I have had my Sonos setup for quite a while, but over the past week the sound randomly dissappears when listening to Spotify. When listening to radio the problem doesn't occur. How do I fix this? 

I have a sonos sounder connected to a samsung tv and a sonos zone player.  We also have two speakers in the ceiling.  The speakers will connect to the sonos app and play and the sounder will play what is on the tv.  However, I can’t get the sounder and speakers to connect and play together for a surround sound.  Help.  This is an existing system in a new home, but I have reset everything. 

svc cannot recognise any playlists in the my sonos part of the app i am running android.

I have 2 x Moves paired in the kitchen, and just recently they have started to drop/disappear from my system. If i power them off and back on they eventually come back online after approx. 5 mins. On the app, when I look at System, there is a warning saying, “Kitchen not configured”. These have worked perfectly up till now, and I’ve had no change to Wi-Fi set up. Any ideas ? TIA 

Hello. uaing a one year old Sonos one for a year with GA voice control to play TuneIn radio stations via my Spotify account,  The Spotify account id setup as the default music sercive and worked fine until a couple of weeks ago.  After the voice command, nothing happens, but I can start th3 service via the Sonos App (old on3) w/o problem.  I can also ask GA to stop playing but not start,.  Anyone with ideas where to start ?    

I Like to buy a Beam gen 1. But can I connect my One & One SL, and if so can I use them both as home cinema system as in just listening to my music?  Im sort of on budget, that’s why I’m thinking bout buying a refurbished Beam but it’s a gen 1.  Or would it be better to just buy a new Ray. (My apartment is only 50m2).  Hope someone can advice me.Thank you 

I just moved to a new apartment and they use Xfinity internet service however the service is through the apartment complex through what Xfinity calls it “community wifi” and my boost will not connect to the internet here. Ive tried everything from app/system reset to purchasing a brand-new boost and it still won't connect. The Xfinity tech rep mentioned that they use IP 10 vs IP 192.168 which could be the reason why the device won't connect. Additionally, I tried wiring the boost through the ethernet in the wall, ethernet switch coming out of the modem, and finally the modem itself and no luck. At this point I have no clue as what it would be. Sonos tech said that it would be multitask issue from Xfinity or a firewall setting thoughts anyone?

Why everything Sonos releases a new product they NEVER produce enough of the stands. There is a shortage every single time. This is getting really tiresome.

Hello,Does anyone know if it's possible to add all the results from a search "on this mobile device" to the queue at once? I assumed maybe it would load all the tracks if i just started to play one but it doesn't. It only adds that one track and starts playing it. I'm problaby just looking in the wrong place or missing something because it most be possible right? Looks like a basic function to me. Adding all the tracks one by one is not very user-friendly. I'm on android and have the S2 app. 

When i enter the password on the Sonos website it allows me access to my account however when i use the same log in details and password on the App it says i have entered the wrong details. Can you please help?

My sonos round used to work perfectly but since I used it for a party last week, in Bluetooth, it doesn’t work in Bluetooth anmymore. It seems to be connected but no sound. I reinitialised it and connected to my system and with the wifi everything is all right. Thanks for your help !!

Hi,I’m thinking of buying a Project debut turntable. I have a Sonos amp which is linked to a set of old QUAD speakers. I would like to place the turntable in another spot (the same room) than the amp. Is it possible to link the turntable wireless to the amp? Or does it has to be connected by cable to the amp? I bought two of the ethernet to usb-c dongles in the hopes of returning my setup off wifi. I’m using the Eras 300s as rears in connection with an Arc and Sub Gen 3.I can see that the dongles are working, but the era 300s are also still connecting over wifi. When I disable the wifi on the Arc/sub the Eras switch to WM:1 and the audio immediately gets choppy and stays that way (whether connected via ethernet or not). As a test, I temporarily renamed my wifi to see if the Eras would fall back to the ethernet connection, but instead they just drop out entirely. Is there anyway to force them to just use ethernet? My previous One SLs worked flawlessly as ethernet surrounds. I want the ability disable the wireless for at least two reasons:Living in Brooklyn there’s already a ton of wireless interference so cutting down on unnecessary (particularly stationary) wireless is always nice.When I leave wireless enabled on the Arc, the Ones, which I relocated to my bedroom prioritize connecting to it

I can’t seem to get my Beam (Gen 2) to connect to my wifi using 5GHz. Although the specs say it supports 5GHz that doesn’t seem to be the case (at least not for me).If I disable the 2.4GHz band on my SSID the Beam won’t connect at all. Using both 2.4GHz and 5GHz will allow it to connect. But as can be seen from the network controller (below)… only using 2.4GHz.But why?What is the trick here?As you can see my other Sonos speakers have no problem using 5GHz and the Beam is the newest of them all??!The reason this annoys me is because the Beam is the ONLY device on my network that requires 2.4GHz. So if it worked as I was expecting I could disable the 2.4GHz all together. Any good ideas as to how I can fix this? Or is it simply “not fixable”? Thanks :-)

Hi,i recently purchased the complete Sonos system including Sonos Arc+ Sonos Era 300 x 2 + Sonos Sub Gen 3I have also a Technics SL-1200MK2 Black which I would love to connect to this setup that i have grouped and trueplay tuned.One solution is to get an RIAA/Pickup-Preamplifier  and connect it through a sonos line adapter to Sonos Era 300 but the problem is that the Sonos Era doesnt accept inputs when its in trueplay tuning mode.The Arc which is basically the mother in the trueplay tuning doesnt have any input.Can someone recommend a solution in which the Technics SL-1200MK2 can be earthed and also connect to the system so i can get a nice 3d sound?   

I have acquired a Sub Mini to add to my Beam. I have to update my app on my Android Phone. App refused to update. Remove app from phone, as recommended by Sonos chat. Now I can’t even reload it, so all Sonos products now helpless. Phone software up to date, so not that.

I have three Sonos speakers and I love them. But I guess my soundbar is technically “S1” and when I installed the Sonos app on my desktop everything broke. Then I called support and the guy basically told me to give up on my soundbar and that the phone app can only help me with S2 compatible tech. His other solutions wanted me to connect directly to the router with wires I don’t have. This is nuts. I bought hardware from Sonos, it’s THEIR job to make the app work, not mine. So, rather than rely on Support (that used to be helpful) or massively complicated support docs about downgrading my system, I figured I’d ask others who live IRL.

All of a sudden my Apple Essentials Playlist is come up not encoded correctly , whats that about?Is there anyway to correct this issue.Thanks 

Can my play 2 be converted to Bluetooth 

I will have 2 zones in my outdoor patio. I am planning on connecting the amp directly to the router via ethernet cable. Since i will have two sonos amps i was going to connect both of them directly to the router.  I noticed the amp has two ethernet ports and was wondering can i run one ethernet cable to the router and then use the other ethernet port to connect to the second sonos amp? will i lose any internet speed, will there be any audio delay? I have two zones so i can connect outdoor tv and speakers to 1 zone and garden speakers for the other zone and then use both zones for music.  Thanks for your help.  

do you have to upgrade the sonos port in order for the speakers to be integrated with other speakers through the receiver

Does anyone else have the experience that at the end of a song on Amazon Music it blasts the volume? we have an Arc

I am trying to link google assistant and my Sonos app and am getting error messages saying I need to link speakers to my Sonos account. When I check my account, the connect:amp shows up as expected. I’ve tried linking the two services from the Google side and Sonos side, but same result with both.  I’m using the same Sonos account everywhere, and have reviewed the support articles posted already.  Anybody else ever face a similar issue? Or is this product not compatible with Google Assistant?   

Hi,I have an original Sonos amp linked to Alexa which works fine via voice control. My problem is when I try to use the S1 app. Every new day that I try to use the app it won’t connect to my amp, I have to turn the amp off at the wall and then when it reboots I can use the app, for a day, then it won’t connect again. I am using the app on Apple if that makes any difference.Needless to say, it is very frustrating so would appreciate any advice please.  Thank youMatt
