Hi, can anyone help please? I have just purchased a Pro-ject turntable from Sonos and I have wired it in via line-in. Gone to my app and connected up, but at maximum volume all you can hear is a faint sound coming through the speaker! Am I missing something?please help :(

Hi,When I am on the road, I want listen to Apple Music's lossless tracks on my Roam.Bluetooth does not support lossless music so I plan to use Airplay.The problem is that Airplay needs a wifi network which is a hassle to set up when I am on the road.Is there a way to use the iPhone tethering function? Thank you. 

When Sonos Era 300 will be available in India?

Hi. Happy Sonos Beam Gen 2 owner, and just this week, I upgraded the Sony Bravia family tv to a bigger size. I tried to set up the Beam as normal to connect. Sony Bravia sync (CEC) was on, eARC mode was set to “off”, and the TV actually connected to the Beam briefly, sound coming through the Beam for about 3 seconds before reverting back to the TV speaker audio. “Digital Output” on tv audio settings went from white to grey and became unselectable. I tried this 4/5 times with the same result. The Beam connected but didn’t remain so, and the sound defaulted back to the TV speakers.  I will add that I unplugged two other hdmi connected inputs so it didn’t conflict.  Highly frustrating knowing the Beam works, but something is throwing the connection out. I’d appreciate any advice that you may have to try fix this problem in a different way. 

Will the Era 300s pair still with a 1st gen beam at all but just obviously not provide Atmos?I will eventually upgrade my gen 1 to an Arc, but would rather get the Eras first although there doesn’t seem much point if it won’t pair with my beam, I’d be better off getting the arc first then eventually Eras. Just can’t afford all at the same time!thanks 

Perhaps a question for the Sonos folks.I’m looking to replace a pair of Play 3s in one of my rooms. I’m reluctant to go with Play 5s because of the size. Will two Era 3s be a good alternative? On a related note, if I bought a pair or Era 300s, could I run a phono turntable and CD player into the two available line in ports? Many thanks

Every time I add to my Sonos system other speakers disappear. It’s so time consuming and frustrating to have to reset several speakers just because I spent more money with Sonos. You all should be paying me since I have to spend time reconnecting everything just to add more! It’s NOT the network! 

My current configuration is a Beam (gen 2) and two overheads that I have connected to an amp as surrounds. With my configuration, is it possible to add the Era 300 as extended surrounds (for atmos)?

I plan to buy a Sonos Ray. I don’t have a TV but a projector and I want to stream the sound wirelessly from my Mac to the Ray. Does that work?Many thanks,Henrik

The download page states S2 app current version is 15.2.1 updated 3/7/2023, however when I download the Mac os version it downloads 15.1.1, and today is March 11, 2023.    The app keeps prompting to upgrade but results in error when I try to run it through the app. I cannot download new version form Sonos page..

I have 6 devices set up. One bar, two Ones and three play:3Bar is hard wired in.Once a week or so, atleast one of the :3s and the Ones will disappear. I can find them in missing products.  I solved for wireless interference. Wi-Fi on channel 7 and Sonos on 11. Worked for a few days.I’ve done system reboots on individual devices and all the system updates.What else can I try?

Ever since I got an upgraded router via BT a few weeks ago I have to delete the Sonos app and then reinstall it to find my 3 speakers. It’s driving me nuts. Does  anyone please have a solution. Thank you 

I have a Sonos system that used to be connected with an account. I want to change account and create mine but everytime I try to connect with new account, the old one is referred, registered.... I have uninstalled the application, I have tried several options, nothing is successfullHow can I totally erase the old account?Please help.  

It seems about a year ago people had this problem, but was it ever resolved? It started happening yesterday, if I open the S1 app on my computer it gets stuck at the logo launch. Reading other form posts. I’m able to get around it by disconnecting my network, waiting for the app to finish loading, and then reconnecting it. But it is a supper annoying work around. Has anyone actually fixed this issue? 

I know this has been covered before but it is still a problem, though it is hit and miss. I have a couple of very large playlists in Apple. Sometimes they will load and other times no luck. Have never had a problem with smaller (less than 500 songs) playlist. This really should not be a problem for Sonos.

Is there anything I need to be particularly cautious of in using someone else's discount?

Hi wondering if anyone can help with the following issue.We have a Sonos Beam Gen 2 connected the the HDMI Arc port of our Samsung Tv.We have Sky Q connected to the Tv. We can get Atmos (verified via the Sonos app) via Sky Movies but can’t get Atmos through Netflix either on the inbuilt tv app, Sky Q App or the Roku Streaming Stick+.We have the highest subscription to Netflix and settings in Netflix are at the highest level too.There’s a good amount of Atmos movies Sky but it’s frustrating not knowing what’s stopping us enjoying the same sound through Netflix! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I got a sound bar which I downloaded the app for and set it up using my own account and email address.The sound bar works with my app for increasing and decreasing volume etc.However if I go into settings in the app and try and sign in it has a random email address and I can't sign in in the app. It says there are new features I'm the app and to sign in but it's not my account. Like I said the sound bar works I just want to be able to sign in in the app. It also has someone else's music choices and songs listened to which is just weird to be honest. Any help would be appreciated  Thanks 

This is weird.  Normally I use my iPhone to control Sonos…  It is, by design, only oriented vertically.  Meaning, the Sonos App does not rotate on the iPhone; it remains vertical no matter how the phone itself is oriented.   In an effort to become less iPhone dependent, I am setting up a dedicated iPad to control stuff in my house (Sonos, Weemo, Phillips Hue, etc).  Unlike the iPhone, the iPad is typically used in a horizontal/landscape orientation (I think that is not unique just to me).  I have discovered that the Sonos pause/play button will not work on the iPad when it is in the horizontal position; it is there but it does not respond to touch.  If I rotate it to vertical, it works.  Is there any work around (other than the obvious which is to turn the iPad to be vertical :-) )?  My ideal is to have my iPad mounted and left in the horizontal position.

When I first set up my system I set it up with Alexa. Can I also add Sonos voice control? Therefore having both Alexa and Sonos. Is it even necessary? Are there any benefits of having both? Thx 😊 

My Sonos setup is working fine. Wired the Beam to my router and Ones, Sub all work fine. I have a wired access point to boost signal through the house with the same SSID as the main router. When I walk round the house and my iPhone is on the main router everything is fine. However when my phone picks up the strongest signal on the access point I cannot connect via the Sonos app to my system. I suspect it’s a setting within my NETGEAR WAX204 that I’m using as an access point. Anyone any ideas?

I can create a shopping list using the sonos alexa. However, it does not appear on my samsung android phone alexa. Alexa on phone connects with sonos just fine. Shopping list on phone Alexa is a separate list. Is there a way to be able to verbally create a shopping list on the sonos and have it appear on my phone when I take it shopping?

My Sonos One has recently started saying “sorry this device is offline”.  I have disabled and re enabled via upgraded Sonos app. Updated software on Sonos one. Deregisterd and re registered via Alexa App. Both apps report device is online via wifi.
