Problem surrounds

I have update to 15.2 version. I have an beam connect to mini sub and 2 one sl. The problem is when a commute my surrounds from ambiental to full, the sound don’t change. It is the same. How can i do to work like before?

The sound should only change when using non-TV sources.

Is the sound you’re getting ambient or full?

Have you used the “volume” control in Settings/System/roomname/Surround audio?
