I’ve got a Play 5 and want to be able to play CDs through it. What is the best way to achieve this?

You just need a phono to 3.5mm Audio lead. Connect the phono to the line out on the CD player and plug the other end into the line in on your play 5. Then select Line In as music source in the App.
You can rename the Line In to CD and als select the sound level and delay to suit your needs
