Hi, hoping someone can help me here. I got a new tv and arc last week. The arc is connected to the tv ok, occasionally it shows on the app on its own (without me seeing the other speakers) but more often I can see the pre arc system with my speakers in various rooms, but no arc! How do I get everything in the same place so I can get surround sound set up with the arc, play music when tv isn’t on etc? Thanks in advance for your help! Iain  

 

 

It may be that you have them set up as two different systems.   Factory reset the Arc.  Then follow the instructions to add a new product to an existing Sonos system.
