Maybe because i do not have enough chances but every single time i found a good sonos radio station (after multiple hours of listening content) then couple months later the radio sudently come offline or disable. I do not know if eighter sonos or "tune in" streamer that do not want to pay to renew their liscence anymore. Or maybe the radio itself who do not want to stream anymore. God know why but it pretty anoying because i spend many hours to finally found something that i like for nothing. Is it a common issue?

I installed my Sonus, added Google Voice Assistant and Apple Music. No problem I can ask Sonos to play music and it does. The problem is I already use Google home mini throughout the house and although I can see the Sonos speaker in the app and I can control the volume I can’t cast to it. The speaker is in the Device list but not in the cast list. If I ask Google to play on Sonos it says “this is not supported” . The question is can you integrate the speaker or not? I’m confused so much info on the web with different views. Its like have 2 instances of Google Assistant, One for Sonos and one for all my other speakers? Any help greatly appreciated. Thank yo

Sometimes when I start playing something (doesn’t matter the app) on my AppleTV, through my LG G2, to my Sonos ARC with a sub and 2 Play:1s attached as surrounds, the audio comes through as stereo. Sometimes it comes out where the front speakers are muted entirely and I can’t hear voices, only the background music. When I restart the stream, the audio works as surround eventually. Sometimes I have to restart it a few times. Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

Before I connected the 2nd set of speakers it seems like there was more sound coming from the 1st set I had connected. Why is the sound reduced when I have 2 sets connected vs. when I just had 1 set connected.

Unfortunately, I chose to update Sonos to 15.4 last night.I can no longer play any music ‘on this mobile device’ which is what I use almost daily. Is this a ‘feature’ where Sonos will no longer allow play from Androids, or a bug???

Hello,My subscription keeps abruptly terminating.as in it turns off briefly before turning back on. If I halt it and restart it, it always starts. When I play it at medium to low volumes, it seems to do it more frequently.Any thoughts?

Hello i have 2x sonos play 5 and i just want to know if its ok to connect my sonos five with 3.5 mm aux cable to my new smart tv 3.5mm output (located behind the tv), i can see the little logo of headphone. In my tv settings, i can select ‘’source’’ instead ‘’headphone’’ and the sound is better.I do not have soundbar so this is why i asking. My second question is: if i purchase sonos arc do you know if the audio latency will improve or it will remains the same?Thank you very much for your help.

Good afternoon,In the cinema room I have two play 5, the sound bar arc and the sub, connected by Wi-Fi to each other and to an Apple TV. The Apple TV is connected to a projector via hdmi. When I switch on the system, the sound does not work on the sonos system, assuming the sound output of the projector. Only when I restart the Apple TV and select the output (cinema room) am I able to turn on the Sonos system. How should I make the connection correctly?

I had a Sonos sub that worked fine connected to an Arc + two surrounds group. I deleted it and tried to pair it to another group with an Arc and two surrounds in my house. It wouldn’t accept joining the group. I performed a factory reset. re Added the sub to my Sonos house system. Then tried to add it to either an Arc group or a Beam group and in both cases it refuses to join them. It reports having a strong wifi signal and nothing else has changed in my house. Totally at a loss for why. I have 20 speakers and two other subs and know the process very well. It seems that sub is stuck and while is accepting getting on the network it doesn’t accept anymore being added to anything.

There is no Spotify in the services list.

I’ve recently had NBN FTTP installed and this included at Netcomm NF20 router. The system is working fine with TV, air conditioning and computers all successfully connecting. However, I cannot connect any of my Sonos units to the network. I have a play base, two Sonos One, a roam and a Symphonisk.I have turned of the 5ghz channel on the router and also 802.11n but still no luck. Can someone help me please?

Some of my Spotify playlists have stopped playing on Sonos.  They play on Sonos if you airplay from Spotify, but if you try and use the Sonos app to control them or if you launch from Sonos app they don’t work.  But not all of them...it's inconsistent.  The longest one is 2000 songs, but even some of the under 20 songs ones don't work.  It started happening 2 weeks ago and I can’t fix it, despite reinstalling the app, checking everything is updated, switching off at the mains, rebooting the wifi router etc.  The main playlist I’m trying to play is a copy of my liked songs so it would be quite nice to be able to …. like I always did.  Any help much appreciated, sorry if this has been posted elsewhere… couldn't spot it.

Dear Community,So I still face the isse that one speaker is closer that the other. Trueplay keeps messing up speaker distances an sets all to “more than 3 meters” in the rears. Why is there just no option to level the rears? They where set as stereo in the beginning and it was possible. Setup with the arc my experience is worse 🫠 why?For the love of good audio - please let us level our speakers!

Will the Sub Mini work with the Sonos Arc sound bar? We can’t get it connect to the sound bar?

Hi guys,My Sonos Arc does not generate any sound anymore on any of the TV programs that have on Panasonic HZ1000. But it is working fine when the Apple TV is used. I recently updated the Sonos IOS app and I did not change any setting on my TV. Until a few days ago everything worked fine.

Based on multiple recent posts to this forum, it’s clear that there’s a serious bug in the iOS version of the Sonos app. Even if you enter your email and password correctly, you cannot log into your account, which makes it impossible to do basic tasks, such as add a new device:  I really don’t want to try the suggested workarounds, particularly since I don’t trust that they’ll work. I shouldn’t have to create a whole new account, just to connect a device, then have to re-create any other aspects of my household Sonos network, my streaming services, and anything else that the new account will require.I had been planning on buying some additional speakers, but unsurprisingly that purchase is on hold.Would someone from Sonos customer support please indicate what steps you are taking to fix a known, serious problem. Many thanks.

Hey Sonos community, all of a sudden my remotes (Apple TV remote/Roku Remote) no longer adjust the volume of the Arc soundbar.  I have a Vizio TV (newer OLED) that has the CEC turned on and Audio eARC turned on.  Out of nowhere both remotes stopped working.  I have unplugged the HDMI cords and also made sure the Arc has the latest software updates.  I can change the volume with my Sonos app on my iPhone but that’s it now.   Any help would be great!

My Samsung Series 6 television won’t reliably turn on when connected to my Sonos Bean via HDMI-ARC. After powering off the television, the tv’s red indicator light remains solid (normal operation mode) for around 2 to 3 minutes, then it begins flashing intermittently (i.e., tv has discovered a “fault”). When the tv is in this mode, it visibly blinks when pressing the Samsung remote’s power button, but does not power on until the 5th or 6th time pressing the power button. This has been going on for some time, but I’m just now to the point of seeking help from the Sonos Community. A little history: I have searched the Sonos and Samsung forums for answers. I’ve found similar user issues, but no solution that works for me permanently...or for other users aside from full replacement or major equipment swap out. Chains like this () are closed, but don’t actually solve the problem as fully described. I have contacted Samsung customer support. They offered no solutions aside from referring me

Sorry if this has been asked before and I missed it in my search I tried connecting my ROAM SL to charge through my PC computer USB4 port.I am getting the “not charging properly” notificationI understand that USB4 supports well over the specified 10W Does the ROAM SL support USB Power Delivery (USB4 PD)? Thanks to anyone who has tried and had success? S

How can I get a new wireless charging adapter for my Sonos roam through warranty… it no longer charges from the little “puck”… but does charge from the same power block and different USB C cable...

Maybe a simple newbie question… bought Arc today and easily installed it to my LG OLEDs HDMI-ARC port (no eARC available). Can get sound from TV and Spotify, but only in stereo. Tried several movies (from Disney+) today with Dolby Atmos mark, but getting still only stereo sound (checked that in the app).  Have been browsing my tv-menu and can see that Atmos is selected (but greyed out as only selectable when using tv’s own speakers). No selectable options available more (even how hard I scroll - saw other thread with this solution so wanted to note this…) So far tried: several re-start and cable re-instal of both arc and TV. Re-installed arc from app and re-connected it to tv again. Check that there are now updates available to tv, arc or any app in tv.  Not yet tried optical cable connection.Any good ideas or advices!

I recently upgraded my internet to fiber.  My Sonos app keeps telling me I am not connected to the internet.  Everything else in the house is working fine and I am able to access the internet just fine on my phone.

Hi everyone. If I’m listing to Apple Music on my phone (not through Sonos), can I then go to Apple Music on Sonos and make it take over?  I think with Spotify it asks you. But I can’t seem to find it with Apple Music. i don’t want to just stream through airplay because I hate it when I open Facebook for example and a video stops my music playback.  Thanks in advance. Ben

I have a whole-home topology that has been working for 4+ years, nothing has recently changed in my setup.  Within the last 2 weeks, a new problem has come up.  It is highly repeatable and I am wondering if others have seen it, or have a solution.  The issue is that the ‘first component’ in a group, if it is a Connect:Amp, will frequently drop out (and then start playing again in  ~10 seconds).  The remaining components in the group will play continuously without any dropouts.  Here is a summary of my situation:Approx 12 components:  6 Connect:Amps, then the rest are various Speakers such as Play 1s, Play 5s, Soundbars. All components are hardwired Running S2 This issue only happens on Connect:Amps, and only when they are the ‘first’ in the list of a group of components.  If I regroup things and change to a different Connect:Amp as the first, then the original one is fine, and the new-first-one will start to drop out.  Happens at least every 10 minutes.  Nothing drops out if I make one

Hi, I’m trying to use my gen 1 Play 1’s with a recenyly purchased Arc soundbar. Using the S2 app, it sees the play 1’s but says the bridge is incompatable. Can I use the Arc as the bridge and get rid of the incompatable bridge? If that makes sense? Thanks
