BonjourJ’ai besoin de votre aide pour connecter mon vidéoprojecteur JMGO Ultimate 4K ayant un port HDMI eARC et la sonos Arc Ultra (qui possède aussi un port eARC). J’utilise un câble HDMI de bonne facture compatible 8K. Mais lorsque je branche les 2 appareils, l’image du vidéoprojecteur disparait pour faire place à des formes géométriques diverses et variées. C’est comme si le JMGO ne comprenait pas que son port ARC doit s’utiliser comme sortie et non pas comme entrée. Ca fait la même chose sur la 2° port HDMI du JMGO qui n’est pas ARC.Une idée pour faire fonctionner les 2 système correctement.PS: la connexion bluetooth fonctionne bien, mais j’aimerais passer par le HDMI ARC pour avoir les dolby atmos.Merci d’avance

Hi. Just bought the line in adaptor from Sonos and connected to my audio technica AT-LP3XBT. Sound playing straightaway but the sound is dropping in and out from the right speaker (the one not connected with line in).    Stereo pair set up and plays fine with Bluetooth from turntable.   Any idea what could be causing this please ?  thanks

Hi,I currently have the Sonos Arc Ultra, Sub Mini, and 2 x One.I’m planning to replace the 2 x One with 2 x Era 100.Is it enough to just remove the current surrounds and add the new ones in the app?Or is it better to re-pair the Arc + Sub + Era 100 from scratch? I’m wondering if anything from the previous sound profile might still be linked.Thanks!

I have an existing Port to several speakers, works as expected.  I attempted to add a Sonos Amp and a few speakers to play different music in different rooms.  However, when Amp is turned on, constantly makes a clicking noise (sounds like the audible text message typing).  It also constantly fluctuates the volume up and down, as wells as auto groups with my Port. I’m new to Sonos and this may not be doable. Please help.

Hi Sonos Team,I would like to request a feature to disable the "long-press to join group" function on the physical buttons of Sonos speakers.This is a specific issue in households with children, particularly with models like the One, Era 100, Era 300, and SYMFONISK speakers. My children have SYMFONISK speakers in their rooms, and because they don’t have smartphones to control the music, they use the physical buttons to play/pause or skip tracks.The problem is that they often hold the button down for too long, which triggers the "Join Group" feature. This causes their music to merge with whatever is playing in the rest of the house, which is frustrating for both the kids and the adults.It would be a huge improvement if we could toggle this specific shortcut off in the Sonos app (under Room Settings), so the buttons only function for Play/Pause/Skip without the risk of accidental grouping.Is this something you would consider adding to the "Touch Controls" settings?Best regards,A Sonos Us

I’m looking for some advice on optimizing my Sonos Era 300 surrounds. My family room is 15’ wide with 9’ ceilings, and I’m sitting about 8–12’ away from an 82-inch TV. The area behind the couch is a large, open-concept space (kitchen/breakfast nook).Currently, my Era 300s are positioned to the sides near the walls and windows. I’m considering installing floor outlets under the couch to move the speakers directly behind the main seating area. Given the open space behind the sofa, would moving them closer to the listening position significantly improve the height and surround channels, or is the current side-wall placement better for this room's acousticsfamily room

Just bought the ace headphone.The shop confirmed they could be used in a sonos system.But to my horrow i find a lot of people also discovering that they cannot be group with all my other sonos speakers.I use my system for TV sound through a sonos soundbar, an bought the headphones to be able to listen to TV, and the tv sound should of coarse also be playing. But connecting the headphone to tv, and all other speakers go mute!!Is this really true? I do hope I’m doing something wrong, because else the most expensive, BY FAR, headphones I ever bought is totally useless. A very frustated customersvein

I’m playing “top songs” from an artist I like, after searching for the artist on the system, through all my Sonos speakers. Firstly, it plays a few songs from across the artists catalogue then it plays random songs from different artists.Secondly, when I go to skip the track I get a message saying it can’t skip and to try again. I’m looking to move a large iTunes library onto a portable external hard drive.  Western Digital, Seagate, and LaCie all have comparably priced 2-3TB devices.  Wondering if anyone in the community has recently purchased one of these devices and transferred a library?  If so, which one and did you encounter any difficulties?

Factory reset instructions say to unplug the power cord and hold a certain button down while plugging it back in.Can we not just turn the speaker or whatever off at the wall socket and turn it back on while holding the button instead of actually unplugging the power cord. Wouldn't that do the exact same thing and be so much easier i mean if we can then why dont Sonos just say to turn the speaker off at the wall then turn it back on while holding the button down? seems extremely overkill to me to tell us to pull the power cable out. Some peoples cables are hard to get to.Out of curiosity i did actually test it and it seemed to work fine but i dunno just seems like they really overcomplicated the reset procedure and I cant think of a reason why they would do that. Which leads me to think unplugging the cable is actually important and my reset may not of actually wiped everything    

Play 5 works fine on app, and i can get sound over headphones, but no sound true speakers. I replace some bad cups but still no sound. Then i notice one of the IC has a hole in it, Does any one know what will be the replace part markings. I have marked on  pictures, there is a five of them and they are all the same type of IC. Thank you 

Have had Sonos running happily for months with all Sonos devices in my IoT VLAN and my android mobile in the Trusted VLAN. All worked perfectly with mDNS and inter VLAN blocking firewall rules.Upgraded Sonos speakers to 93.1-74010 and Android app to 82.00.45 this week and now having issues. Opening the Android app finds my Sonos system and allows normal control. However, let the app sit for a while or go into the background, when you return to the app it reports no products found. Kill the app and reopen, system is found again and the pattern repeats.I don’t think it is a Unifi issue as the system is found and be controlled successfully on initially loading the app?Any help appreciated.
