Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

My Sonos Ace Headphones will not connect consistently with the App on my brand new Oppo Reno13 phone. I have retuned 2 previous pairs of headphones with the same problem. The current (3rd pair) at least connected with my Oppo to allow an update but now will not reconnect. Bluetooth pairing works fine, it’s just the app which I unfortunately need to listen to Spatial Audio (Atmos) through my streaming service. It is extremely frustrating as Spatial audio is the primary reason I bought the headphones. I have the same problem on my old Oppo phone and also a really old Samsung S9. I have tried everything suggested in similar threads such as re-pairing, factory resetting the headphones, clearing the cache, rebooting the phone, tried Sonos support 4 separate times and all combinations of the above. Hi! I recently bought two Era 300s, upgrading from my Sonos Ones. I paired them with my Sonos Arc and Sub Gen 3. I was really excited to test them together with my system. I played a Dolby Atmos track through Apple Music, and while it sounded good, it honestly wasn’t anything special. This really surprised me considering the huge size difference between the Ones and the Era 300s. I’m an experienced Sonos user, and I’ve always believed that most issues people have with their setups are self-inflicted until today. When I listened closely to my Eras, I noticed that only the side and top speakers were producing sound, while the front and rear drivers were completely silent. I started testing different settings, adjusting the TV and music levels, switching between full playback modes, and even removing Trueplay calibration, which actually made the upward-firing speakers louder. I have old products but they still work and sound great so I really dont want to upgrade if I dont have to.  I have an old play 1 and Play 5 (from like 2015 or something).  I just cancelled xfinity and switched to a t mobile gateway.  It is connected to an eero mesh wifi system.  I connected my play 5 directly to the wifi router via an ethernet cable.  by holding down the mute and play button on each speaker it started playing music but the app cant connect to the system or find any products.  I have tried rebooting the modem, router, and speakers but still no luck.  Luckily I like the music that is playing but I have no way to control it since the app cant find the products.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

Hi all!I recently moved and part of the reason was setting up a home theater in this room. I have the sonos arc, sub mini, and a big lg g3. For months I’ve been going back and forth on pulling the trigger on 2 era 300s, but I am worried that my set up isnt ideal with my couch against the wall. I can feasibly push it forward 8-10 inches but not much more. Would it be a waste to go for these?

My playbar and sub work fine on streaming but they drop out when playing my music library, all the rest of my speakers do fine . I ve got two speakers hard wired. Sonos sucks so bad but i m heavily invested 

Could we return all our speakers for a refund since Sonos broke their system?Is anyone aware of a class action we can join?It’s been YEARS and they keep promising fixes that never come.  They used to work fine until the S2 software broke it all.The audio cutouts make it unusable and the speakers are now decorative.I literally have THOUSANDS of dollars invested now useless.

Hey there! A few weeks ago I moved to another department, so I noticed than the volume of the spekaer it’s lower than a normal use on the another department. The room size it’s very similar and the wall material too.  For example, on the another departen used level 30 and on the new the normal volume it’s level 55-60. The Atmos sounds a little lower than stereo. I tried factory reset and setup trueplay to many times but nothing works. Someone haped a simmilar issue?

Hello all. I am at wits end here.I purchased ACE headphones back in August, I was having issues and after all the fixes were tried I was directed to send them to SONOS for replacement. It has been TWO MONTHS. Sonos has ghosted me now. The only feedback I ever got was form emails. The Purolator tracking says it has been awaiting pickup for over ONE MONTH! Does anyone have a number I can call? Something corporate perhaps. I have to contact them before I can begin legal action.

Has anyone else experienced volume changing when switching between sound sources?

Is it true that the iOS app and the soundbar have to use the same SSID even 2 SSIDs are on the same network?

Since I returned from a short holiday this week the (updated) apps on my iPhone and iPad do no longer show my music services (or recently played - but that does not bother me as much). I see the app looking for the services (first picture) but after a few seconds it just gives up and just shows blank avatars (that do not work) for the services. This makes the app useless. Has anyone come across this phenomenon? Did you find a cure?

From yestwrday my S1 system refuses to play soundcloud songs and say that all are encoded inccorrctly. Anyone else experiencing this? Last time I had trouble with Soundcloud service it was a failure with the plugin.. and was fixed centrally.All other services are working fine!Thanks in advance! Are

I have just had to reconnect my Play1 and Play3 and all of me old SONOS playlists have been removed ?? Can i get them back ??
