Hello Group,I currently have an Arc Ultra, sub4 and 2 ERA100’s in our living room. During the day I have my desk setup near the TV facing our couch. I would like to be able to listen to just the ERA100’s and the sub4. Is there any way to have 2 different “presets” for a surround setup?

Hallo all. Sonos is great. Especially the round the house music. Question - can a setting be put on for auto switch off? Quite often I wake up in the morning and realise I didn’t switch it off. Laziness / forget about it in other room / fall asleep on sofa etc. The sleep timer is useful but don’t want to remember to set it every day. Would be easier to say ‘always switch off at midnight’. Automated smart house so would like that to fit in also!Many thanks! 

I recently bought two era 300 in stéréo mode, guys you did a super great job here - it.s like to have a paire of studio monitors - but please why it.s impossible to manage the left and right channel and also why so few set up in the equalizer mode compared to an Arc ? Tks

I am concerned about RF.  Can the WiFi radio on the ace ultra be turned off if not in use?  Same question for bluetooth when listening via usb c.  I want to know if either f both of these radios can be turned off to avoid RF.  This is a specific question for the Ace Ultra Headphones.  Thanks

I’ve added YouTube music to my list of services on Sonos. I have playlists and liked songs but nothing shows up on the Sonos app under YouTube music, says no playlist found. .. thinking I’m missing a step. If I go directly to YouTube music on iPad, iPhone, or tv.. they show up.The YouTube page on Sonos is pretty much zero.. anyone use this music source on the Sonos app? Pic if what I get.

My speakers don’t seem to be loud enough 

Hello,I have 2 questions, but related I suppose :I wanted to re index my local library, but my Sonos windows app does not seem to work anymore. I tried to upgrade it but it is nowhere to be seen on the Sonos web site, is it being deprecated ? I realized there now was a web app, but it does not seem to allow library re-indexing.So bottom line, how can I now re-index my local library ?Thanks

Jeg kan ikke få forbindelse til DR Lyd de seneste dage. Ingen indholdselementer. Jeg har genstartet appen, telefonen, re-installeret appen og så har prøvet at installere den på en Iphone også. Samme resultat. Kan gost afspille andre services i appen og kan gost afspille DR lyd direkte. Andre der har samme issues?

The speakers ping at higher volume. Definitely over priced...

I have been using Sonos for over 10 years mainly hassle free, but I have just moved from the S1 to S2 because of getting new hardware an now all my Compilation albums are showing as single tracks in my library. I see from posts, this was a problem before but can't understand why this has happened now?I am using the latest app build and my system is set up to auto update. 

Google Assistant timers on Beam are created and count down correctly but make no completion sound. Google Assistant alarms on the same Beam sound normally. Issue persists after removing and re-adding Google Assistant. Is there a bug? It was working fine until a few weeks ago, I haven’t touched any settings. 

Anyone having issues with Soundcloud since yesterday (25th Sep). Tracks not playing first time, sonos cycling through playlist, then randomly playing a track from the playlist. Have now tried removing Soundcloud and adding it back - been getting a Something went wrong Check Your internet connection and try again’. Occasionally it gives me a code to verify with my soundcloud login but immediately goes back to the Something went wrong message. Sonos Status is showing Soundcloud is still active ie nothing wrong their side with the connection.

How do I connect a new remote to the sonos

Our house had a millisecond power outage midday and most Sonos products came back online after the router reset but Beam only plays tv audio via HDMI ARC and does not show up as connected in the SONOS phone app. I followed all SONOS help articles but the issue did not reconnect the Beam and there  is no article for how to reboot the Beam. I did all the power off protocols. Any suggestions?

I have been unable to lock Sonos settings for my Play Portable on iPhone 17 Pro MaxiOS 26.6 Sonos S2: 87.01.7 Version: 18.6 (build 96.0-79160)The settings are:Alexa Wake Word Bluetooth Idle Auto-Discount Battery Saver WiFi Power SaveI have been able to lock the above settings using my Android TabletAndroid:16 Sonos S2: 87.01.8 Version: 96.0-7960Ironically when doing so on my Android Tablet they appear as set on my iPhone. Incidentally, the Alexa Wake Word works as well.There is definitely an issue with Sonos running in iOS at least in my region. Another member in the UK indicated that their settings were working in iOS; although I don’t know which version.I have submitted Sonos diagnostics for iOS and Android 

I mostly use tidal as my fav streaming service. In tidal I can create a playlist that then will appear in my sonos app (Android).When in sonos if I search for a song I can add it to a sonos playlist... Great! But then where are my sonos playlists? I don't see any "my sonos" button in my home screen. The only way I can see my playlists is by adding a song to them and pressing on the notification I see among the lines of "the song has been added to 'your playlist'".

Long-time Sonos owner, first post here because I'd love to see this happen. My situation: My whole home runs on Home Assistant, including a custom local voice assistant that already controls my Sonos system (native integration + the new MCP).The workaround: I built a custom Alexa Skill just so I can say "Alexa, ask Jarvis to..." — using Amazon as a laggy, cloud-based relay to reach an assistant running on my own network.What I want is simple: Say my own wake word to my Sonos speaker and have the audio (or just the transcript) handed off to Home Assistant on my LAN, with the response played back on that same speaker.Here's why it's feasible: The MCP is already half the job done. Sonos 27 lets third-party AIs reach into my Sonos system. This is just the reverse direction. The HA community would build everything else (wake words, pipelines) — we only need an opt-in hook for the mic stream. I'd be happy to beta test anything in this direction.Thanks for considering it.

Thank you all for your input in the community. I have an older Sonos soundbar with an optal icconnection cable, but my new TV lacks the port to support it—is there any way I can still use the soundbar?

Does anyone know when the new sonos ace ultra are being shipped out, am i right in thinking the 29th or has anyone received there’s early kind regards

I’ve tried reconnecting Apple Music to the app several times, but I keep getting the same "Something went wrong. Please try again" error. I’ve already uninstalled the app, removed the previous authorization, reinstalled it, and started over from scratch, yet the error persists. What else can I try?
