cant find existing products sign in and account are shaded out

My son is app s1 for older products keeps loosing my existing products.

the top 3 icons in my account are not solid white but shaded out and I can’t interact with them! 
it’s so frustrating that it keeps loosing my products

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

As far as I can tell, all your Sonos products are on the S2 software, so you should not be using the S1 app at all.

Please download the Sonos S2 app from your phone’s app store.
