The forum thread about the Ace Ultra starts out with ‘Sonos Ace Ultra ships on September 29’, I don’t think this community has any contrary information. 

There are some posts on r/sonos where users have received shipping notifications earlier this week.

I pre-ordered Day 1 and got a tracking number today 

Same here. Pre-ordered the first day and just received the “has shipped” email.
