Hi all, was hoping for some help here. Looking to install 4 JL Audio Pavilion speakers outside and hopefully power them with Sonos Amp. The speakers say 4ohms, so I’m not sure how all this works. I have an existing USB C to RCA adapter and assumed would work with my turntable but line in showing as disconnected? Does that mean it only works with the dedicated Sonos adapter ? 

I need to add ambient music throughout a 4 floor retail space. All floors are open floorplan and around 2500sqft. Needs to be as simple as possible. I was thinking 4x Sonos Era 100 per floor, one in each corner near the ceiling pointing towards the center, mounted with the Era 100 mount.Each floor will have its own wifi access point. What would be the best option for networking ands controlling all the speaker groups from one Ipad?Thanks!    

Hi!  I just recognized, that Sonos App 15.3 is not any more able to connect to Apple Music and Amazon Prime services. I deleted the App from my phone (iOS 16.4.1(a)) and re-installed it. Connection to the services is still broken, in addition I get a prompt asking me to logion to enable some new features. Login (to my Sonos account?) fails as well, and I just can keep trying, but have to force quit the app to return to using it. On my Mac the Sonos App continues to work properly in all regards. So I assume, that to has sth to do with the App.

The S2 app shows me duplicate albums, with one of these being the Master version. However neither of them is labelled. How do I know which is the Master Audio version? Is Sonos even able to play the Master versions?

Hi friends,   I have an existing 9.1 room wired with inceiling speakers and a traditional AVR.  I want to use a ARC for my front stage, then use 2 amps to push surround speakers.  Is this possible? So Channels 1-3 will be on the ARC and channels 4-9 will be on AMPs.  Can this be done software wise with the Sonos logic?

My ARC soundbar, Two One Gen 2 speakers and Sub Gen 3 have been set up as sourround sound on my LG Oled tv for a year using a panosonic router and eero system and has worked great. Now one of my One speakers is not working after a power outage. I’ve tried several time to connect but doesn’t play from my tv. Through the app it showed I had two systems one with arc, sub and 1 One speaker. The other system with 1 One speaker. I talked to support and was told to contact eero because this system only supports 2.4 GHz this was agter walking me through trying to connect the speaker and it seemed the speakers responded but did not connect to the other system or play music. This seems like a simple issue to figure out. I kept trying different fixes. Now I have 2 systems  and connected the two One Speakers and the sub they can play sonos radio, but are not connected to the arc or play surround sound from tv. Also I did see on this forum that my sonos equipment should be compatible with 5 GHz. An

Set up my Sonos arc on borrowed iPhone but I can't connect my android, when I tap on set up new device it says connect mobile to WiFi even though I'm using my data from phone.

Recently my playbar stopped working, it was part of our home theater surround sound in our media room.  I have called Sonos support quite a few times without getting to a solution.  The Sonos app would show the room as playing music however no sound was coming out of any of the speakers including the sub.  I removed the surrounds and sub from the room and they will work and play sound now through the Sonos app.  This led me to believe it was related to the Playbar, which is when I tried a factory reset.  All attempts to add it back to my system have been unsuccessful, i have tried both wireless and connected via ethernet cable, on the last call the rep asked me to reboot my phone and try again.  Is my Playbar dead or is there something else I can do to troubleshoot? Is there somewhere I can take it to confirm? 

Hi, I have a frustrating issue with my Sonos playback when using youtube music for the last two weeks. tracks a skipping with various errors - encoding and lost connection to youtube music. I’ve looked at my 2.4ghz channels on my Ubiquiti UDM Pro and tried 1,6,11 to avoid possible interference. I’m beyond frustrated with Sonos. High quality, expensive hardware with some of the worst software. Bought a new Sonos Roam, took hours to set up, had to download the new app. Now the rest of the system doesn’t work.has to set up two networks. Sonos 5 now will not even power up and roam can’t be grouped. So I have an expensive mobile speaker that only works off broadband, must have internet and doesn’t group with my other products! 🤬 which clown came up with this corporate strategy. Next job marketing manager for Budweiser. 

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knew of a solution… Up until this morning, when attempting to play Spatial audio tracks via the Sonos app, it showed the Dolby Atmos logo and sounded pretty amazing through the Arc, two surrounds and the sub but now it’s no longer showing the logo.  I’ve tried toggling on / off the spatial audio setting and re installing the app but no luck… any idea? Cheers Steve

I have multiple Sonos speakers that I own. I have several that I keep at one home and another group I have at my second home.   All are set up for Wi-Fi, and both homes have the same Wi-Fi name. when I go to apply updates when at a location, Sonos tries to locate speakers at my second home. And the drops them from the app when it can’t find them.  when I go to my second home, I always have trouble getting my Move and Roam to get discovers again.  mid there a way to define multiple Systems in the app and associate/assign speakers to that locations System?    

 I've been using Sonos products for a while, and I must admit, the iPhone app and recent speaker syncing issues are quite disappointing. This is meant to be a high-end product, yet I can't even get the system recognized on the app, even after resetting everything. And the endless "Not connected" desktop app messages are baffling, as my router has been in the same location for the past 3 years. Could someone assist me with this? I currently have a playbar and 2 Play:1’s that make up my general media setup. I am buying the EPSON LS11000.  My goal is to go from Xbox Series X to AV Receiver, then from AV receiver to Sonos and projector.  Currently I don’t have the AV receiver. I’d prefer to spend under 2k on any new components (av receiver, port, etc) Can someone tell me the cleanest setup to accomplish the above?  TIA

The music service is Spotify Premium.I'm deploying a new Sonos Amp to a different region (different time zone from the one above). With this Sonos Amp, I want to control it through the App on the user's Phone.Can I use the same Sonos account for both Users in each Time zone to use it together? (Of course each side will control its own Amp)If not, please suggest me other solutions,Best regards.

Without fail every time I ask Sonos voice control (MOVE speakers in stereo) what is playing when listening to Impulse Records Radio, immediately after telling me, it switches the radio station. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Can I pair ERA 300 with 2 Sonos SL

My Sonos One has been working for months correctly until a few weeks ago. Google Assistant works fine for everything I ask (timers, start playing, what time is it, ...) EXCEPT pausing music it’s playingI thought it would be fixed via this topic , but alas, still the same.MUsic is on my Synology NAS, it plays just fine but I can’t pause it!I’ve already readded the Google Assistant, shut down NAS, shut down One, didn’t help.  

Sonos app don't find the tcl 65c825 remote, can not par it. I can only use the remote when I have the hdmi connected at an arc port. And the TV most be on, use an app.If I turn off the TV can't use the controller or use the sonos with mine pc /mobile, the TV controller does not work.Can someone help me please. I think I need to return it to sonos, because this is very disappointing by sonos.Regards Lars Olav Tungesvik  

Hi allI’m having issues connecting my remote to the Sonos Ray. Setup:TV : Medion (https://aldi.medion.com/md31196/be_nl/?refPage=aldi)Ray is connected via Optical cable, but works fineTV setting are set to activate CECRemote : When holding my hand in front of the remote it does not work (on my tv etc) as such it should be an IR remote. What’s happening:When I go through the setup procedure and I click the plus button on my remote the light blinks on the Sonos Ray, as such it is my impression that it does receive or see the remote.However it keeps saying it’s unable to recognize the remote. Any tips I can try?

Hiwhen I try to pair my switch to the move via Bluetooth I get an error message. The device is found but the connection is denied each time. I read on reddit other users having the same issue. Do you confirm that ? Does anyone have a solution for this?

Good day I would like to ask when is the voice assistants like alexa and google assistant be supported in south Africa . we cant be selling your devices but cant get all that it can do .we integrate   a lot of sonos speakers in a lot of smart homes but cant explain to a client that this features dot work wilts on your web site it says you have it built in
