Yes, the Sub Mini will work with the Arc.
Follow the instructions in this article to set up and bond the Sub Mini to the Arc:

If you are having issues, you may need to unplug the Arc from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router.
Have you disabled wifi on the Arc? It needs to be enabled, as it communicates with the Sub Mini on a dedicated wifi link.
