Dear Community,
So I still face the isse that one speaker is closer that the other. Trueplay keeps messing up speaker distances an sets all to “more than 3 meters” in the rears.
Why is there just no option to level the rears? They where set as stereo in the beginning and it was possible. Setup with the arc my experience is worse 🫠 why?
For the love of good audio - please let us level our speakers!

Thanks for your post!
You can adjust the setting for how far from you each surround speaker is, but when you perform TruePlay, that setting is intentionally overridden. Settings » System » [room with Arc] » Surround Audio » Left/Right Surround.
I've marked this thread as a feature request and it will be seen by the relevant teams for consideration - perhaps it would be possible to maintain the setting after tuning. Keep the ideas coming!
