So I have been trouble shooting this issue since the first week of November 2022.I have had my setup since June 2022, with no issues until the first week of November.I have an ARC sound bad, gen3 Sub and 2 One SL that I use as surrounds. They area all bonded to the arc in the living room. I have gone through multiple trouble shooting sessions via chat and on the phone as well. The issue: There is an audio delay from the One SL surrounds whenever I am watching TV or streaming audio. The audio from the TV to the Arc is perfect, there is a delay coming from the surrounds only. Whenever I start a session, the audio is in sync for the first 10 or so minutes, and then the delay becomes noticeable. When I change the source, or when I turn off the surrounds and turn them back on immediately in the app, they are in sync again, until 10 or so minutes the delay becomes noticeable. The delay gets worse over time past the 10 minute mark. Since June I had the the whole system connected via wifi with
My connect speaker stopped working and I cannot add it back to the system. Has blinking red light and will not clear with a factory reset. Sonos can’t see the connect box anymore WTH happened. My factory reset consists on powering on the connect box while holding the pause/forward button. Amber light comes on briefly, and then straight to flashing red.
Hello, I have 8 one SL speakers through a 2500 sq ft house. I had multiple problems with far reaching speakers from the router cutting out on my wifi. I have moved the router to the central part of the house and connected one of the speakers to my router via ethernet to create the mesh sonos network. I’m still having problems with the speakers cutting out (one of them being the speaker that is connected to the router). I have rebooted all speakers, changed the channel on the sonos. My last option is to call my cable provided to ensure that the channels match and the other channels are disabled. I disconnected the wifi extender and live in a house so should not have to much interference from my neighbors. My next thought is getting a boost but before I purchase it I want to ask if that is really going to correct the problem? The far reaching speakers are cutting out but it is happening on the majority of them intermittently. Sometimes I can uncheck the speaker and check it again
Hi, code error 6 again… really like sonos but , every 2-3 months there is an issue with the system.. My wifi runs great.. Don't mind paying those expensive speakers but its pretty annoying to always have to shut down things 2-3 times to make things work. is there a simple solution. I have 2 play 5 in one room , Arc SL, 2 ONE SL and one sub in another room.. update required , not working when trying to updated , problem with updating system , not able to update..
Hi everyone - I just received an early Christmas gift of an Audio Technica bluetooth turntable AT-LP60XBT. There are many resources, including Audio Technica’s own website, which says that it can connect with the Sonos Move via Bluetooth (but no other Sonos device, wirelessly). You press a button on the turntable so that it enters pairing mode, and I’ve done enough reading to realize that I need to press the pairing button (the long thin button) on the back of the Move to get it ready to connect. However, when I put both devices in pairing mode - I press the button on top of the turntable, which continuously flashes blue & red (instead of blue, which is desired) - they never seem to pair. There is no completion; ultimately the light on the turntable just goes red, which means it is not paired.Has anyone dealt with this? Has anyone solved the problem? Many thanks in advance. Even if I get it to work, I’m pretty tech-savvy and it feels like… well, it shouldn’t be this difficult.
Hello: A couple of weeks ago I asked about the possibility of adding 2 one sl due to the configuration of my living room and during this time I have been reading several options and I would like to know what you have or what you recommend as best value. I can only one thing and I am considering these 3 alternatives to improve a sonos beam 2 in a living room of about 3,5 x 2,5 mt2 one SL to left (1,5m) and right (1m) of the sofa 2 Symfonisk to left and right of the sofa Sub mini (2 mt in front of me) what would be a good choice as a first system upgrade? 90% of its use would be for TV rather than music. Thank you very muchRegards
Hi,Do you have any experience how to connect Sonos system with Optoma projector.I have Sonos system: Sonos Beam + Sonos Sub + 2 Sonos One.Projector: Optoma UHD 42I used to play movies from my McBook on my Optoma projector connected via HDMI cable, afterwards I choosed to play the audio from my Sonos system. Nowadays, this option seems not possible. Can you please let me know how can I synchronise those 3 devices: McBook+ Sonos system + Optoma projector. I was really thinking to purchase different projector, which will be more flexible to connect to Sonos system.Thank you in advance for advices or sharing experience. BR, Oleg

I have a Samsung frame TV and have paired it with a sonos surround system. Early in 2022 I purchased the TV and then added a sonos arc sound bar, a Sonos Sub and also 2 one SLs to round it out. Everything was working well for several months and then suddenly I am experiencing an irritating problem. For some reason the volume goes down by itself until it eventually is completely mute. If I turn it up it will simply go down slowly until there is no volume at all. The only fix is to unplug the ARC to reboot and it works fine for about a week and then the problem repeats itself. Any thoughts on how to fix this as its getting very irritating.
Hi all I have had a Play:5 at home for many years. My work place purchased some Sonos Ons SLs. I downloaded the new app as the original app couldn’t control these and logged onto the work account to be able to control them from my phone. All worked well...until, I bought a Beam for home! I set this up seamlessly, but as it also uses the new app, unbeknownst it has associated this to my work account. Is there anyway to transfer the Bean registration to my personal account without transferring the ownership of the whole system. Finding it all pretty confusing! Cheers in advance Steve
I do enjoy the music options available with Sonos Radio HD. However, when I have this music feed running, the channels will get very loud for about 1 second at the end of each song. Is this something anyone else has encountered? Thanks1x Arc , Sub, 2x One SL, (plus a Roam SL and a Port)
Hi All, Hope someone can help. I’ve been having major problems getting my Sonos speakers, 2 Roam SLs, to connect with my WiFi through my phone - Android with the S2 app. I occasionally get one speaker (of 2) to connect (let’s call it L) and I think I may have solved this, but the system can’t see the other (R). The system settings claim a speaker is “powered off,” though I’m standing next to it and the light (white) is on. Naturally I’d like to resolve this and set up the stereo pair. I’m not even entirely sure the one that’s connected will stay so, it’ll take a few days to work this out and it seems to connect at random, without changing WiFi settings. Here’s what I’ve tried so far and noticed, over the space of a couple of weeks:factory reset of both speakers. This worked once and I got them set up as a stereo pair, but then the system couldn’t find them again. it found them twice by itself, but failed to about 10 times (I gave up and tried on 3 occasions and would estimate abo
Hi, I’ve just bought a new pair of SLs and they are really good. The only problem that is bugging me is that the left speaker stops a little bit earlier than the right speaker when I hit pause on Spotify. Is it a common thing?P/s: They do start playing music at the exact same time though.
I have an Arc Bar, two Sonos Ones for surround and a sub working together (or used to) in my living room.Yesterday (1/23/2023) there was an update to the system/app for Apple and now the system no longer stays connected or even works together. All speakers are intermittent in connecting to the app as well as themselves. I can not form the surround room anymore. The sub just wont connect at all.I have factory reset the entire system at least 4 times at this point. There has been no change to my wifi system for over a year and nothing else is having issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Hi Team! I rented a Sonos Five for a few months on Grover and was very happy with it.Now I purchased my own device and I ran into the following problem which is quite detrimental to the experience. This applies to the Spotify Listening, which I always use via the Spotify App on my Android Phone. Before, I could always control the volume from wherever I am.Now I cannot control the volume unless I am currently in the Spotify or Sonos app.If I change the volume when the phone is locked or I am outside the Spotify or Sonos app, it just controls the phone ringtone volume. So every time I have to adjust the volume, i need to unlock the phone, open one of the 2 apps, and control the volume. this does take up a lot of time because i need to adjust the volume very frequently. I already adjusted the settings as shown in the following articles Control Sonos volume with a mobile device’s hardware buttonsControl Sonos from the Android lock screen Any clue on how to fix this?
