Sonos app > System > System Updates > Learn More > click on the links to the release notes:

It’s not exactly clear. Are you looking for a link from the Community homepage, Support homepage, or some other location to the release notes, rather than the link in this thread or doing a support search? I don’t know. I actually never knew, as I’ve always just done a quick search in support. Although the majority of the time, I just see the release discussed in the forums and get info that way.
