Within the past week all Sonos and Spotify functions have stopped working on all my iOS devices - iPhone 12 and MacBook Pro.In Sonos any station or music I try to play gives an “unable to connect” message.In Spotify I can see all the devices (speakers; PlayBar, Play 5, Connect) and can play directly on the iPhone or MacBook, but when I try to connect to a device (speaker) it shows “connecting” but never connects.Router has been restarted several times. Both Sonos and Spotify apps have been deleted and reinstalled, all to no effect.Help please? Thank you!

Hello,So I just got the Sonos Beam 2 and want to use it to it’s full capacity, meaning Dolby Atmos.I own an Epson TW6250 projector and I use an Amazon Fire Stick Max 4k to have access to Netflix, Hbo Max, etc.The issue is that in Netflix I can’t get Atmos (I’ve changed the settings to HIGH) and when I check the Fire Stick settings, it’s set on Auto (in order to get the best sound) but Atmos is not recognised.The HDMI cable is gold plated, so the highest 4k hdmi cable out there, I paid around 100 euros for it.Can you help me fix this issue? I can't pair my arc soundbar to my cell phone. I've gone to the end of the internet with no luck. Plug Un plug set and reset stand on my head ... everything and no luck .  I need help !!

This is something I’ve been meaning to ask for a long time. When I go to My Sonos and then SONGS, it just plays one at a time. It would be way better if it played them all, like a Playlist. I’m probably doing something wrong and if anyone has any info I’d really appreciate it.

Can you please provide me information if Sonos is actively working on creating skills for Alexa India Account. If yes, whats the target completion date. If not, is there any other way I can add Sonos skills in Alexa India account or connect echo dot to Sonos Playbar?

I am trying to set up a Sonos move for the first time. It shows a message saying "Sonos move is connected to wifi but may not show up in the system tab. If so press and hold the power button for 5 seconds then turn on again and continue setup from the systems tab."However nothing shows!! I have reinstalled the app and reset to factory settings multiple times and cannot think of anything else. 

Hoping to get some help in this forum.i have the input of HD FURY connected to my mac and the output which says earc audio to sonos beam 2 and the display to my Samsung TV which has a ARC port.when i play movies on my mac the output on the sonos app is showing as multi channel PCM 7.1 which I initially thought was dolby atmos but just found out its not.i have the latest version of the software and done a factory reset as well but still showing as multi channel pcm 7.1hoping someone cane help me here to get atmos through hd fury.Happy to provide more information if needed  

Hi there!I uploaded several songs with proper metadata on YouTube Music. Until a few days ago, when I searched for an album by typing the artist's name under 'Album' and tap the YouTube Music Library, I was able to find all albums by that artist. However, since today, I can only find two albums for that artist and some or none for other artists.But if I select "Songs" and tap YouTube Music Library, I can see all the songs by that artist. This issue is occurring on all devices (Android) with the Sonos app installed in my house, so it is not a problem with my device.I have not made any modifications during this time, and I have also tried removing and adding the YouTube Music account.This problem occurs regardless of whether I use the old or new search tool.SonosApp updated to the newest version.There are some problems with the Sonos app or with the API?How can I solve?Cheers 

If my wife uploads the app as well, does she need to create a new account or does she use my login and password?

I am wondering is someone could advise me (someone with limited hi-fi experience) if I would have any issues connecting a Denon pra-1200 preamp to my sonos era 300. I have been given the preamp along with some other components and wondered if this would be Ok to connect to sonos to allow the sony prx 600 turntable to be used?I believe that the output impedance of the preamp is 10ohm. Will this be OK? 

I click Log in to try new functions, and it consistently gives me the Let's try that again error. I CAN see what's currently playing on the Sonos (playing via Bluetooth). So the app can definitely connect to the network. I have the same problem on two different Sonos systems. So the problem is likely with my phone (iOS 16.4.1). Another person's phone works fine, again pointing to a pointing to a problem with my phone. What I have already tried:Uninstall and reinstall the app, deleting all data and connecting to the existing Sonos system. All worked but connecting to the Sonos service.Reset app.Restart router.Restart Sonos. Any ideas? Thanks!   

HiI noticed recently some changes in the SearchSome results won’t be showing in Sonos search, such as Youtube Music.How to reproduce:Use old (classic) Search “frozen” in the Sonos App, in section Youtube Music “Frozen(Original Motion Picture Sountrack” and among others cannot be found at all in the “Album” section If use the new Search feature, the result won’t show up at all, it says “no result” I’ve also attached the search result on Youtube Music official website (for comparison reference)Please find all screenshots attached.Youtube music search result shows Frozen (Original Motion Picture Sountrack) New Search won’t show any results for “frozen” Old(Classic) Search only shows partial result  Moderator edit - picture removed due to bad language. I am unable to log in and/or add product to my account.  I’m able to play music to existing Sonos products, but continue to get “Let’s try again…your phone may not be connected to the internet or your internet may be out.”    it’s not, I’m connected and it’s working fine.  Wife’s phone can connect and add product.  Please help, this is driving me crazy 

Hi, if I’m not wrong, it was once possible to search a connected local music library using the Sonos 1 controller. Currently, search functionality works only for connected services like Spotify. This is a real bummer of a limitation. Is there any way to revert back to the more comprehensive search index?I read something on the Web saying it was possible to choose between “classic” and “new” search, but that ship seems to have sailed.Is there any way to go back to classic search, assuming that’s the way to search a local music library? 

I have a brand new Arc.  While trying to set up Trueplay, most times I can complete the sitting portion, but have yet to be able to set up the walking portion.  Indicates there is too much noise.  There is no noise - AC is off, all appliances are off, my dog is in the other room, etc.  Two of us have tried to do it - one barefoot, the other wearing socks.  We’ve walked the room, we’ve stood still in front of the speaker (less than 3ft away), etc.  We are moving the iPhone slower than in the video and walking slower.  iPhone 13Pro without a case.  Have blown out the iPhone mic with air to clean it.  Have rebooted phone and reset speaker. The room is large and has a high ceiling and is mostly tile floor.  The representative yesterday could only tell me to move the phone slower - which again is being moved slower than in the video.  Today we even tried just standing in front of the speaker without moving the phone and it stopped the echoing because there wasn’t enough vertical movement. 

I would like to place my sonos arc inside a tv cabinet that has a niche. If I add Sonos One to make the surround, the side speakers of the sonos arc (the ones that would be used to recreate the surround) would stop working, therefore not creating problems if I insert the speaker inside the niche or would the sound still bounce?

Hello, in your opinion, is it better to add a Sub Mini to Sonos Beam Gen 2 or add 2 Sonos era 100 speakers? My intention is to listen to music.

Hi, I have some old movies at home that I would like to watch with my family, but they have sound in DTS-HDMA, which my soundbar and TV do not support. So, my solution is to convert the DTS-HDMA to Opus. However, when I start playing the movie, the application displays "Dolby Digital Plus," "Dolby Digital," or "PCM Multichannel 5.1." I'm wondering if this is normal. My TV is configured with eARC and pass-through, but I don't know if that helps. I've tried everything, and I'm confused.

I have been having the issue where my subwoofer is quiet ever since upgrading to the Arc from a Play Bar a couple months ago. I just moved to a new home so attempting to get it functioning properly again at this time.  If I connect the subwoofer to the same room as my Arc the woofer give minimal power/bass and even upon “chime” verification sounds from the Arc rather than the sub. I can switch the sub to another room and get good sound but as soon as I reconnect to the room with the Arc, it is again dampened. 

Does Sonos in-ceiling speakers support voice casting with Josh.ai? Setting up 9 audio zones and looking to integrate josh.ai as home automation voice assistant.
