Hi,

I encounter a problem with my sonos One SL.

My One SL stop playing after one song of an album (store as MP3 on my phone : Samsung A52S Android V12). All the album is on the playlist, and music starts again when I unlock my phone and go on the app.

I have no problem with radios so far or others music applications. I check all Android parameters for sleep mode, application not used, battery saving and everything is disabled. My WI-FI settings seems OK.

I check different topics but nothing solve this issue.

Any idea what can be the problem ?

It sounds like a permission issue since it fixes itself after unlocking the device and going back into the Sonos App. As you said you’ve checked these parameters already, I would recommend replicating the issue, submitting a diagnostics, then reaching out to our support team as they have the tool to help troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

Thanks for your answer. I found the problem. It was related to a battery parameters for Sonos application. I changed the default setting to a specific one (no interruption).
