The alexa on my sonos can't play any music services, it says I have to link them and go back to sonos app, but they are linked. I've tried a million times. Any help would be great

Have you added the Sonos skill and music service skills in the Alexa app? Have you discovered the Sonos speaker as a device in the Alexa app?

In addition to the excellent points made above, please note that to control Sonos with Alexa, you must add any music service accounts to both Alexa and to Sonos, and they must be the same accounts.
