Era100 cannot update, producing error 30

Hi All,

 

Tried to update the Era100 that i recently purchased.

I get an Error 30 just seconds before finishing up

I also tried to reset the speaker, but again, i get the same error during the setup process

The update was attempted from an iphone 14 and from a laptop as well

 

My Sonos setup includes

1 playbar,

1 arc,

2 sonos 1

1 play 3

1 play 5

1 sonos 5

1 roam

1 ray

 

My network setup is a Ubiquiti setup with UDM pro SE,

3 access points

 

all previous setups/updates with the rest of the equipment were successful so far

 

Any ideas on how to update it successfully?

Update Error 30 means that Sonos isn’t able to download the update file. The article linked by @John B are general steps that usually resolve this issue. As you’re still having trouble with downloading the update, I’d recommend submitting a diagnostics after attempting the update and reaching out to our support team. They will be able to look into your system and troubleshoot this issue with you further.

You can also share your confirmation number here so I can take a look and see if there is anything else preventing the update from completing.
