Bonjour, Dans un environnement professionnel, je dispose de 5 Roam2. Tout marchait plutôt bien. Un jour sans prévenir (je suppose depuis la MaJ) rien ne fonctionne correctement. Sur mon application Sonos je ne vois plus que 3 Roam alors que sur la version ordinateur je vois 5 Roam.J’ai racheté une nouvelle Roam car une est HS au bout de 1 an. Il m’est impossible de la configurer sur le réseau privé, erreur de configuration ou erreur de connection avec le serveur de mise à jour. J’ai redémarré mon système wifi mais toujours non fonctionnel. avez-vous une idée d’où cela pourrait venir ? Je trouve vraiment ce système nul, je m’arrache les cheveux. merci

Hello, I have passive speakers that I use to listen to stereo music and for television. I want to integrate them completely into my Sonos ecosystem. (voice control using my Sonos Era 100 for switching on, off, volume adjustment...) I want to buy an amplifier connected to a Sonos Port that my system appears in the sonos application as a real Sonos speaker. I read in the instructions that it was possible to use the Sonos Port to adjust the volume of the amplifier using the "pass-Trough" function. I see on many forums that many people have problems with this function.  Do you have a list of amplifiers compatible with the "pass-Trough" function of the Sonos port?Thanks

Bonjour,J' ai une enceinte Sonos move et l'autre jour j' ai pris mon téléphone pour la déconnecté mais elle a émis plusieurs bruits de sons système ( sûrement de mon téléphone) alors que la manip est assez rapide à faire pour l'éteindre avec le téléphone , mon enceinte a émis au moins 8 ou 10 bruits de son système. Mon téléphone est toujours en sonnerie et le bruit des touches étaient sûrement activé. Et je ne crois pas avoir entendu la petite musique que l'enceinte fait quand elle s'éteint. This morning my book of experiences with Sonos opened a new chapter. After I had to learn painfully that Sonos does not offer any repairservice centrally, I visited a licensed Sonos Dealer in the City of Braunschweig Germany. Even there, in a dealership with top noche service for repairs, the skilled dealers technicians refused to even accept to try to repair the Sonos speaker. I am just wondering how Sonos managed to maintain their reputation with such a customer orientation. My question is if anyone has an idea if the is some place where a only 4 year old speaker could tbe a least inspected for a possible repair solution.Thanks

I have been waiting since the release of the new feature to disable SonosNet for the toggle to appear in my app. No luck so far, but when I check in play.sonos.com, in System Details, besides the S2 speakers, my old Boost is listed as well. Does anyone know how to remove this S1 device, so there is a possibility to finally get the option to disable SonosNet? 

HiSince 2013 I have been a happy Sonos user - until the amateurish app update May 2024. Luckily I had automatic AppStore and Sonos system updates switched off by then and have managed to stay on the S2 app (gold), which for me worked perfectly.However, last week, in my naivety I took the plunge and upgraded my app + system to latest versions.Now indexing my local library (living on a Synology NAS) takes forever - if it works at all. If I use the Windows app (gold), it works like a charm - as fast as the older S2 (gold) app used to.Since 2013 I never had an issue indexing my local library, but that seems to have been destroyed by the new app/system updates.Does anybody experince the same when local library indexing, and can anybody explain why this is happening?I could downgrade to S1 as all my speakers are S1 compatible - but then I’d have to remain from buying new Sonos units as they will not be compatible with S1, to avoid 2 systems.

My cable remote wont function when my sonos Ray device is plugged in, is there a work around?i cant change channels with the remote until i disconnect my sonos ray device

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone has seen this before because we've reached the point where we've exhausted most of the obvious troubleshooting.This is a commercial installation at a shop.System:4 x Era 100 Sonos S2 All speakers on the latest firmware All on the same WiFi network Cisco Meraki enterprise WiFi Same VLAN Same subnet Same APThe issue:Every speaker works perfectly on its own.Any combination of 2 speakers will group and play correctly.As soon as I add a third speaker to the group, the Sonos app shows all speakers grouped and playing, but only the first two actually output audio. The speaker added last is always silent.I've now installed a fourth speaker and the behaviour is identical. I can only ever get audio from two grouped speakers, regardless of which speakers I choose.Another symptom is that when the system is in this failed state, the two speakers that are playing will occasionally stutter or briefly stop and start.Things we've already checked:Factory reset all speakers

I have a Sonos Ray and a Samsung tv (with no optical port). I also watch TV through a Roku stick. I purchased an adapter to connect it all but when I turn my TV off for the night, then come back the next morning. I don’t get any sound from the soundbar. What can I do?

I am looking to improve my current Sonos setup; I use the current setup within my games room for entertainment so I can stream music from YouTube, or Apple Music (I appreciate that the quality is dependent on the streaming service and the subscription/configuration).I currently have an Arc sound bar below my TV which is mounted on the wall and a Sonos amp driving two 8 inch ceiling speakers towards the rear of the room. I also have a Sonos subwoofer to one-side.I’ve been looking at the Sonos Era 100, or 300 although I don’t have an ideal place to position this speaker and not sure if I need Dolby Atmos! The other option that I was considering was the Sonos Five and placing them each side of the TV about 2 meters away. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions to improve and optimise the sound. I don’t use the room for movies generally, so I suppose the sound that I’m looking for is a more hi-fi effect than surround sound.I do have a pair of Sonos Play 1 that I could move from

Moving to a new place and planning my TV surround setup. I already have the Arc Ultra, but I'm looking to add at least two rear speakers. Space is pretty tight in the new layout. Does the layout in my attached drawing look reasonable for good sound? 

I just got a Sonos and have it hooked up to a port which plays through my tower speakers and then also one other speaker in the house. When I went to go turn it off, I turned off my Morantz system Which the port runs to, but the speaker itself just kept playing music. How do you turn it off for good versus just pausing it  I also couldn’t close out of the app

Has anyone come up with a way to mount a Sonos Arc to a tiled wall without damaging the tile? I do not want to drill through the tile. I would guess that the Arc is too heavy to use even the strongest mounting tape. I know I can use the hangers that mount to the back of the tv, but I am getting a “Frame TV” and it would be optimal to not have it look like the Sonos Arc is actually hanging from the Frame TV.  Any suggestions?

Received an e-mail purportedly from an ‘administrator’ stating I had won an iPad 11” tablet. To claim the offer some personal details are requested, plus a shipment payment. Clearly I did not proceed with this action.I would like to report this ‘person’ as records show he join date of today and zero history of previous activity.

I am not able to connect sub mini to arc . It sees sub mini but says I need to assign to room then says it's not connected. I've reboot everything, removed all devices and changed channels. Please advise, thanks 

Bass and treble adjustments seem to have disappeared from play one , play 3 speakers and the S1 app?

The issue with sound cutting out is specific to Teams. It can happen while the other person is speaking. If I open the app on my phone, I can tell the speaker to start playing the line-in signal again; but it seems to cut out again as soon as my phone locks.Audio Delay is set to minimum. Pretty much a requirement for PC sound and essential for Teams, or the other person will hear an echo of their voice. At the suggestion of the support chatbot, I set the line in sound to compressed, rather than automatic. Did not fix it - may even have made it worse. Source level is set to high, which gives better volume control; but had the same problem at 8 (Portable Player, PC). Happens with and without an Autoplay volume set. Turning off Teams noise suppression does not help.The speaker is connected via the headphone output of a dock. The dock is used by multiple laptops, so Bluetooth is not an option. Speaker shows as Dell USB Audio - it’s a Dell dock (USB 3).Anyone else had the same issue (and id

Seem to be having odd problems with streaming radio stations to a Beam. Started off with problems on a Google Mini speaker. Used it to leave Boom Radio or Greatest Hits for the dogs wile out. Stream started dropping out and not restarting. Tried it on the Beam using Alexa voice control. Boom Radio exactly the same, Greatest Hits still drops but reconnects and carries on. Suspected WiFi issues so hardwired Beam to router. Exactly the same. Tried streaming from Amazon Music as a test. Perfect, in terms of drop outs any way. Streaming video to LG TV or Sky Q box through same switch is fine.broadband is Gigaclear FTTP 500Mbps down.any ideas? Appears to be certain sources rather than a device or network issue, but might well be wrong.
