Hi all,

 

I have strange behavior of my set (Beam gen 2 + 2x One as surrounds) while listening Spotify of watching movies.

When music is playing ones per few minutes random one of the speakers are muting, dropping or volume goes down for about one second. It’s hard to catch exactly what is it, sometime I feel that music on one speaker is slowing. Anyway this is very irritating. 

It started more less a week ago, I thing just after upgrading software to the newest version.

 

Does anyone has the same issue or know how to fix it?

I’ve tried restart all speakers and wifi router.

I haven’t contacted with Sonos support yet.

 

Within ten minutes of an event, submit a diagnostic and log its confirmation number. As a test, physically swap the surrounds.

Don’t Factory Reset without further consult.
