Hello. I recently purchased two One SL speakers. They worked great for about a month or so and now one of them works great but if I try to use them both…… it shuts the music on them both off. if I try to use the one in my kitchen solo, works just fine  if I try to use the one in my office, it shuts the music off. so that one seems to be the issue. I can’t figure out what to trouble shoot at this point   

I bought an ARC at Xmas to finally get decent sound from the TV.  (Previously I’d used a cheap DAC to input from the TV to my HiFi system.)I’m toying with the idea of adding a SONOS Port to the HiFi so that the kids can link their iPhones/Pads apps to the HiFi as Spotify is great for background music and this will enable access to internet radio.Would such a system also allow me to play the TV/ARC through the HiFi simultaneously and therefore enable me to augment the bass?  If yes, are there any snags/issues that I’d need to consider.  Having a good quality vinyl and CD based HiFi ,coupled with a digital media system, sounds like Nirvana, Nevermind the pan-generational benefits within the family (pun intended!) Can it be achieved or am I being Dagenham (3 stops beyond Barking?)

Hi, the most recent 14.18 update fixed the subwoofer issue with TruePlay tuning on my setup (Arc+Subx2+Fivex2), but made the rear surround speakers significantly louder than before.Any surround sound dialog sounds like it’s at least double the volume when projected from the rear when compared to the front. Is anyone else running into this problem?

I am rebooting my router 2 x a week minimum to find the speakers.   Never needs an update, just a pos.  Anyone know how to make this more reliable?

Hello, after a few happy weeks without any problems, one of my Sonos One SL speakers was not visible in the sonos app any more and I couldn’t use it. When i bought it, I set it up with wifi, without any problems. The speaker is however working with a lan cable . It is my second Sonos One SL. The first one is 2 rooms away and connected via lan cable. I tried a lot of things, but nothing seems to work:deactivating my 5Ghz wifi and factory reset - re-add I tried to add the speaker new to my system around a dozen times, with any help regarding reboot, factory reset that the sonos app was offering me I run the new “not connected, do you want to solve the problem now” dialog in the sonos app around half a dozen timesI have really no idea what I can do anymore. Running lan cables is unfortunately not an option. Any help is a lot appreciated.

HiI have dropouts with my Sonos Arc when watching . The dropouts happen several times on a evening, about 8 second evert time.  The tv is philips 70 " about year old. The arc is 6 month old and the problem has been there since I bought it. The arc is wired.  I have tryed every possible soundadjustment without Any changes.  What can I do ? 

I have a Sonos Beam (first version) that lives with a Tivo Bolt and a Sony Android TV. They worked together successfully for awhile but recently the Tivo remote will no longer control the TV volume or on/off functions. I have re-paired the remote with the TV and all Tivo functions work including channel up/down, but volume and on/off now have to be accessed through the TV’s remote.  The Beam is connected to the TV through an HDMI eArc port. 

I had a Sonos One on my account but it was at my office on a different network. Just moved it back home and I’m trying to add it back into the system here for my wife’s use but it can’t be added to my system. Fails every time I try.My suspicion is that since the device with this serial number is already in my account it can’t be added as a new device, but I can’t figure out how to get rid of it. I can see the old incarnation on my account when I log into the website but I don’t see it when I go into my system on the S2 app installed on my phone.Ideas?

If connected to wi-fi, is the Sonos Five identifiable by Google Home?  Can it be added to a Google Home speaker group?  What about the Sub?

i have several sonos speakers ..is it possible to have some of the speakers wireless and some of them wired ..on the same systemthanks

In my living room I have 2 x (Play One SL); a Sub; and Playbar.I have four other sonos one SL’s in my house outside the living room. My wifi and mesh are all the same network. I also use google home for everything and right now it’s all on the same network. Will I be able to connect my living room speakers via ethernet and still be able to control them WITHOUT putting them into SonosNet mode? I think as soon as I put them into sonosnet mode, I no longer can control them with google home. But I haven’t tested this yet.  The goal is to free up bandwidth on my wifi by connecting my four living room speakers (2xOne-SL, sub, playbar); but still have my four house speakers; and still control them all on the same network, albeit ethernet and wifi. 

Newbie here i want to group sonos arc, sonos sub, sonos amp and a pair of sonos ceiling speakers to make a 5.1 setup for both my TV and music. I’ve heard sparingly that there may be a delay in TV audio etc.Please advise if this is doable and recommended.

Hi.  I have a pretty old Sonos S1 system with a bridge, which has the latest 11.6.1 software.  Works great with all streaming services.  I have an old iTunes Music Library on a newly formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled) external hard drive.  I am able to see this library directory when I select to mount a Music Library from the Sonos app, and it tells me it’s pulling my songs in (“SonosMusicLibrary” is now set up on your Sonos system.  Your music is now being added to your Sonos system.  This may take several minutes to complete), but that never happens and I see no songs at all in the Sonos app (running on a MacOS laptop with Catalina, a pretty new iPad or my Android phone).This is a Music Library directory that I used to have mapped to Sonos before S2 came out, so it was working great at one time.The original library is very large, so I created another directory with just a few MP3 directories in it and that still does not work.I submitted Diagnostics 989657620.Please recommend what

Whenever someone enables Airplay Require Password on the Apple TV or in the Apple Home app every Sonos speaker in the house blocks itself from receiving an Airplay stream and asks for an AirPlay Password.Airplay works fine to Apple devices but not to Sonos devices once the password is enabled. Disabling the AirPlay password on the Apple TV or Home app has no effect on any of the Sonos speakers. They still ask for an Airplay password.The only thing which seems to fix the issue is resetting each Sonos speaker one by one.Anyone experienced this problem? (I’ve tried calling Sonos but keep getting disconnected case number 04688582 / diagnostics 726588139)

I can’t find the Sonos sounds and music collections in  my app Sonos. I have received a message in the app with the new releases, but, what do I have to do to listen to them?I can see a lot of radio stations in Sonos Radio, but not their own lists. They are all gone. My device is an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Can Ray cast the sound on the TV to my two Sonos ONE speakers as front left and right?

I recently purchased a Sonos Arc soundbar with Gen 3 sub and two Sonos One surrounds.  Connected to LG Model 49LJ550M TV.  Didn’t sink together initially, but finally got thing to connect.  Problem I’m having is after about an hour or so, the sound switches back to TV internal speaker.  The only way I have found to reconnect is to unplug the TV and then plug back in to power.  I love the Sonos sound, but the constant disconnection is driving me bonkers.  Anyone else having this issue?  If I can’t find a solution, I think I will return and try to find some other system that is more stable.  Help

I have a 2014 Samsung TV and connected my Playbar to it. I experienced problems with getting Dolby 5.1 to play through my system. I ended up buying a dip switch online and connecting it between my BluRay player and Samsung. My question is… IF I buy the Samsung Q60B, are there ways via menu items that help connect SONOS components easily and successfully? Has SONOS changed any firmware issues that make integration with new TVs easier?

I’ve owned Sonos since 2016.I have: 5 Play 1s, 2 Sonos 1s, a Play 3, the Beam, the Sub, the Move, the Connect, and the BoostEverything worked well until the last few months, and now the system works so infrequently it’s not even worth trying!The app CONSTANTLY cannot connect, and I have gone through EVERY troubleshooting option (including buying the boost to give it a dedicated channel).The Move is always in Sleep Mode and never wakes up - I can only use it as a Bluetooth speaker.I can unplug and reset everything, and it will work for a day or two.Wi-Fi is fast (1Gb) on a mesh network.I want help to get this to work or I’m selling the entire system and moving to Bose.
