“Not Correctly Encoded” popping up

I had not experienced this issue until very recently, but it seems to affect songs originally encoded as SACD or other high fidelity codec. However, I have made sure to encode all my music as ALAC, which should not be a problem. Does the original encoded still affect Sonia playability? Any suggestions?

If using the S1 app, make sure the ALAC files are no larger than 16-bit/48kHz. If using the S2 app, make sure the ALAC files are no larger than 24-bit/48kHz.

Just as a reminder, here is the the supported audio formats FAQ. As @GuitarSuperstar suggests, it’s never ‘all’ of any single format.
