HelloUp until yesterday, all was fine. Amazon Music albums mostly disappeared. All tracks seem to be available but but in their albums but listed individually in the tracks section. Have re-authorised Amazon Music, didn't work. Amazon Music on Android device ok, no probs.Advice, thoughts appreciated, many thanks

How can I use my Sonos speaker to play music from Medici TV?

Sorry to start I’m not that technical- can get by but nothing more!I seem to keep losing the Move and Roam from my App. Has only just started happening. I have a BT router with a playbar connected via Ethernet. All of the non portable items show up fine without issue.I also have a BT disc in the front of the house to ensure coverage. Is there anything obvious I’m missing? But it not takes multiple attempts to open and close the app, or I have to try and find the products - which involves turning them off and sometimes the router - hardly user friendly for portable speakers!  Any suggestions much appreciated 

Hi AllSort of newbie here, just got an arc, sub and 2 x era 300s. All set up and it sounds amazing…However, when I got add streaming services, Spotify is there but Amazon Music isnt there to select. Anyone else had this issue or know a solution? Im UK based so it should be available right? Thanks 

I am going to install signal boosters in my home.  Will they impact the connection to my Sonos?  What should I be concerned about?  I use ATT router and internet provider.  

Is it possible to have in the set up of a given room: a pair of stereo Sonos Five + 1 or 2 Era 100 or Era 300?  Why? To get some sound in part of the room that is far away from the 2 Fives  To get the Sonos Voice Control for the room :-) Thanks, 

Does it work to use Sonos Move to voice control a stereo pair of Sonos Five? It works well, even when the Sonos Move is not playing music?    

I'm no longer seeing the search categories at the top of the screen that I used to (to select search by artist, song, album, playlist, etc.).  The only options displaying at the top are "Stations" or "Podcasts & Shows" and when I search there are no options for pandora or spotify.  Using the S2 controller on a samsung/android.  My wifes controller still shows the old view.  Any ideas on how to get this back to the previous search options?

I go to add a service and it’s blank. No list is there. Any idea of why or how to solve this? Earlier today there was a list and I was able to add services, now no list is there.

Hi,It is very hard now to use Amazon Music App on Android with my 2 Sonos One.Sometimes, i cannot reach them through the amazon music app (they appear but the app can’t connect without any explanations). Sometimes i can but if i want change from a playlist to another, i “lost” connection between app and my speakers and i go into first case…More over, since 2 or 3 weeks now, i cannot see in sonos S2 app the songs that are playing. I can pause and resume songs but cannot skip them and don’t see what song is playing.I can use Alexa’s orders to launch music, use Sonos app to play music from amazon music, but it’s a pain from amazon music app to speakers…. Any help is welcome,Morgan

Hello,I was a poor student that didn’t keep up with trends now with a home theatre problem.I have a first Gen Play:1 (no longer in production) and the first Gen Ikea bookshelf. For my baby shower our bff got us a huge TV and now I’m having trouble figuring out the most economical and less wasteful way of setting up a home theatre when I purchase a playbar. bonus if it doesn’t take a lot of time.unfortunately, Ikea has upgraded to the 2nd Gen bookshelf and it doesn’t pair with the old one.  Does anyone have any suggestion on what to do? Thanks a lot!  

My recently purchased Sonos Roam is dropping the sound for a second or so regularly when I play via Apple Music from my phone. However, it doesn’t do the same when I play via the Sonos App on the same phone. Over a 20 minute period playing through Apple Music, the sound dropped 16 times, but this did not happen when playing through the Sonos App. Has anyone experienced anything similar, if so, were you able to resolve?

I have a 10-year-old, WIRED 5-speaker system as well as a 4-SONOS wireless speaker system (3 Ones + 1 MOVE) in our home in Costa Rica. We have a SONOS AMP running on an ARC mesh network with fiber-optic service. After we installed the new mesh network, I factory reset the 4 wireless SONOS speakers; they now work perfectly. The wired speaker network, however, is not connected and remains a question. My questions are 1. Should I reset the AMP to get the wired speakers to work? And if I factory reset the SONOS AMP to get the wired speakers working, will it disconnect from the wireless SONOS speakers? I’m fine if I have to factory reset those speakers after the AMP is reset, but I worry that I might knock the AMP off the mesh network requiring a tech to revisit the house. Ideas? 

I have a lot of Sonos gear and recently I upgraded my entire home to S2 capable hardware.  Now I’ve noticed on several occasions, I go to the S2 controller app to do something innocuous like lower the volume but I have to click through an Advertisement to get there.Are you kidding me?  What kind of system forces you to experience Ads on its remote controller??My question….is there anyway to disable this disgusting display of selfish greed?

Is I had my Sonos move connected to my Alexa then the problem with the there's a problem with the Wi-Fi and I reset the sonos and I can't find it on Alexa wrapped to to get everything I need on now I can't connect it from nexor app my son is move so I kind of just Spotify listen to the radio so when I say it isn't the radio it's like it's about to play and it doesn't play the radio station same with Spotify thanks I hope someone can help

Hi all, new to Sonos, and having issues connecting my reconditioned play5 gen1 to S1 app on IOS. also I have a yellow flashing light (not green) as all the instructions say.Can anyone suggest how I can rectify this?

I purchased a Sonos Era 100 at Best Buy. Then I ordered a Sonos Line-In Adapter (from Sonos), but it’s back-ordered and it looks like I won’t receive for a month or more. My question is: If my turntable has a USB-B port (normally used for connecting the turntable to a computer), can I safely use a USB-C to USB-B cable to connect the turntable to the Era 100 (without using the Sonos Line-In Adapter and the RCA to 3.5mm cable)? And will it work?

I cannot see BBC Sounds as a service on my new One SL speakers and the new S2 app… Amazon works but I use Sounds as on my old system. Anyone else have a problem? Thanks.

Hey there,  I bought a New Open Box Sonos Roam from Best Buy and it sounds like it’s playing with a pillow over it. Very muffled sounds. Any idea what could be wrong?  So far I’ve only tried it on Bluetooth 

Hi,  I’ve recently purchased 2 subwoofer mini’s and a ARC soundbar. I can pair one of the subs, but the second one says it doesn’t have any speaker to add. Whats the workaround to fix this? Regards

 I received my Arc and Sub yesterday from best buy.  Had handy person come out today to wall mount ARC and fish wires through wall to back of LG 77 C2 tv.  Sonos Arc and Sub are talking fine with each other, but when I try to pair it to TV through the sonos application it fails and says unable to connect to ARC or something along those lines.  Very very annoying.  I am sure if I contact LG they will say contact Sonos and Sonos will blame LG, etc.   Have read a lot of the knowledge base on here and there seems to be some issues likely going on with the c2 Tvs  and the ARC is this true?  ff so this is a very expensive paperweight as main purpose is to watch this with my TV vs streaming music or other stuff.  I have tried literally everything.  Whether would to turn smartlink on/off, unplug all hdmi’s power cycle it, etc..  Is the c2 and the ARC just not compatible with each other currently?  If so let me know please and will save me time.  Wish I would of read of some of these issues ear

I am having trouble with the hdmi input on the back of my Beam. It’s so loose it loses connection from vibration and then I lose my surround sound. This is the second Beam I’ve had that has this issue. It seems to be a factory defect.Has anyone else experienced a loose hdmi input? How do I resolve?

Hello, I’m a brand-new Sonos owner, and I think I screwed up. My setup:Fluance RT85Schiit Magni preampPort2x Era 100Beam (Gen2)My goal: play my turntable throughout the house and also have surround for my tv.   I now realize this isn’t possible when Eras are set to Surround.  I can live with just the Beam for my TV, but the Eras aren’t as mobile as I’d hoped (require power).   Should I have purchased two Moves instead of two Eras?   I’d love for the functionality of listening to the turntable in my living room and being able to pick up and take the music with me to the kitchen, etc. Will the Moves run into the same can’t use with turntable when set to surround issue?(In my defense, I’m a new dad and I’m very tired.) Thank you!   

Hi, newbie and my first question. Please be gentle.Yesterday I took delivery of a lot of Sonos items, having first bought a Move and a Port. (Port no longer needed). Having connected the ARC to my Sony Bravia tv, model no KD55Af8 using the HDMI and optical adapter, I find that I can increase tv volume with the tv remote but cant take it back down unless I switch off the ARC. I need to have use of the tv remote to be able to change channels. Have I done something wrong? The t.v has an HDMI ARC input, but only an optical output.
