I own a Sonos Move and have noticed that it powers off exclusively during playback, despite being connected to a charger, leading me to believe that the issue isn't related to the battery. After consulting customer service, they suggested that it may be due to interference, but the device continues to power off on its own. Can you offer any suggestions on resolving this issue?

When I plug in my Sonos Roam, the red light on the front appears but it does not respond in any way to pressing power buttons or any other buttons, and it is not appearing to connect via Bluetooth or WiFi. At the moment it’s essentially an expensive paper weight, any idea what is wrong with it?

Does anyone have any advice for my sonos saying “playing music found on amazon music” but it never plays?!I ask to search for something, it says it found it & says “now playing…” but nothing else happens!I unplugged, reset & re-installed speakers & updated the app. I am at a loss!

How do I get voice assistant to work on Sonos roam?  The product is not showing in the app to connect

When I use the Sonos app on my iPhone, I see a prompt at the top of the screen:“Sign in to use new features.”But when I tap on the link, it autofills an email address that isn’t the one through which I’m currently registered, so I’m not able to log in. And I can’t change the email address to the correct one, even though it’s stored in my 1Password account.When I use the website, I can log in using my correct email address and PW, but that doesn’t help me on the app.Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thank you.

Since adding a Roam to my system some of my speakers will intermittently stop playing even though the app recognises the speaker and says it is currently playing. Then after 5 or so minutes it just start playing again. What should I do? Where do I start to troubleshoot? The wifi in my apartment is great so no issues with connection

I want the Sonos Voice Assistant to play music from my own LIBRARY. I am fed up with voice services like Sonos VA only playing music from streaming services. Is there a way or a hack I can do to make this work? Thank you

Good day all,My set up is Apple Music running through the Sonos App on my iPhone to a Sonos Arc (HDMI connection to my TV and wired broadband connection to my router ) with 2 x Sonos one’s SL set up as surrounds ( music playback on full setting ). I am enjoying the quality of Apple Music spatial audio!I read somewhere that the Sonos app pulls digital music files direct from Apples server. Where does the digital to analogue conversion take place? Does the Sonos ARC and One SLs have a built in DACs ?Thank you.Karl

Hi All,Big Sonos fan here and we have them all over our condo.That said, the condo we bought had an ‘in-ceiling’ speaker installed with an ethernet wire going to the AV closet.  I remember from when we were viewing the condo, that the old owners had a Sonos Connect in there, which I’m guessing they used to connect to the ‘in-ceiling’ speaker.  What we are trying to figure out is how to connect the ‘in-ceiling’ speaker to our current Sonos app/system.  I’m not sure if still need a Sonos Connect to do this, or if there is a simpler way now?  Our existing Sonos products are all wifi (Arc,Sub,Moves).I’m also unable to tell if the actual in-ceiling speaker is a Sonos product or not.  I see grills for in-ceiling speakers being sold on Sonos that look the same, but I can’t find any other images of what we have (see pictures below). Any help with the simplest and easiest way to get this speaker onto our existing Sonos network is appreciated and cheers!Phil

Thanks for any help.  I have a sonos play 3 that I want to use in a kitchen area. I also have two non-sonos ceiling speakers in this area, that I wish to play at the same time as the sonos 3. Are you able to tell me what I need to make this work. Could I use a sonos Gen 1 amp? Do I need anything else. Thanks for taking a read! 

Recently purchased 4 x Era 100 speakers, Sonos Amp and Sonos Sub with the hope of setting up a 4.1 system in my living room with a Samsung Frame TV.  Anyone know if it is possible to use these Sonos products to achieve a 4.1? So far I believe I’ve achieved a version of 2.1 by connecting my amp to the TV via eArc. I then added 2 x Era 100 and Sonos Sub in stereo. So my System shows 2 Products:Living Room (Amp) Living Room (Era 100-L + Era 100-R + Sub)They are grouped on playback and I can control the volume from my phone in a grouped fashion. Unfortunately when I change the volume via the TV it only adjusts Living Room (Amp). So the actual speakers with sound aren’t adjusted. I can’t seem to use “Groups” unless I add more products - the app specifically says I need to have 3 total “Products” to use “Groups”. Also, I couldn’t see a way to add the speakers to the amp in stereo.  Is the right next step to bond the remaining 2 x Era 100 speakers to the Amp in surround. My sonos One SL continually loses connections. They been in the same spot and setup and have worked fine for over a year. Indicator light just turns green randomly and I get error in app (Beam+?+?+?) when I reconnect it works then a few days later Does the same thing. 2044042842.  System diagnostic number. 

Specs for SONOS AMP can drive 2 pairs of 8 ohms speakers but has anyone used a SONOS AMP to drive their 70V Speaker system? AMP rated at 125watts so if my 70V speakers are all tapped at 5watts, in theory it could drive 25 speaks in my office. 

I received an email a couple of days ago saying that due to issues with Android 13, the play music on this device will no longer work, so the feature will be removed from the app on 23 May.I can't see this up for discussion on the forum.I have a few questions. Is this S1, S2 or both? Is it not possible to work around this in the software?Why remove the feature for everyone on 23 May when many users aren't using Android 13 yet and could continue to use the feature? 

Noticed just recently on Peacock, YouTube and YoutubeTV that all of my sound is coming from the Arc Playbar and I get zero sound from my L and R Play 1. The PS5 menu and games, I'm still getting sound from all speakers but everything else is forced through the Arc. The app shows 5.1digital+. I haven't had an issue until yesterday and none of my settings have changed.  Just curious if this is new, have I just not noticed before...What gives?

I am trying to decide if I would be better with non sonos in wall rear speakers with sonos amp or adding era300 speakers as rears. I have tv with digital atmos, sonos arc and sonos sub. I am interested in if the legacy rears with amp can support the dolby digital atmos format. 

Ok so I changed the name of my wifi network and now my Beam won’tconnectI go through everything all up to the point where it asks for the wifi network password, then I get a message about there was a problem connecting.Things I’ve done:Deleted my app an reinstalled itForced my wifi to just send on the 2.4Ghz channelMade a seperate network just for the Sonos on 2.4GhzDone a hard reset on the beamThe same thing happensI get the PIN soundI push the connect button on the backI sets up my BeamAnd then it’s time for the password and just an error messageI’m at loss here 

Hello. I am have ancient Sony home theater in a box where sub has finally died. Going to upgrade to a Sonos sound bar and sub. My room is about 16x16x13. The only place to put the sound bar would be in this middle shelf where the old speakers are. Is the top of the shelf going to be a problem with the up firing speakers of the arc? Will those speakers even hit a 13 ft high ceiling? Am I wasting money on an arc? I already have lots of other sonos speakers and play bar and love it in my bedroom. Also is the smaller sub good? It's half the piece of the big sub. Any thoughts would be helpful 

New Roam arrived yesterday. I followed the set up system (+ new product) - went very smoothly.left the unit on charge overnight.opened the app (yes fully updated) and showed roam as not connected.followed the steps, no success. Move was playing with no issues, wifi working with no issues. Reset the modem/router. absolutely no difference. Roam will not connect. what can be done? (Tried your chat bot and that was useless, hence coming here)

Siriusxm is not listed as a service in the list that appears when adding services. So I cannot add it as a streaming service. App, sonos port all have latest firmware. As does iphone I am using to add the service. Tried 2 different phones and one ipad with the same result.
