Am I able to pair the Arc, Move, and roam together as one to play TV or music together? Whenever I try to select them as a group I get a “unable to save group” message.

Yes, they can all be grouped together to play the same audio. Follow the instructions in this article to group speakers:

NOTE: You may experience a slight audio delay from the grouped speakers if playing TV audio from the Arc.

The “slight audio delay” mentioned is 75ms at least. Some people are more sensitive to this than others.
