Por cierto, no somos Latinos, somos Hispanos. ¿Cuántos españoles han escuchado hablar en latín? Tengo un problema de redes, ya que poseo tres productos SONOS (si lo llego a saber), están configurados perfectamente, pero la Ray lo último que he comprado sustituye al Roam que utilizo cuando me ducho.  Con la Play 5 no hay problemas, porque tengo dos redes de internet en casa, y tres Sonos. i recently subscribed to Apple Music and added it to Sonos. When I wanted to play the tracks that I saved in my library, i noticed that all tracks are sorted alphabetically instead of by date added like in the Apple Music app. this is really annoying, since I usually listen to my favorite tracks from new to old.  is this a bug or a missing feature? Perhaps I don’t know how enable it? id appreciate some help.  best regards 

Hi guys, I'm trying to use a remote controller with my Sonos Ray, but nothing works... Tried 3 different remote controllers and all options like moving closers to tv, new batteries etcetera... Help.

Is anyone in the know able to shed some light on this issue for me, as sonos support have been no help. I have an eligible product in my sonos system , that has meant I am eligible for the 30% discount under the upgrade programme. I was testing out my basket to see which items I could apply the discount to. On first attempt the discount from the upgrade programme seemed to auto apply. However I then emptied my cart. Since then the discount is not auto applying and I cannot see a discount code on my upgrade page. Even though it says the product is eligible and the discount is activated.Has anyone else experienced this issue please? Sonos support have been no help and just keep telling me they don’t know why it isn’t auto applying. Thanks is advance.

Hi,Purchased my sound system ~1 mo ago: Arc + 2 x Sonos One 2nd gen surrounds.Well of course they announced the Era 300.  Ok, no matter I’ll get a 30% discount.Hmm 15%, okBut actually I’m not seeing any upgrade discount for Sonos One G2.  (I do see for G1)..Jean

Sonos move user here. Spotify is linked and will play when used through the app. When controlling through voice Google will say “ playing Michael Jackson on Spotify”. Them nothing. I can change the song and volume using voice commands. Just won't launch. 

I have the Sony A80K I just bought and can’t get my Sony settings correct so my Sony remote will control my sound and not the default TV speakers.  I had this setup for my past Samsung TV and could use the Samsung remote on a TV or my Apple TV remote to control the sound. I have the 2nd playbar with the optic able to connect, a sub and a SL and one speaker for my setup. 

As noted I would like to hook up a Boost to handle my existing speakers 10 all in but also have a Roam.  I know that the Roam is not compatible with Boost but will it still run off my wifi and sync with them when in everywhere mode?

I have the sonos beam and two sonos one SL speakers.  I have one of the sonos one speakers in my dining room and the other in my kitchen.  Is it possible to have the volume of all 3 speakers respond to my TV remotes volume button simuntaneously without stereo pairing them?

Hello! I am considering using the Sonos Amp with my Bose Acoustimass 5 as rear surround speakers for my home theater. I have the Arc and Sub (gen 3). How would this setup be compared to just getting Sonos Ones or Era 100s? Especially since using the Bose will introduce another subwoofer (passive). 

Bonjour, mon enceinte Play5 ne se connecte plus à ma box  en wi fi, en revanche la connection se fait en câble ethernet. Je crois avoir tout essayé je me demande si cela ne vient pas du sonos. Merci avez-vous des réponses

My Sonos Connect has become very unstable. It is connected with a patch cable directly to my router. If I connect my One SL speaker to the same cable it is stable and works, so it is not the router and not the cable.If I switch the power off and then on my connect works fine for a short while playing music (5-50 minutes), but suddently stops. Most often it stops within a few minutes. I can start the music again a few times before the app eventually reports that there is no network connection to the sonos connect :(I have noticed, that alle LEDs on both NICs from time to time swithces off at once and shortly after turning on again and then back to normal with the active NIC indicating connection and NW traffic.I have succeeded updating the software (required several retries), but it did not improve stability.Any ideas? Is the device broken?Thanks :)

If I don’t use my Sonos Play 5 for a few days, weeks etc. then come to use it with my Ipad, I go into Apple Music and then AirDrop, which shows the Play 5 as actually playing but no sound. Then sometimes if I leave the music may just randomly start playing out of the blue without doing anything else, after ten minutes or so.

I’ve searched on here for any fixes but can’t find any. After working fine for a couple of years my Sonos Move now just has a permanent blinking white light on the top and no amount of resetting etc will fix it. When i hold down the power button it will eventually turn off the light but i don’t get the usual chime sound. Turning it back on and resetting just results in it coming back to life silently with the blinking white light again.

Just a quick check if the Move is still compatible with S1, reading the general table, it should be, but based on the Q&A of the product, it shouldn’t… Is it a new version which is not compatible with S1 anymore and the table is not up to date or it is just a mistake in the Q&A?Thx! 

Since installing Sonos Ray sound at I can’t connect to my existing Sonos Play 1 (in a different room) or my Symfonisk (same room). Is this a common problem?  Using Sonos 2 app

Hi folks,I am intending to renovate my living room and considering placing a ceiling fan. However, this may affect the spatial/Atmos Dolby effect of my setup - arc, sub and 2 rear era 300. I was googling around for answers but there are mixed response. I would assume that an operating fan will definitely distort the upward firing sounds, but will a stationary fan affect significantly? Any thoughts? CheersGab

In my livingroom i have a single Arc that i want to tune with True Play tuning. The app starts the proces but tells me there is a speaker missing and it stops the process?? I do have 2 ERA 300’s + Sub mini in another room. Atm in time they are not connected to the Arc because there are no floor or wall mounts available (crazy if you think about that) to install my cinema set-up. That’s why i put them in another room to listen music until the mounts release in June.  My system sees all speakers in 2 different rooms and work properly per room like they should. My Arc has no missing speakers in the app like Arc+?+? or something.  why is trueplay missing a speaker in my room with a single stand alone Arc?

Hi, I have a Sony tv remote using Bluetooth but it won’t connect to my Sonos Soundbar using IR via Sonos app. Any resolution? TV is connected to sound at using optical with no problem hearing sound just cannot connect to tv remote.

I have an apple TV and recently got a sonos Beam.AppleTV is HDMI to the First HDMI port, Beam to the ARC port.It passes sound fine. Apple TV controls volume fine. But the TV no longer turns on when the apple TV is turned on.Even the original TV Remote doesn’t work when the beam is connected. I have to turn the TV on at the TV front panel. Troubleshooting things I have tried:I have disabled IR on the Beam, I have toggled AnyNet settings and Apple TV remote pass through settings.It HAS worked a few times, but everytime I get it to work once, it never works again.I set up voice controls, first Test “Hey Sonos, Turn on TV" worked fine, then when we actually tried to use it, it stopped working.Sometimes, very rarely, the Apple TV will turn on the TV when it powers on, but it is inconsistent and never works when I actually want it to.This is incredibly furstrating and I don’t understand what the conflict is, I have toggled, re-set up and tried every combination of settings. I read that there’s an outage that causes Google Assistant to say that it’s playing a song but the song doesn’t actually play.  I was having that issue and so I removed Google Assistant from my Beam and Move.  I didn’t see that the outage was happening until after I did that.  Now I’m trying to add Assistant back to my speakers but every time I get the, “There was a problem adding Google Assistant” error.  Is this also related to the outage?  I’m guessing so but confirmation would help ease my mind a bit.  If anyone knows, I would be greatly appreciative.  Thanks!

Hi,I have a record player by audio-technica it has a line out socket & bluetooth.My sonos system is made up of a Sonos ArcSub Gen 22 X One SL’s none of which have bluetooth or line out.So If I am not mistaken my cheapest option to get the record player through my Sonos. Would to add a Sonos Roam which has bluetooth.  But would that then play my tunes on all my speakers ?? TIA

Hi forum I have sonos playbar together with two sonos one sl as rear speakers, as tv speakers. Playbar is connected through a HDMI switch, as my Samsung does not support HDMI pass through.  When I’m watching Apple Tv (hdmi → hdmi switch→ toslink → playbar) it can output Dolby Digital 5.1 when supported shows has that. Sounds excellent btw.  But when I’m watching blu-ray/dvd (sony bdp-s1500 → hdmi → hdmi switch → toslink → playbar) Sonos app only show Stereo PCM regardless of setting I use.  Digital audio output: Auto or PCMBD AUDIO MIX: on or offDolby Digital Compatible output: on or offAudio DRC: auto or on or offDownmix: surround or stereo  Anyone have any suggestions or experience?  

I moved. Setting up my Sonos One SL was easy to the 5 MHz band of my wifi. Then I set up the older components: Playbar, Sub and two Sonos 1s ... until one of the 1s was dropped from the pair (and, actually, the whole room), and now when I factory reset it and try to add it back, the app creates a new, parallel room and defaults to the 5 MHz band on which it doesn't work. Can't figure out how to switch it back to the 2.4 MHz band with the other components (even after deleting the One SL so that there would only be one network active). Hepl, please: I'm so frustrated I'm willing to consider alternatives after more than a decade on this platform....
