It seems that I can't play music I downloaded on my phone... Is it normal ? It's really annoying. I don't even have the button to search through my phone's memory

If you’re using an android, the feature was removed due to changes in the OS. If you have an iphone, you should be able to use airplay.

Not unless the OS maker (either Google or Apple) changes their position on allowing third party software like Sonos or BlueSound to use the devices as an NAS. Read that as most likely never. You’d be better off following Sonos’ advice in this thread.
