I’m not sure what your issue is as you’ve said in your post that the Beam works, do you mean you can play music but you aren’t able to get TV audio?
If that’s the case, it’s also possible that the LG TV needs additional setup, such as enabling CEC and ARC settings if they aren’t already, or updating the TV firmware.
You’ll also want to make sure the Beam is setup correctly with your TV. If the Beam is showing in your app, go to Settings → System → Beam → TV Setup, then follow the steps in the Sonos App to configure the Beam to work with the TV.
