Hello Community,I’m trying to figure out a way to connect my PS5 and Xbox series X to my Sonos Arc at the same time via a splitter but everytime I go and seach for a splitter they all say they do not support Sonos Arc. Is there a solution to this?  I don’t want to go and unplug my Xbox HDMI cable everytime I want to use my PS5 and visa versa. Any help would be awesome or even a suggestion.

I have three Sonos Play:1 speakers which are sometimes used individually, sometimes grouped.  When I group two or more speakers, on the desktop app I cannot control the volume of individual speakers, only the entire group.  The small pop-up window with the individual speakers is visible but the volume sliders do not work.  This is only a problem on the Windows desktop app - the app on my phone is fine. But it is a problem on both Windows laptops that I have.  And it appears to have arisen only in the last few days.Any thoughts?

The update to 14.18 seems to have broken the volume controller on the desktop app (Windows 11).  While I can still adjust the overall volume of a particular group with the top slide, the pop-up sliders that allow me to control the volume of the speakers within the group individually are no longer functional.   I have confirmed that all of my speakers, as well as the apps on my phone and desktop all updated to 14.18. The sliders are working normally on my phone.

Hey guys,i just got my sub mini, correctly added it to the system (beam gen2 + pair of ones) but the sub doesn’t play anything at all. Even with the sub level set up to +15, there’s no sound at all coming out from the sub.  tried probably everything, hard reset, connecting via Ethernet, removing & adding again, checking all setup options inside the app, eventually talked to the support but they also couldn’t help. Have to admit I’m pretty disappointed, and looking at other treads on sub mini issues I’m starting to wonder if this is still the memorable Sonos quality (that you pay for) or some mediocre audio brand?

Morning, Yesterday my Sonos system developed a strange issue. From the desktop app (which I use a lot while working from home) I’m now no longer able to adjust the volume of different speakers independently. I have 3 ‘rooms’:Kitchen (a single Sonos One) Living Room (1 x Sonos One paired with 1 x Sonos One SL, 1x Sub (gen3) Hallway (a single Sonos One)I used to be able to mute and adjust volume of these 3 rooms independently but now when I group them the volume and mute are greyed out. See picture attached (no idea why today hallway is deciding to be selectable). I suspect I’ve accidently pressed something in the iOS app but nothing jumps out when I look through it (I hardly ever use the app). Any help would be great, thanks all in advance!

I used to be able to search amazon prime from desktop or android app and select individual songs to play from an album or add the whole album to the queue.   I can still search and find the albums, but attempting to play a song results in the playing of the whole album, or completely different music all together.   It is almost like searching pandora for a specific song and getting similar songs in that genre. What changed?

Can I connect a Sonos Connect (ZP90) to a subwoofer amplifier instead of a stereo amplifier?  I only want the low freqencies so I can use a wall subwoofer with my Sonos Ones.

I tell Spotify on two different Pixel 6s to play music on my Play:1 speakers and it thinks it’s playing but no sound. Same if I ask Alexa to play via Echo. I can see SonosZP on my network. I dropped speakers from Alexa and Sonos app, I have unplugged and plugged in again, same result. Any ideas?

14 Nov 2022. Alexa on my beam has stopped playing streamed or playlist music whereas my Alexa devices are fine. Anyone know if there is a Sonos problem?

Can anyone tell me how to import playlists from Napster to Tidal? I’m in love with my SONOS, but would dearly love finding a way to save these playlists. Many thanks.

We're having a huge problem with both our speakers. After the TV is shut off (a Sony), and after about five minutes, we get three VERY loud squawks--so loud I jump. The Geek Squad has been out three times but can't fix the problem. Any ideas? This happens on the Arc and the larger one.

"I have a Sonos ‘Bridge’ which is connected to 4 speakers in the room. I also have two Sonos one Gen 1 . I am not able to update the Sonos app Which ones of the items I have mentioned should I replace ?”

HOW DO I GET THE SONOS CONTROL PANEL BACK ON MY IMAC, I HAD TO DELETE TO DO A LARGE UPDATE

So i was getting really tired of the adds on the Sonos, i cannot switch between stations without being spammed with ads. So up comes Sonos HD Radio, i do a trial and i still hear ads on every station and even still in my own language so it is still targeting me.So even that Sonos HD promises no ads, i think the stations on their own add ads at the beginning too so that means Sonos HD can never deliver because those stations still place ads in front of them making the HD useless in my opinion. The only thing that does work is to just lower the volume to 0% and leave it on, then raise the volume when i want music again. I know this uses up bandwith but hey, people do crazy stuff to avoid those freaking annoying ads.So if anyone has the golden nugget here, please mention it :) excuse me for my “annoyance”Thanks,Erik

It is ridiculous how loud google assistant volume is compared to alarm / notification / music volume. There NEEDS to be a way to turn down assistant voice volume. Google assistant is unusable. Is there a way to give Sonos feedback other than through this forum?

quale film o colonna sonora cercare per testare impianto sonos, grazie

Hi,I just bought a SONOS Beam and I was very surprised to find out that there is no indication/notification/setting to see if/when the soundbar enters in standby.Everyone says the same old story: SONOS has a special standby mode when not used. That’s all! I am sorry, but i am not buying it! I will buy a multimeter socket and test it myself to see the power consumptions between day and night.

Bonjour quand est ce que sonos voici contrôle sera disponible en français ? d’avance merci

Hi,I encounter a problem with my sonos One SL.My One SL stop playing after one song of an album (store as MP3 on my phone : Samsung A52S Android V12). All the album is on the playlist, and music starts again when I unlock my phone and go on the app.I have no problem with radios so far or others music applications. I check all Android parameters for sleep mode, application not used, battery saving and everything is disabled. My WI-FI settings seems OK.I check different topics but nothing solve this issue.Any idea what can be the problem ?Thanks for the help.

I’m using a Mac G5 running OS 10.5.8 as a server to access the majority of my music library files via a network connection to my (newer) iMac running OS Catalina 10.15.7.I have no issues accessing the music library from the G5 on the iMac, but the Sonos Controller or iPhone app cannot access the G5 library...I’ve confirmed sharing settings and believe them to be correct. Is the Mac G5 (OS 10.5.8) too many generations removed and incompatible with current Sonos Controller software of iPhone app?

Hi - Trying to set up my LG TV (an older TV) with my beam via the HDMI ARC. TV has option to use external speakers with the ARC. Beam works, and has worked using HDMI on previous TV. Only thing I can assume is the HDMI isn’t compatible with ARC? But not sure that’s “a thing”!any help much appreciated

Hello,I would like to connect my Sonos Play 1 that is from 2018 to a video projector Xiaomi Mi Smart that has a bluetooth connection, a usb 2.0 port , hdmi port and a jack port. Do you think it is possible to connect?Thank you!

I’m using an Insignia FireTV and some apps, despite S2 reporting a dolby digital signal, will NOT send sound to my rear speakers.  I’m using a Playbar with a connect Amp feeding surrounds.  Some apps like Netflix work perfectly, but others such as Xfinity Stream and Paramount Plus won’t send sound to the rears.  I tried streaming the same exact content via Roku ultras and it worked.  Anyone experience anything similar?  I’m leaning towards this being an issue with the apps or the tv itself but figured I’d start here.

as per this thread:my roam turns itself on even though I followed the instructions and a) held the power button for 7-10 seconds until it made the tone and powered down and b) enabled battery saver in the app.My roam was “off” as per instructions (tone and battery saver) and sitting on a charging pad and when I returned home from work it is there with all it’s lights on.Why won’t it stay off?

Help I have a beam gen 1 and 2 one sl as a basic home cinema system. The connection between the three keeps droppingI keep factory resetting the one sl"s, one shows then when I connect the other both diappear. I can tell you how many times I have rebooted. It has worked fine for months but recently (updates?), nothing works. I am so frustrated that I am close to chucking them in the bin! The Best I get is 2 showing in the app but not all three! When connect the third, that's when it goes wrong. Any suggestions as this is supposed to be plug n play. The router is WiFi 6, in the same room and no physical barriers, so don't pass the buck and blame the router. Help
