Bonjour,J’essaie de regrouper une paire d’enceintes Play:1 avec mon ampli Marantz M-CR612 sans succès. Je vois bien soit les 2 Sonos dans l’appli Sonos et je vois bien l’ampli et ses 2 enceintes dans l’appli HEOS. Je peux bien lire séparément sur les Sonos ou les Marantz mais pas les 4 ensemble. Comment faire svp pour les regrouper (multiroom des 4 ensembles).Merci d’avance.

Hi,Using two fives and two one’s, a beam and a receiver, when I click the volume button up or down on the side of my iphone 14 (IOS16.3) or move the slider up or down in the Sonos app, the volume is quickly interrupted by the Sonos speaker or Samsung TV saying, “receiver”.  Two clicks on volume result in the volume being interrupted by the Sonos system (or Samsung) saying, “receiver”. I have had Sonos for years and have never heard this.  How and where do I disable this? Wildly annoying.

I just tried to download Sonos on my Macbook Air and noticed it’s not available for download all of a sudden? I am running Ventura 13.2.1. When I go to the apple store on my mac to try and download it, it says “This app is available only on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.” ???Please don’t tell me I can no longer control Sonos from my laptop.

I listen to two podcasts on my free time: The Joe Rogan Show, and recently, Deep Questions with Cal Newport. Now, I can start the Joe Rogan podcast on Spotify and it’ll play immediately on my Sonos One (Realistically it’s a 2-3 second delay), and I’ll be able to listen to it till the end, like normal.However, if I click on Newport’s podcast, it’ll take longer (6-9 seconds), if I pause and resume the podcast it’ll take the same amount of time, it’ll normally restart an episode I’m in the middle of even though Spotify says I’m listening to the middle of it, but the most frustrating part is that around the 3 minute mark of time left (One time it picked 5) it’ll cut off for a moment and return to a previous audio clip of the podcast, and it’ll play over, and over, and over. If I try to listen to the rest of the podcast, the same thing will happen at smaller intervals. Why does this happen? Has anyone else encountered this issue and/or managed to solve it?

I have an already existing turntable set up of a Fluance RT 82 (which doesn’t have a built in phono preamp) > Phono In of a Sony STR-DH190 amp > speaker wire to passive speakers.The family room is next to my set up is going to have ceiling speakers installed with a Sonos amp (primarily used for TV sound).I’d like to be able to sometimes listen to my wired set up as described through my wired speakers and other times, play my turntable through my sonos amp in the family room.l’ve read there are a few options (using a port, a Connect G2, or a Bluetooth transmitter + Roam), but I’m not sure how all the connections work and in what order and how to change the output to toggle between the hardwired output and the Sonos.  I do see on my amp, input 4 has both IN and OUT, but I don’t see how to switch between the speaker terminal out and the input 4 out.And if all of this is possible, any guidance of pros/cons between the port/connect G2/BT+Roam options would be appreciated. Thanks!

When will sonos be compatible with the Deezer Connect application, like with Spotify?

Sonos One vs.  AirPlay.  😡Can't play from my iPhone/Music App throught Airplay on our 1 Sonos One - the other 2 we have, works without problems.Tried doing a reset, and it works, RIGHT until I play something from the Sonos app on my iPhone, then it won't work again!  Everything is updated, the iPhone, Apps and the Sonos speakers….. When I select Apple Music → Library → Playlists, the error message “An error occurred while adding tracks to the Queue (1002)”. This also happens if I select Library → Songs but not when I choose Library → Artists or Albums. I can hear specific artists or albums but not playlists or songs. Any help would be appreciated.

My playbar/sub has dropped from the mobile app, but is still present in the PC desktop app. I've removed/reinstalled the app, factory reset the playbar/sub, and readded to the system. It's visible until I close the mobile app, then it's gone again  but still visible on the desktop app. This very frustrating! Any ideas?

I've notice there is a lot of posts about sonos arc and LG cx, but i think mine is different.It's not that arc stops working, is more that some apps are able to wake it up and other aren't. In my case, some times the PC signal or lg native you tube app aren't able to wake it app. The solution at the moment is to pass through Amazon prime/Netflix apps and then switch to you tube or the PC.Is there a way to permanently disable the stand by in the arc ? Or to switch it on/off manually?

How do I connect a friend / family member to my Sonos app/devices ? 

Hi, I have 3 different areas with in-wall prewired speakers in my home, with the cables running bundled (but seperated) individually to one location in the basement Outdoor living space with 2 speakers (TV outside as well) Family room with 5 in-wall ceiling speakers (TV mounted in front) Basement with 5 wired speakers My questions is how and with what equipment would I use to utilize these speakers for the respected TVs (to output sound) and to use for music. I will also note their are Ethernet Cat6 cables run to the same locations behind all TVs (at wall plate behind the TVs) The media company for the builder said to use Sonos, but how would I go about using this (so that there is no lag in the audio from the TV). Would I use just Sonos or use it with existing amplifier?Do I need seperate amplifiers for each set of speaker? Really look forward to any help! Hi - Can you share a Gen 2 SONOS 5 speaker with Gen 2 Controller (for general use) and Gen 1 controller connected *via the jack plug* for occasional use ? I want to use the Gen 1 controller and Gen 1 CONNECT hard wired and fitted to my turn table AND when that’s not in use use the Gen 2 controller on the SAME 5 Gen 2 speaker - without having to unplug the jack plug ?   Thanks in advance.

I have recently purchased a new laptop and have been trying to connect it to my Sonos Beam soundbar, but I have been facing some challenges.I have attempted to connect my Sonos Beam to my laptop through the HDMI ARC port, but I have not been successful. I have checked all the cables and ports to ensure that they are properly connected, but the Sonos Beam is still not detected by my laptop. I have also attempted to connect my laptop to the Sonos Beam through Bluetooth, but I have not been successful in this either.I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice that the forum members can provide on this matter. I have a Beam Gen 2 connected to our Living Room TV and would like to add either a pair of Era 100s or a pair of one SLs as surround speakers for watching movies. However for various reasons I’m not able to have these speakers permanently located in the Living Room. So is it possible to set up the  Beam Gen 2 with a pair of surround speakers so that I can easily connect them whenever I want to watch a movie with surround sound and then when finished remove them from the room until the next time I want to watch another movie?

I would like to use an NAD C700 which has a digital coaxial input and phono input capability to receive my analog vinyl records and to process my CDs with the C700 DAC on board.  From there, I would like to add Sonos speakers to this listening room, and connect the C700 directly to either the Sonos 5 or the new Sonos One for lower bookshelves against a wall that can’t use rear ported speakers so well.  The aim, is that when I want to listen to CDs, Vinyl or stream higher-end BluOS, can I transfer the sound directly to either of the two Sonos speakers.  I will buy the speakers as a stereo pair for the room.  This would enable streaming what is received to my  Sonos Arc in my living room.  When I want to just listen to Sonos wirelessly without the NAD C700, I can just use the Sonos app to stream Apple Music, Amazon or Sirius XM which works fine.  Can this be connected this way.

Hello There, I got the Ray, i’m trying to connect it to my computer, but my computer does not have the optical port, it only has a audio type c. I bought an adapter USB AUDIO CONVERTER OPTICAL AND 3.5MM, I plug it into my type c, nothing works then I try a usb port but there is no audio coming out either, my computer does detect that there is a speaker plug it and even has the green audio lv going up, Any tips? I was going to return this but I really want to make it work. Much would be appreciated thank you.I have a rog strix b550- e gaming motherboard

I cant updating my play 5 Sonos to change to wifi connect. How to play my sonos 5 without eithernet cable connect to my home wifi network

My sub recently disconnects from my system for an unknown reason. I cannot get it to reconnect. I have reset it multiple times and when setting it up it either doesn’t recognise the sub or if I connect it to the temp SONOS WiFi it doesn’t connect to my permanent WiFi. Nothing has been changed router etc. From what it was previously connected to. I have NETGEAR Orbi6 WiFi router and the sub is next to an extender. I have connected via Ethernet cable and WiFi with nothing working? Is there anything I can do or has my sub died?? Thanks

I know with an adapter to the usb c port I can have a wired connection to my turntable.  But if I have a bluetooth enabled turntable can I pair with an Era speaker similar to the feature on Roams?

I have 2 Sonos One SL’s, a sub and a Sonos Arc in a 550 sq ft room with a kitchen/dining room adjacent to it. The tv room portion has a vaulted ceiling that is 11 feet tall. Can I accomplish Dolby Atmos with this set up?  Do I need Era 300 to help achieve it?
