I’m sharing with you three very helpful articles regarding Trueplay tuning and the new Sonos Era 100 and Sonos Era 300:

Tune your Era 100 or Era 300 with Trueplay
In a few words, the Advanced Tuning option for the Sonos Era products is the same as a Trueplay Tuning on every Sonos product (with the exception of Port, Connect, and Roam SL) via an iOS device.
