any idea why sirius sports stations are missing from my favorites?

Hi, Is it possible to use the new SONOS Era 100 or Era 300 speakers as audio output for a Mac, using only a direct USB-C to USB-C cable, without the SONOS audio adapter, selecting the necessary audio output in System Settings.Should this work?

Has anyone got Sonos working with Optus broadband? I have just switched and they appear to be incompatible.

Hope you are well folks!I am trying to understand the guildelines from Sonos on placement  (specifically how high on the wall to mount them.  In the guide is states;Era 300 should be placed indoors and have approximately two ft (.61 m) of overhead clearance for optimal sound quality. Is this stating two ft (0.61m) is the optimum height as that is how it reads to me?  In my experience I would have thought the ideal placement would be closer to ear level?

I’m trying to create a studio pair between Play:five gen 2 and a Sonos five. When I select either speaker and then select create studio pair none of my Sonos speakers show up as an option for pairing. I also have a Move, a Play: three and a Sonos one. None of these show up for pairing when I select any of them to set up a studio pair yet they are all on the same Wi-Fi net work.  Any ideas? All are operated through the Sonos 2 app.

I have a Beam Gen2 and 2 One SL speakers setup as a surround. The problem is, I can’t hear the satellite speakers unless I am, literally, 2 inches in front of them, and then barely. I know about “push the button on the One speaker in increase the volume” but that increases the total volume, not just the speaker. I am attached to the TV using the HDMI cable.

Am I able to pair the Arc, Move, and roam together as one to play TV or music together? Whenever I try to select them as a group I get a “unable to save group” message.

I’m hearing a crackling static sound periodically coming from my Arc and two surround sound Ones when nothing is playing through the speakers. For instance, if the TV is paused and/or music is paused. Anyone know where I should look to determine cause of this crackling? Diagnostics 1396450043

I had not experienced this issue until very recently, but it seems to affect songs originally encoded as SACD or other high fidelity codec. However, I have made sure to encode all my music as ALAC, which should not be a problem. Does the original encoded still affect Sonia playability? Any suggestions?

To my delight i have been able to play my cds through an era 100 using the sojos line in adaptor and two rca plus into the aux out jacks on my cd player. So far so good. My denon dp 200 turntable previously played by connecting to the aux in jacks on the cd (denon m35) and then through the passive speakers. But now the old denon speakers have gone i'd hoped the turntable would also play through era, again using aux in for turntable and aux out to connect w era. However this does not work (tho i am told dp200 has built in pre amp). There seems no other way to connect dp200 to era's line in.  I am outof my depth and maybe not mqking sense. But of course grateful for any suggestions...

if I have 5 play 1’s no voice activation can i purchase 1 voice activated Play 1 to control the 5?

Al reproducir desde la aplicación de alexa music y conectar el sonos amp no me da la calidad de audio HD pero cuando lo conecto con ariplay ahi si me la da ayudenme porfa

I was so excited to receive my Sonos Era 300 yesterday. Everything sounded great at first. But last night I was going to fall asleep to some music like I sometimes do and I noticed a static pop sound. It’s like listening to your music while someone is slowly closing a bag of chips.  I tried everything. Unplugged, reset, tried playing through both the Sonos and Apple Music app and it still did it.   Anyone else notice this issue?I’m hoping it’s a software issue, but I’m not waiting to see if it is

I have two new Sonos speakers on Sonos 2 in my house - I have just built a garden room with separate router and am trying to use on an old I now renamed play 5.  It’s not S2 compatible. I assumed as it’s a separate network I could simply use Sonos one but I can’t get past the message to use S2 Sonos trying to bullying me into buying yet another product.  I’ve looked online and there are instructions on how to remove my other components but then I can’t get into S1 - I love the sound but this company drives me crazy …… any advice on how to fix this welcome. I’ve even tried to set up a separate account with a new email and that’s not working as the network is ultimately connected to the same broadband connection.

There is Trend Fm in the list of Budapest local radio. I can not listen to this radio station in the last 2 days. Do somebody know  why?

Hi Guys,I have conntected my Epson Projector to my mixer via audio out 3.5mm from my project to phono (red and white) 6.5mm on one of my mixer channels. I can see the sound going into my mixer when I play something on the TV so I know the sound is definitely working. I think plug a red and white phono jack from the out put of the mixer to the RCA input of the Sonos AMP. On the sonos app I select line in. There is a setting which says Stero/Mono. I am not sure which one to select for it to work. I have it on Stero but there is no sound coming through. Thanks for any help you can provide!

When you use two Era 100’s in a stereo pair, do all 4 tweeters still work, or do they switch off the inner facing ones and send stereo to use just the outside tweeters please?

Cant send survey to sonos keeps saying ad blocker tried 3 browsers with adblocker disabled

I’m having issues connecting my Project Primary E (Phono) to my Sonos Era 100,I have the Sonos USB-C to 3.5 Line in Adaptor and my Turntable came with a RCA to 3.5 cord.Everything connects and plays on the Sonos Era 100 but there is a loud buzzing sound which I think is a grounding issue? How can I fix a grounding issue where there is no option for grounding on the Sonos Era 100?Am I missing a piece of equipment like an Amp? I thought i didn’t need one because my turntable has a phono pre-amp inbuilt and them the Sonos Era 100 already has line in connection?Help!

Ok, so I bought an amp for three of the advertised functions, and I’ve only been able to get one of them setup successfully so far. Using amp to power two Polk outdoor speaker.  Works great, sounds great! Using the amp to power a second sub for my home theater with Arc, Sonos SUB, and Era 300s.  I can’t figure out how to use AMP with multiple setups. Use the line in to play records, etc through the home theater setup. What is possible and what isn’t?  I haven’t been able to get my polk sub to play at all. Even if its just paired with the outdoor speakers.  It get connected, but no sound. All of the features of the amp made it seem like a really good product for me, but not if I can only use one of them.  Thanks in advance for any help.  I’m fairly new to Sonos and I come from a more traditional home theater background.

When I connect the power to my Sonos Amp, the white light comes on for a split second and then goes off and will not come back on. I have tried to carry out a reset but it does not respond. Can anyone help?
