When you use two Era 100’s in a stereo pair, do all 4 tweeters still work, or do they switch off the inner facing ones and send stereo to use just the outside tweeters please?

No tweeters are disabled on the Sonos Era 100 at any point.

If you believe that one of the tweeters is not working then remove the stereo pair and test on each of the Sonos Era 100’s individually.

If any of the tweeters are not playing, I suggest you to reach out to Sonos Support as most likely there is a hardware error.
