My Sonos one was working fine but after I turned it off it will now not turn on and I can’t find it on my system. When I plug it in the red light shows for 5 seconds but then goes off. What do I do?

Try connecting it to your router with an Ethernet cable first, then plug in the power cable. Wait two minutes for it to boot up before opening the controller. 

If it’s still not showing up, you will need to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
