Have two Sonos Roam speakers, one without issue, works flawlessly. The other disconnects from the system on a regular basis requiring turning the speaker off and on and other times a reboot is required of the speaker. Have the speakers separated and near each other, same issue. Both on the same network, same issue. Always with the one speaker. The other as stated earlier, no issue.

Sonos was working fine up until last night when we had a power spike/outage. My bedroom Sonos Play1 was playing last night when I heard a lot of clicking spike noise coming from my massage chair until I realized it was a power outage. We lost power for about an hour. I had to go back to sleep as I had to get up early the next morning (today) for work. While at work my wife messaged me that there was another power outage this afternoon that last for several hours. Power was restored when I got home 30 minutes ago. I went to play my music on the Sonos Play1 when there was no music coming from the pair of Sonos. I have several other Sonos products throughout the house and none when connecting to the wifi. I made sure I was on my wifi network. Still nothing. My Sonos Move was the only one showing a connection, but then it disappeared. So nothing is working at the moment. In setting it’s showing 0 on in Sonos System Info. My Move shows no connection. Any ideas? Do I need to unplug each Sono

Hello,We have bought 3 sonos devices for the office. These devices are all linked to one account but only 1 is visible and usable on Spotify. We can see 1 other in the sonos app, but this won't work since we will all be using the same Spotify account. We are all on the same wifi and at my home systems, it works perfectly well. Is there some setting we are not seeing? Thank is advanced

my play 3 for some reason will not connect to my wireless internet it was working a few days ago now it wont work tried all what it tells you to do now it cant fine my sonos

I bought a Sonos roam for my frequent travels. Apparently, it’s not allowed to travel? Although it’s called roam? Here’s my issue: I get to a new place and I need to connect it to the wifi so I can use it with the TV. But in order to do that I need to factory reset it to connect it to the WiFi, because that’s a clean user experience. So I do that, but it simply won’t connect. Refuses. Now it’s a brick. Because if it isn’t connected via wifi, bluetooth doesn’t work. Am I missing something? I bought a portable speaker that doesn’t allow changing locations?

I can’t find anywhere on the bar where it says Beam1US1BLK or BEAM2US1BLK is there a place I can check with the SKU number? 

I live in a studio apartment my Sonos speaker is in the bathroom. My router is in the living room on the other side of the bathroom. There’s a closet between the bathroom and the router I can’t seem to get the system to recognize the speaker it keeps telling me to unplug and replug in the router. It still doesnt recognize the sonos speaker. Any ideas how to fix this?

After a lot of attempts to get good reliable playback on my system, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ll probably only solve the existing dropouts by moving to a tri-band mesh-type wifi network.So I’ve bought one of the midrange products (BT Premium Whole House Tri-band Wifi, three node), and plan to switch off my router’s wi-fi function (which is right at one end of the house and can’t easily be moved) and add the mesh network instead.The question: I currently have a Boost which is more centrally placed in the house, hardwired to the router - should I turn the Boost off once the mesh system is in place?(For completeness, the system comprises three Ports, two Symfonisk speaker pairs and one Symfonisk Frame)

I Registered my Sub (Gen 2) on 9/30/22.  The Sub has worked great until I moved the location.  When I plugged it back in the sub will not turn on.  I have plugged the Sub into other outlets to verify the outlet has power.I do not see a reset button or switch of any kind.  Is there a reset button or on / off switch?Sub Serial - 949F3EA5358EE  

I have an arc and just bought 2 one sl. Not golding good surround on any streaming app whether using native to TCL 65R625 or through apple tv 4k. Currently have TV audio setting at auto for digital output format but have also tried pass through and custom. Apple TV setting is auto, Atmos Available. Sonos app will even show that the sound is Atmos when available. Thanks for any advice

will the beam gen1 work with S2 app 

It seems that if I want to connect my Sonos roam to another device, I first have to forget the device on whichever device it was connected to previously before I can then connect to something else. If this is the case, it is most inconvenient. Means I have to remember which device I had it connected to, find that device, not just disconnect but forget device. Otherwise, unable to connect it to another device such as my iPhone or my iPad. Is this correct?

how do i get my sound bar connected to my account

Been trying to connect the sonos system for months now… One more try before I beat the crap out of every sonos POS speaker with a bat on tik tok!!   I have unplugged, replugged try to connect (eero in legacy mode) nothing, not one speaker, the bridge not a thing is found.  The buttons you show dont match anything and then you go into a loop of nothing but BS!!  Spent hundreds on your products and now they are just paper weights

We switched from a ZVOX SB500 to Sonos Beam.  We forgot what a great job ZVOX did controlling the volume of commercials.Sonos Beam does not, or I do not know how to turn on volume leveling.The wife wants me to dump the Sonos and put back the ZVOX.  Please help. Thanks, Vic  

I currently have a Sonos HT set (Arc, 2x One SLs, Sub (Gen 3) connected to a PS4 Pro and a Samsung Q90T. So it’s PS4 Pro > Q90T > Sonos Arc HT. I borrowed some Blu-ray DVDs from a local library and noticed that they only have Dolby DTS-HD Master Audio tracks in English. However, I can only get Stereo PCM when playing the movies via the Arc.  I tried various combinations via the PS4 Pro “Sound and Screen” menu > Audio Output Settings > Audio Format (Priority) - (Linear PCM or Bitstream (Dolby or DTS)), the Pro’s Blu-ray DVD settings > Audio Format (Linear PCM or Bitstream (Direct)), as well as the Q90T’s Sound > Expert settings - HDMI-eARC mode (Off or Auto) and Digital Output Audio Format (PCM, Auto, Pass-Through) and I can’t get “surround” sound only Stereo 2.0. Can I add a turntable and 2 outdoor wired speakers without the AMP.  What product would connect these two?   Also what non Sonos receivers would you recommend.  

I’m using my Sonos more and more to listen to podcasts.  Would really help if the controllers had simple buttons for a 30 second jump forward, and a 10 second jump backward in whatever is playing.  Yes I know I can move the current slide to move to a new spot in what I’m playing… but this is hyper sensitive, a set time jump forward / backward button would be much easier when listening to podcasts.

I have Sonos SL One in 3 rooms. I don’t keep them switched on. When i want to use one, say in the kitchen, it doesn’t always connect. I run through the prompts, disconnect the router and sometimes the product works and sometimes it doesn’t. i have a good internet connection. Rather frustrating as generally happy with Sonos. Any tips?

not sure if I’m posting in the right section ……Please help. I have a R7350 Nighthawk system with download speed 411.12 Mbps & upload 22.13 Mbps. I have (2) Sonos one SL. The problem is after playing for an hour the music stops. The light on the top of the speaker is white. I have made about 10 calls when submitting diagnostic code. At first I was told to contact my network provider . Changed channel setting still no difference. All speakers show on my network & are on 2.4 GHZ. speakers are about 15-20 feet from router open floor plan. Not to sure what to do at this point. Any assistance would be appreciated. Extremely frustrating when you call and it like they are reading off the same que card. The latest was told to delete everything and reinstall ...yup same result….Please help!!

Hi all. New to forum and help with the following issues would be much appreciated: Getting hum when connect the Pro-Ject T1 BT to Sonos Amp, which I think might be ground loop, is that possible with this turntable given built in phono stage ? Sonos Amp has no ground post so where and how do I attach ground cable from turntable if this is what is needed to try and stop the hum ? How the heck do I turn off the annoying bleep on the Sonos amp if you press the volume up or down. It’s sound crazy annoying and spoils the listening experience ?many thanks for any advice.

Hi,I bought a pair of Play 3’s six years ago to replace stereo system and use them for music via my laptop. I want to boost these and add more bass to the system.My question is simply this, will a Sonos Sub mini pair ok with the 3’s via the S2 app I use on my laptop?Many thanks in advance, Dave 

I have 3 Amps, 1 Connect and 1 dock for my home system.This power four zones with a total of 12 speakers. I am ready to pull the trigger on S2 because I want Apple Air Play.I understand the need for 3 new amps but what is the replacement for the Connect and the dock? Do I use what they now call a port?
