I connected speakers back to my Amp after trying my old amp and although it’s working fine to play from the app, it won’t play from the line-in (connected to turntable via a pre-amp). I tried connecting a CD player to see if it’s the pre-amp and that didn’t work. There is a buzzing sound only.. Tried re-starting etc.. no luck. Any ideas? 

Hi.im using the beam gen 2 for some time now.im using it with the newest Apple TV 4K without atmos because my tv have only Arc.(no earc).today I thought maybe I can use the atmos on my Xbox series x but there also it says it can’t play atmos although my tv does support Dolby digital plus. I downloaded the Dolby app and still no atmos.also I did a test on the Xbox of the sound channels and left/ right was REVERSED. Is it a problem with Xbox or something wrong with my beam?I thought I hear reversed channels for sometime but on other forum people told me there is no way this could happen.is there a fix for all of this?thanks in advance 

This issue is similar to “Sonos no longer finds NAS network path” but is S1, the library is very small and the ping to the router where the NAS is seems to be fast. Router (Nighthawk R7000) has a small USB-HD connected as a network folder. All accesses with NO password.My desktop (Windows 10) is able to connect as network location but Sonos S1 (from desktop or Android App) is not, that means, S1 is not able to add a music library as a network device.The error is related to "Server stack" (error 900).Like the other question, this was working fine for years and for months now Sonos no longer accesses the music library. No idea what could be changed in my system.Think I have tried all net-basic things but no luck. Need help. Any advise ?

Hi all!I received my Sub Mini yesterday, and having some trouble connecting it to my system.When I plugged it in, the status LED is white and I could not find it in my S2-app, so I supposed I need to reset it.Plugged it out from power, hold Join button (the only button on Sub Mini) while plugging it in. The status LED began to blink white, but after a while it just came back to fixed white light, which is a little more dull / dimmed than the blinking.I have tried this many time, but still haven't been able to reset it in order to pair with my system.I then plugged ethernet port in to it, and was able to find its IP in my network, and Web Interface (port 1400) works just fine (REPORTED as Sub Mini, too!), so it's not totally dead, but it seems like there isn't a way to reset it from Web Interface.Have anyone experienced this problem (on both Sub Mini and other devices), and any tips would be greatly appreciate!Cheers!

Hello… I would like advice on removing my existing Play 1 surround pair and replacing them with my new Fives.  I’d like them gone from the S2 app as well so there’s no confusion when I add the Fives.Would I be right in selecting “Remove Surrounds” in the app to remove the Play 1s then, do a reset on them before unplugging? Then, plug in both Fives and add those to the Room the Play1s were in?I realize this is remedial stuff for most of you but, I haven’t replaced a speaker in my system since I bought them back in 2014.Thank you in advance.  Brad

I recently purchased a new Sonos Move Speaker. This is a replacement for one I returned under warranty. Both Speakers are listed & identified in my Sonos.com account.  The problem is I cannot get Alexa to recognize the new speaker even though I’ve applied the Alexa Skill and have gone through the “Add Device” process. What’s very weird is if I instruct Alexa to play music using the name of the “OLD” speaker (ie. Sonos Move on the Patio) it recognizes that speaker as “active” & and tries to play music on it…..buried somewhere deep in a trash can…..lolHas anyone experienced this situation and what did you do to get Alexa to recognize the new speaker and ignore/delete the old?

When I say hey Google play Pandora,  it's says it will play it then nothing. Anyone else having this issue. Started a week ago. 

My robot vac just chewed the cable. Now I’m looking at $80 replacement. Can Sonos fix this? Would be great if they changed this hardwired lead 😢 

Hi, I consider to connect a media player  “NewHank Playmate mediaspeler” to a Sonos stereo pair, this would allow me to connect CD player and a mic to that device. Would this setup work well?Thanks for your help. Kr Harald

Hello i connected my Sonos five with Samsung TV using Toslink(optical cable) + DAC + 3.5mm. My TV is also connected with Apple TV 4K. Is it possible to control the volume of my Sonos using Samsung/Siri remote (gen 1). Now both remote cannot control volume.

Hello, a recent (2 days) update has stopped my Sonos 1 working.  It tells me the speaker and bridge need an update but then tells me they aren't compatible with the suggested new App. Its been working absolutely fine up until the update,  i would appreciate any ideas or suggestions please.   Keith 

I have a SONOS Arc connected to my LG monitor. The sound bar stops working each time a scene changes during a movie, and a commercial is broadcast when watching broadcast television. The dropout lasts about 30 seconds, then begins to work again. 

Hi, I recently updated my Sonos, (all seemed normal) I then came to play my playlist from Amazon and I keep getting the error message ‘cannot add songs to the queue’. It only does this to my playlist, (my husbands, kids etc all play fine!) with no other information. My playlist isn’t particularly long (500ish songs) and if I can’t resolve this my Sonos is pretty much useless for what I want to use it for! Can anyone help? Thanks so much.

I have had my Sonos setup for quite a while, but over the past week the sound randomly dissappears when listening to Spotify. When listening to radio the problem doesn't occur. How do I fix this? 

I have a sonos sounder connected to a samsung tv and a sonos zone player.  We also have two speakers in the ceiling.  The speakers will connect to the sonos app and play and the sounder will play what is on the tv.  However, I can’t get the sounder and speakers to connect and play together for a surround sound.  Help.  This is an existing system in a new home, but I have reset everything. 

svc cannot recognise any playlists in the my sonos part of the app i am running android.

I have 2 x Moves paired in the kitchen, and just recently they have started to drop/disappear from my system. If i power them off and back on they eventually come back online after approx. 5 mins. On the app, when I look at System, there is a warning saying, “Kitchen not configured”. These have worked perfectly up till now, and I’ve had no change to Wi-Fi set up. Any ideas ? TIA 

Hello. uaing a one year old Sonos one for a year with GA voice control to play TuneIn radio stations via my Spotify account,  The Spotify account id setup as the default music sercive and worked fine until a couple of weeks ago.  After the voice command, nothing happens, but I can start th3 service via the Sonos App (old on3) w/o problem.  I can also ask GA to stop playing but not start,.  Anyone with ideas where to start ?    

I Like to buy a Beam gen 1. But can I connect my One & One SL, and if so can I use them both as home cinema system as in just listening to my music?  Im sort of on budget, that’s why I’m thinking bout buying a refurbished Beam but it’s a gen 1.  Or would it be better to just buy a new Ray. (My apartment is only 50m2).  Hope someone can advice me.Thank you 

I just moved to a new apartment and they use Xfinity internet service however the service is through the apartment complex through what Xfinity calls it “community wifi” and my boost will not connect to the internet here. Ive tried everything from app/system reset to purchasing a brand-new boost and it still won't connect. The Xfinity tech rep mentioned that they use IP 10 vs IP 192.168 which could be the reason why the device won't connect. Additionally, I tried wiring the boost through the ethernet in the wall, ethernet switch coming out of the modem, and finally the modem itself and no luck. At this point I have no clue as what it would be. Sonos tech said that it would be multitask issue from Xfinity or a firewall setting thoughts anyone?

Why everything Sonos releases a new product they NEVER produce enough of the stands. There is a shortage every single time. This is getting really tiresome.

Hello,Does anyone know if it's possible to add all the results from a search "on this mobile device" to the queue at once? I assumed maybe it would load all the tracks if i just started to play one but it doesn't. It only adds that one track and starts playing it. I'm problaby just looking in the wrong place or missing something because it most be possible right? Looks like a basic function to me. Adding all the tracks one by one is not very user-friendly. I'm on android and have the S2 app. 

When i enter the password on the Sonos website it allows me access to my account however when i use the same log in details and password on the App it says i have entered the wrong details. Can you please help?

My sonos round used to work perfectly but since I used it for a party last week, in Bluetooth, it doesn’t work in Bluetooth anmymore. It seems to be connected but no sound. I reinitialised it and connected to my system and with the wifi everything is all right. Thanks for your help !!

Hi,I’m thinking of buying a Project debut turntable. I have a Sonos amp which is linked to a set of old QUAD speakers. I would like to place the turntable in another spot (the same room) than the amp. Is it possible to link the turntable wireless to the amp? Or does it has to be connected by cable to the amp?
