Are sonos going to fix this problem it i so disappointing and infuriating

Suddenly, only 2 locations out of 5 are showing in my android app. They all show on my desktop and I can control them from there. I’ve restarted the phone several times but only recovered 1 location (only 1 showed initially). I’m kind of at a loss as to what to do from here to bring the locations back. Any thoughts?

When I play a Spotify song thru the Sonos app and put it on repeat 1 (repeat that one song) it keeps starting the song over and over after about 10 seconds each time, it never ends. I saw some old posts about this same issue but they were all closed and I didn’t see any resolutions or updates that fixed it. Is this still an issue? Anyone have a solution or update on this?

Hello Everyone,I recently went on an extended work trip and wanted to bring my roam to listen to in the hotel. The bluetooth worked at first but after a week or so, it acts as though it has been completely forgotten by my home system and I can no longer use the bluetooth because it is acting like it has never been set up before.I tried making a local network on my laptop with the same WIFI network name and password as my home system but the app then wants me to reconfigure all of my devices to the new local WIFI network I made which obviously can’t happen since I am not at home.Additionally, I have tried adding the roam to the local network but when sonos checks for updates to the app, it gives me an Error 1001.Any help will be appreciated as I will not be home for at least 2 months and would like to have a decent speaker to listen to. Thank you!-Jake

I have a non-functioning Roam. When placed on charging base, or charged by USB, there is a solid orange light for 10-15 seconds which then disappears.I’ve tried the holding of the power button for 15 seconds thing a number of times, on and off the USB and the charging base. The Sonos app recognises its disappeared but can’t find it again. No tones indicating being turned off or on again have been apparent. Rest of system functional. I can’t be certain, but it may have been left off the stand long enough to drain the battery. I’ve left it for long periods on the charging base, and also by USB-C. No joy!

My Move, out of nowhere, started playing these mixed voices, like a records playing backwords.  My wife was so creeped out, she wants to throw every Sonos we have in the whole house in the trash and might them on fire.   It is super creepy.  Seriously.  WTF is going on.  She paused it, then unpaused to make the video, but these sounds started in the bathroom while we were watching TV in the bedroom. Here is a YouTube short I made of it, cause I can't post a video here, only pictures. https://youtube.com/shorts/OJ-869INwEs?feature=share

Attention Sonos Community,I'm in need of some serious assistance, and I'm hoping you can help me out with my predicament. Here's the situation:I recently received the Roam as a Father's Day gift, and I've been enjoying playing music through both my home theater setup (Arc + 2 Ones) and the Roam simultaneously. However, I encountered a major issue today that has left me scratching my head. After briefly streaming music through AirPlay to both my home theater and the Roam, I noticed that my home theater stopped playing audio, while the Roam continued to function normally. I attempted to reconnect my home theater via AirPlay, but to my dismay, I received a vague error message on my iPhone. In my desperation to find a solution, I went through an extensive troubleshooting process, including multiple router resets, reaching out to customer support, and even unplugging and reconnecting the Arc. Unfortunately, nothing seemed to work, and I eventually resorted to performing a factory reset. Howev

Hi,I am setting up a new Sonos-system with Arc, 2xETA300 and Sub. My Sony-TV only has HDMI with ARC, not eARC and therefore I only get 5.1 to the soundbar. I use Netflix and Viaplay on a AppleTV (4K).My question is: Is it possible to get Atmos to the soundbar with this equipment? I see that some people says that the Hdfury Arcana-adapter will solve this, has anyone in the forum tried this?

HelloI have a problem with my roamWhen i turn it on and press play it connects to the last radio station, so it usese the wifi but when i try to access the setings from the sonos app it just sees it ppwer off. What can i do pls?Already tryed the 12 swconds reset and did nothing.

Hi, How do connect a turntable ground wire to Sonos port? I have a turntable (Dual 429 CS - https://hifi.dual.de/en/products/automatic/cs-429/) that has a ground out, but Sonos port does not have a place to connect that ground out. Any work-around this? Has anyone come-across this issue?

I just re-subscribed to Sirius XM and now  keep getting the error that the connection has been lost. It will play all our other channels and music subscriptions, like Pandora and YouTube Music just fine, but it won’t stay connected to the SiriusXM, despite uninstalling and reinstalling the Sonos SiriusXM app. What else can we do to fix it?Thank you!

I recently moved away from my parents where my Sonos Play:1 was originally placed in a system using my dads e-mail. When i moved in my roomate already had a sonos that was connected to her account and i’ve been trying to connect mine to it as well but it is not working. I’ve tried factory resetting and used the add new product in the app but it constantly fails.

Hi!I own a Roam SL, which I am generally very happy with - except for one detail.Unaware of the Sonos ecosystem concept, I bought it because I needed a new bluetooth speaker, and it had good reviews and a good size for what I needed it for.Unlike any other bluetooth speaker I have/had, the Roam does not automatically attempt to connect to the last device it was connected to when powered on; my JBL Go (which died) did it, JBL Go 2 (also dead, replaced by the Roam) did it and my Yamaha THR10-II does it, and it is such a convenient feature. As covered in this forum post, this has been requested before. So, it would be wonderful if the Roam could do this as well. Cheers!

Everything was working fine for years.  Today, we got home from out of town, and 1 amp is flashing orange/white light and 1 set of speakers does not work.  We had a storm overnight.  A couple fuses blew.  Everything back in working order except this amp/speakers.I have followed the steps to reconnect.  Does not work.  Amp keeps reverting to orange/white blinking light.  Cannot get sound out of the speakers.  Another amp in the same room, for other speakers is working fine, and did not need to be reset.

Is it possible to put 1-2 Roams in the same location as an Era 100, and have them play as a set?

I have Earc hdmi om both Sonos Arc and TV, but no Atmos support on TV. How do I get Atmos? The newest “Chromecast HD” support Atmos - Can I somehow connect it, to solve the problem? (do I need the HDFury or VAX04101A to fix the problem)? I need help from the experts :-)

I changed my soundbar from a beam to an Ark and the sub is working with the ark but my Era 100s are not. When I check my system it has a question ❓ mark beside the Eras. When I check if they are connected, it says they are, but no sound. I think the Eras are still connected to the beam I returned. How do I get sound from the Eras? I wanted to use them for rears. Any ideas?

I have setup my playbase & sub via wifi. Works perfectly.  but when i plugged in ethernet cable to either one of them, they suddenly stopped working & sonos app cant find them. I am using a mesh network. TP-link Deco, connected to a switch(unmanaged), then to the playbase/sub.Any help?

Just updated to 15.5 firmware update and noticed less volume from beam gen 2. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

I've recently changed my wifi provider (from BT to Sky) and I've tried 3 times to connect my Sonos five to the wifi to no avail. Does anyone have any advice?

Hi,The standard theatre setup is to pair beam gen2 with a pair of era 300, I wonder to pair the beam gen2 with 1 era 300, would this enhance the Atmos audio or it just have to be one beam gen 2 with 2 rear Era 300? Thanks

Is Alexa supported on Sonia in India. If not it’s very bad on the part of Sonia. As it’s officially selling its product in India

hi I have the era 100 both of them set up as a surround sound sound with the arc and a sub. The reason I bought the area 100 is so I can plug in my Dj mixer using the auxiliary input with the adapter. So far no luck when I try to play my Dj mixer into Era 100. Sonos support told me I need to buy the specific Sonos line usb c adapter from their site for this to work. Is this true? or would I not be able to play because it’s already part of the surround system?

So today I went to play music from mycloud service  (that I was forced to use after I couldn't  access my music  library)Now all that's coming up is "mycloud home" unable to browse musicReally had enough of the mycloud sonos combination What nas drive will work with sonos S1 ? Thanks

I have several sonos speakers already connected. Due to problems of lack of light, everything got out of control. Now in the Sonos application I get the speakers with a key and do not happen. What should I do?
