When I connect the power to my Sonos Amp, the white light comes on for a split second and then goes off and will not come back on. I have tried to carry out a reset but it does not respond. Can anyone help?

It may be a hardware issue assuming you have tried a different electrical outlet. I suggest you run the process again (connect to power) and after the fault occurs run a diagnostic within 10 minutes and post the reference ID in your next post. Call Sonos tech tsupport to discuss the findings.
