I just setup my new Eros 300 and configured the Alexa skill. My Alexa app says the Eros 300 speaker is not compatible with speaker groups. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a workaround?

Are you still having this issue? It’s possible that Amazon just needed to update their list of products that the software knows to interact with, which I believe has now been resolved.
If you find this not to be the case, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
