How to remove Play:1 from my S1 Controller?

I just want to remove a Play:1 from my S1 Controller, and then add it to my S2 Controller. It seems that would be a rather common procedure, but I cannot find it either online within Sonos or on third-party sites.

And for understanding’s sake, you are moving the speaker between systems, not controllers,  It isn’t a completely trivial software task.
