Is it possible to use 2 Arc SL Sound bars as left and right fronts?  I do not have the ability to center the sound bar. Thought I would just get a second one and put one on each side. I would have to have an HDMI splitter pigtail, I guess to send signal to both from the same source, I guess?

No, this isn’t possible and is not recommended.
