Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

I am thinking of adding an Arc Ultra to my TV.  Existing system are all older Play1 and Play 5 speakers and still using the older App.Will the Arc Ultra be usable with the old App and will I be able to add a couple of Play1s as surround speakers ? Not upgraded yet because of the cost and the fact they still sound great. 

I have been told by Sonos support that my Play 1s are no longer compatible with my Sonos system and are therefore defunct.  They offered me 30% off new ones. I am finding this very hard to accept. Anyone else had the same issue?

Hello,I use to play music in my restaurant with Sonos Radio, but since yesterday the service give me an error everytime I select a Sonos Radio station.I’m not able as well to subscribe to the Sonos Radio HD service by the subscription page.

I have been using Sonos for 22 years. Today, my Sonos app on the Mac suddenly couldn’t find the Music Library I keep on the computer. After several other attempted fixes, I deleted the Music Library in Sonos and tried to add it back, but it wouldn’t do so. Nothing has changed on my system, as far as I am aware. Firewall and file sharing appear correctly set up. I use Sonos S1 controller on the Mac, and am running mac OS Sequoia 15.7.3.Any ideas, anyone?

So I replaced that one and within a few days it registered a failure on the first brand new one!Im assuming that is a power issue or a fault with the chassis rather than the discs as they are brand new.So my question is if I kept the discs (assuming they are fine which they should be as they are brand new) and just switched them into a replacement chassis - an identical one ie a Buffallo Linkstation Duo - is it as simple as that?Would my PC and everything simply pick up the NAS drive as usual? Or is it more complex than that?Any help much appreciated.

 The system is Arc - Sub 3 - 300s. While playing a Dolby Atmos playlist I created using Apple Music the sound drops out.  When I try to pause I get the message “Unable to pause…”.  When I try to clear the queue I get the message “Unable to clear Queue…”.   Sent diagnostics.  Would not be thrilled about attempting to call.  Is that the only way to get results of the diagnostics?

System is saying I need to reboot built in speakers and saying no Internet connection.  Sonos roam is working.    how do I reboot my built in speakers?

Hi all,I recently attempted to claim warranty support for my Sonos products and discovered that Sonos does not appear to use the purchase invoice to validate warranty. I have a Sonos Beam 2 and Ace Headphones.I have set up the headphones for audio swap and it works fine whether through the app or via the swap audio button on the headset.The problem I have is when trying to set up TrueCinema. I get it started and the Beam 2 emits the sounds so it can do it’s spatial awareness set up. I then get the spinning circle on my phone that just goes on and on and doesn’t end.I have tried numerous “fixes” from Google etc.Reset and re configured my Beam and Headphones plus reloaded the app after rebooting my phone.Also switched everything off (including my Router) and started from scratch to no avail.I have tried it with TV output on, Phone bluetooth on (with Ace paired and without but still keep getting the circle and “wait” message

I have a 1st gen sonos bridge and need to replace lost power supply (DC 5V 2A). I have an adjustable power supply with different adapters/plug so the right one fits the bridge. When mounting the adapter I must choose wether the center should be positive or negative. Do any of you know which is correct?

I’ve changed my WiFi network and moved te music library to a NAS drive.  Sonos app can not find any hardware 

 I’ve just setup my arc ultra,2x era300 subwhen I go to YouTube to do a 5.1 surround sound test. Nothing is hear out of the rear era300what am I missing ty

Hi, for years when I open Sonos on my Macbook I have been getting the dreaded “Your Computer's Firewall Setting Have Changed” In my firewall setting I have Sonos added and “Allow Incoming Connections”. This is permanent and never, ever changes.But every few weeks I get this warning and I can’t open Sonos. Sometimes I quit and reopen and it’s fine. I have called Sonos a few months ago and they said there is no way to play Sonos on my Mac right now…. but I have been using it on and off since then. Tonight quitting doesn’t help. So my question is, why doesn’t this just work? Like all the time. Aren’t there Sonos executives with Macs where this comes up?Does anyone have a permanent fix? 

I open the app on Windows desktop. It says:“We need to get Sonos running on the latest software. Choose Check for Updates to get started.”I click Check For Updates. It says:“No update required. Your Sonos system is up to date.”I click Done.But then it goes back to “We need to get Sonos running on the latest software.”I click More Options. I click “Continue using the Sonos App.”It says “Some of your products aren’t registered to your Sonos account. Let’s register them now so you can use them.”I click Register Your Products. I have to sign in, I do.It says “No update required. Your Sonos system is up to date.”I click Done.I’m back at “Some of your products aren’t registered...” Now there isn’t any option to continue. Ok, so it’s stuck in a loop here. I close the app. I open the app again. It takes a minute, but it opens normally.

Hi! The volume slider worked for the first hour I used the product. Now, it's just an empty slider with no handle. I can't adjust the volume remotely, only on the device.  Inconvenient:) I found an only topic, about a year ago, where a friendly person collected diacnostic data but the topic was closed before a solution was shared to the dozens of people that reported the same issue.  It sounds like I have the same problem and hope to hear what I can do. Thanks!

Anyone else getting this? When you click the play triangle, it shows the square stop for a moment (which shows when it’s playing), and then goes back to the play triangle. The infinite mix channels are fine, but Live on 1 and Live on 2 are not working.

I hear random clicks an pops while watching tv

Good Evening,I hope someone can advise. I have 2 x play 3 speakers and 2 x play 1 speakers.All were working perfectly . There was a recent software update and the play 1’s are fine. Since the update both my play 3 speakers are popping and crackling randomly at any volume and are very distorted. I have tried them separately and as a stereo pair. I have turned the bass and treble down and turned the loudness off. I have done a factory reset twice but to no avail. I have raised a case with Sonos diagnostics and they have said that it is a hardware fault if I have done a factory reset and it has not rectified the problem. I said that it is very strange that both speakers have failed at the very same moment in time with a hardware failure and he agreed but said that is what it is and offered the 15% upgrade. Any advice suggestions would be much appreciated. I love the speakers and don’t want to throw them away and buy new. Thanks

Is anyone in Sonos support aware of the following intermittent AirPlay bug that has been introduced as of iOS 26.2? There appear to be quite a few people experiencing it, including me on two independent, physically disjoint Sonos systems.While it is likely to be a bug introduced on the Apple side of the connection, with networking you never know for sure, so perhaps Sonos support should reach out to Apple about it.AirPlay Bug Report on RedditDave Ings

Hello all, I hope someone can help me.I noticed the other day that a few albums in my library had suddenly split into multiple albums. At first I thought there may have been an update that had changed the way certain albums were tagged. I did some rudimentary checks on the album tags (I use Tag & Rename) but couldn't see any issues. However on further examination I noticed that the multiple of the albums had the same track in them see images below.Multiple of one album.Only one track (The same track) showing in both albumsYou can see that a look into the folder for this album shows 11 tracks. 

Good afternoon.  I’m trying to ad a radio.co (.co, not .com) station to the sonos system without any luck. The streaming address is https://s4.radio.co/s7e7b6c165/listen  On Macos, I add it trough “Manage > Add Radio Station” . There is no feedback from the interface on submit, and the station is nowhere to be found. How to fix this? Thank you. 

Hi,I’ve bought my wife two of the Era 100s to add to my old (basically unused) Sonos system (4xV2 devices) so that we can use Bluetooth to enjoy music (bypassing the Sonos app). However, I can’t add them, the update fails with error 30 (as in this question).The speaker is sat on my desk, metres away from the router. There is only a USB cable, so wiring in is not possible without an adaptor. There is also no option to submit anything as per advice in that post, only to “Try again”.I have attempted factory resets, running the setup with and without the microphone (which I’d far rather didn’t exist), but it fails at the same point whatever I do. Since I bought two of these, I’ve tried both and it’s the same deal. I have a network firewall, so I can see that my phone successfully

I think this topic was brought up a year ago:  But I’m still having this same problem.  I have “Song Number” selected in “Sort Folders By” but the tracks in any album with multiple artists are ordering the tracks by Artist and not by the track number.Can anyone help me with this?

I just bought a new sonos speaker the Era 100, i already had the Sonos One gen2, when i try to set an alarm from the app it immediately cancels out, not even a nanosecond and it’s gone idk what’s wrong.i bought the a new Era 100 and same issue with the sono one gen 2 i don’t even know what’s wrong to say im speechless. i have tried everything resetting the speakers the app everything.
