When connecting to a remote, Bluetooth speaker, I am having issues connecting back to my surroundsound

Regardless of media being played, my sound is missing the right or left side. Some songs fine, but those at utilizes both do not sound in full. 

I’ve scoured the community for an answer to this and all i see is the recommendation to check my smart tv and disable passwords (none are enabled) or to factory reset which i prefer not to do. Is there someplace in the sonos app or on iPhone settings i can control this? I don’t even see Airplay on my settings list in my iPhone 12. Thanks!

I’m looking for a recommendation on a universal speaker floor stand that can accommodate a Sonos One, I’m not a fan of the stands made specifically for Sonos One as I guess I won’t be able to use those stands for anything else in the future if I ever change to a different set of speakers. 

Hi, I’ve had the Sonos Five & Sonos Roam for a few months now. Almost every night I attempt to listen to music with my partner while hanging out/making dinner and it feels like every night I experience a different issue and it turns into a 30 mins-45 minute ordeal just to get music working.  In no particular order or frequency it is one of the following:Sonos Five disppears from Sonos app Sonos Roam disappears from Sonos app Sonos Roam appears to be ‘Powered Off’ when it is in fact powered on Sonos Roam appears to be in ‘Sleep Mode’ Sonos Five & Sonos Roam both appear in the app, but I cannot connect to them through Spotify Both Sonos Roam & Sonos Five appear in the app, and I can stream music to one or the other, but not both at the same timeIt’s a nightmare every time I want to try to listen to music. I replaced my 1st gen. Sonos Beam with a Sonos Arc.  I've read online and forum posts that suggest the Beam can be used as a "speaker," but those provided scant "how to" details.   I have Sonos products throughout my home and do not need another TV “soundbar.”Can someone please point me to a resource/link/thread that will explain how I can convert the Beam "soundbar" into a simple speaker that's NOT connected/associated/affiliated to/with a television set? I’m assuming I can do the set up using the Ethernet port, and, using the App, can then assign the Beam it to any room?It would also be interesting to hear what other applications users have found for their retired Beams--besides.selling them--additional speaker for existing set up? Four Sonos Ones, two Sonos Threes. One Connect and One Boost. The Three are a pair. One of the Threes is hardwired into the router, as is the Boost. The other Three and the Connect are eight feet from the router, unobstructed line of sight.1300 square foot, single-level apartment. Drywall walls.New (Sept 2022) router.I cannot accept “network interference” as a reason why speakers drop and come back in sporadically.Yes I have rebooted the router, and at least weekly I unplug and replyg every speaker (which involves moving bookcases, which is nice).Diagnostic 233812001 and 964518148.

I know the repeat flag stays on for a playlist between usages of the Sonos system, however when I switch to a new playlist, the repeat flag switches off.  How do I globally set Sonos so that it repeats my playlists by default? 

A friend has asked for my help updating their sound system.  They have built in speakers for a home theater in two rooms.  Sonos “was” out of the question as a Sonos Amp only powers one pair, so many would have been required.  The new AV receivers that advertise “works with sonos” would be a good solution.Question:  Are there any receivers/amps that do not require a Sonos Patch?  In working up various systems, the Patch dramatically adds to the cost.  I.E. are there any that have the “complete works” built in?  

I originally bought the Sonos Beam Gen 2, but found it too small for our living room. Returned it in favor of the Sonos Arc. The soundbar is connected to a Sony KD-65XH8096 over HDMI ARC (No eARC on this model).With both soundbars I’ve experienced intermittent audio dropouts. It’s not even a full second. But it’s very noticeable.Doing some googling, it seems this is a fairly common “Sony” problem. To test this, I hooked the Arc to my 32” Samsung Smart display. Samsung did not show any audio dropouts while I tried it, so I’m inclined to believe this is related to my TV and not the soundbar. The Samsung did however send audio as PCM, so there’s a bit of a difference there.Anyone got any tips on how I can be sure the issue is related to my TV and not the soundbar? 

I have a google nest hub set up with the default speaker as my Sonos move, and the default music provider ass Spotify. Everything has been working great, except for sometimes when I ask google to play a specific song title, it will repeat the correct song but then play a completely different song not he speaker. I have spotify premium account set up on both google and Sonos. General playlist requests work for example “Play country music” but specific songs don’t. Any fix?

So I have my speakers in the lounge grouped together, however I wish to play music through only one. Is this possible to do without ungrouping them please?

I have Sonos Arc, Sub, and 2x One SL speakers, connected to my TV and via WiFi. I also have an integrated amp that is connected to Connect via RCAs, and Boost for internet connection. The amp also drives 2 M&L electrostatic speakers. Can I integrate the latter with the Sonos sound output?

None of my devices (mac, iphone) now show me the contents of SIRIUS XM. SXM is among the services I can play, but I can't see any channels, on demand programming or anything else. This started for no apparent reason several weeks ago. The other services work as they always have. I've tried removing the SONOS app and reinstalling. I can only play SXM with voice commands, but this is limiting. I'd appreciate some advice.

My music library is stored on a NAS. When I upload a new album and ''update music library'' on my Sonos app it quite often only syncs a few of the songs from that album. They're all the same file type

I don’t have a Port to test this out on so I’m hoping you can help me out. I would like to replace my Connect with a Port so I can have Airplay2. I want to keep the Port in fixed volume, but am wondering if Airplay volume could still be controlled through the phone even with Fixed volume set on the Port. I like “fixed” for most of what the Port would be used for, but I am hoping that the fixed setting doesn’t block the Airplay volume control. 

I set up google and Sonos and everything seem fine and connected. I ask “play queen on Sonos”first I get “sure, queen from Spotify, playing on Sonos”and 3 seconds later “sorry that mode is unavailable”

Hi, This is beginning to be a familiar story, please bear with me.So, there seems to be a clear distinction between the following events.When using an Amazon Dot, BBC sounds and station selection works. i.e. “Alexa, please ask BBC sounds to play Radio 2”  The usual BBC sound bite plays and asks me for the service I require. I ask for BBC Radio 2 and it plays.   When performing the same procedure with an Alexa enabled Sonos Play1, The BBC sound bite plays OK, but after saying “Play BBC Radio 2”, Alexa responds with “Playing BBC Radio 2” and then nothing. However, maybe more importantly, the light on the Play1 seems to go dimmer, indicating that it is no longer communicating and has ‘dropped out’. This may be a clue considering different servers to BBC sounds?I appreciate that this topic seems to have been thrashed but I’m sure I’m not the only one with this existing issue. Neither the tech lads can sort this out or any of the proposed solutions found here have worked.  I have tried endl

Hello,I just added a Sub Mini to my Beam (gen2) + 2xOneSL setting.It seems Sub Mini has probem pairing a wireless Beam. The Sonos App shows connected but the Sub Mini dose not play any sound in a movie or a base-heavy music.I’ve tried some cases:Pairing Sub Mini to hard-wired Beam, w/ or w/o surroundings, Sub Mini works as normal. (Diagnostics 1176300266) Pairing Sub Mini to wireless Beam, w/ or w/o surroundings, Sub Mini plays no sound. (Diagnostics 1996661303) Pairing Sub Mini to stereo One SLs, Sub Mini works as normal. Switching Beam from hard-wired to wireless, after automatic reconnecting, Sub Mini plays no sound. Switching back Beam from wireless to hard-wired, after automatic reconnecting, Sub Mini plays no sound. Manually power on/off Sub Mini, after reconnecting, it works as normalI am not happy keep connecting my Beam with a network cable in my room...So I did a lot search here and find some related posts. Hello there community!I have an LGOLED65C8AUA, I stream Disney, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max & Apple TV direct from the TV to my Arc. The only app that doesn’t seem to be working Amazon’s app (I do have their unlimited service). Is this the way it is? Am I forced to use S2 direct ONLY if I want to listen to my music from Arc/Sub/(2) Ones as back speakers?...again, it’s coming direct from an ARC HDMI TV (not eArc) direct to ARC and all the other apps are working fine although Amazon Music is the only Music Streaming App out of all of them listed.I’m trying to make anything work other than having to directly use the Sono’s Music App (S2) because from S2 you don’t know if any song you are searching for (in Amazon) is any particular quality until you actual select it. It’s a really poor experience to say the least.

Is the Fee for this Roku Sonos Controller a one time fee or monthly?

Hi there,  I noticed a difference in how songs are displayed in the Sonos app when I play a playlist on Amazon music directly from the Sonos app vs telling Alexa to put a playlist on. I have a playlist with all Dolby Atmos songs on Amazon and when I play it by selecting it from the Sonos app it displays Dolby Atmos in the app. When I tell Alexa to play that same playlist though and check in the app the Dolby Atmos titling isn't there.  Is this just a visual or display glitch of some kind? I'm not sure if it's just in my head but I do think I hear a difference between the music being played directly from the Sonos app vs Alexa.  Would it be possible for this to be fixed somehow?

I have introduced a Sonos One SL into the TV room grouped with a Beam. The Sonos One SL keeps cutting out with the TV (but seems fine just playing music Spotify). Wifi is super strong and its positioned close to Beam (which has no problems). I have performed all the recommended switch-offs, switch-ons, it’s unusable pls help!
