I tell Spotify on two different Pixel 6s to play music on my Play:1 speakers and it thinks it’s playing but no sound. Same if I ask Alexa to play via Echo. I can see SonosZP on my network. I dropped speakers from Alexa and Sonos app, I have unplugged and plugged in again, same result. Any ideas?

Maybe try removing and reinstalling the Sonos Skill in your Amazon Alexa App… also consider a reboot of the local router and see if those things resolve your issue.
What command are you using? Has this ever worked?
It worked fine right up until last week. I disabled and re-enabled the Sonos skill in Alexa, rebooted the router, and it now works again. Thanks.
