Samsung One remote not working with Playbar

Hi

I see there’s other topics around this question, but none of them seem to solve my problem. Here’s the situation:

I have a Samsung The Frame combined with a Playbar, Sub and 2x OneSL since a couple of years. My Samsung One remote has been working fine until a couple of days ago it just stopped working for changing volume. I’ve checked other topics and tried everything including powering off/on the Playbar, deleting and re-installing it, reinstalling the remote in the app etc. I’ve also tried this workaround: 

Hope someone will be able to help because it’s driving me insane at this point.

If the instructions on our Use a Samsung One Remote with Sonos home theater speakers help page don’t work, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
