Sonos Connect not turning on AV receiver

Hi, I have an Intergra DRX-5.2 (works with sonos) with a sonos connect attached to the CD input. There is also several other speakers in the sonos system.  Recently the Connect has stopped switching ON the Integra. Sonos still plays through the receiver but i need to turn it on manually and select the CD input.

All devices are hardwired. In the Works with Sonos settings menu of the Integra it lists connected device with the correct IP adres,

If you’ve power cycled both devices already, I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
