I need to blow away and reconfigure my zones

Looks the names of my zones have been changed somehow in my sonos profile and it is causing some rooms to play music and one of my rooms I can’t get music to play.

I looked at my setup and it looks like the names are different from what was originally set up

I need to redo my configuration and start from scratch.  What is the best way to do that?

Often, things like Apple HomeKit, and other third party ‘Home Management’ software can change the names of Sonos ‘rooms’. It’s likely that even if you do a factory reset and set up each ‘room’ again, losing all of your data, the third party software may still attempt to change names on you.

I’d start by looking at disconnecting your Sonos from that. Renaming rooms in the controller is fairly easy, though, and doesn’t involve the overly destructive factory reset .

Thanks I’ll give this a try
