assistants.  Service starts and then will randomly drop for 5-10 seconds, or give up entirely.  Using the Sonos VA, an advert will be inserted into the dropped stream.Sonos support say that there is no issue with my network and that it must be Rayo dropping the stream - but if so, how come others haven’t mentioned it.Any suggestions gratefully received!

Hi,Just bringing up the ongoing lack of Google Assistant (and now Gemini) support on Sonos in Poland. It’s no longer just a minor issue—it’s a real dealbreaker. I don’t even need Polish language support; English would be completely fine.Because of this regional block, my smart home integration is basically useless. I love how Sonos sounds, but I’m seriously considering replacing my entire home audio architecture with a brand where voice assistants actually work.Are there any updates on this? I use 2 Sonos Era 100 connected via the Sonos Line-In adaptor to my Macbook.I use my Sonos as the primary sound output for my Macbook. When there is no sound output from my machine for a while, and then e.g. a Calendar Reminder notification sound plays, these sounds often don’t play through my Era 100s as there must be a “wake” time which is longer than the sound plays for.As a result I find I am often late for meetings etc as the reminder noises aren’t playing & catching my attention 😅.I notice this also when playing a video/song through my mac after a period of no sound output, it will miss the first second or two of audio, I can deal with that, but the lack of audible meeting reminders is a frustration. Is there any workaround for this anyone has discovered?AI suggested to have my mac volume on max all the time to avoid the Eras going to low power mode, which I do, but that doesn’t seem to help.I’ve contemplated writing a script to play an extremely quiet (hopefully non-annoyin
