The Sonos app on my Android phone and on my iPad are both showing only the first five albums in my Amazon Music library “My Albums” view (Browse => Amazon Music => My Music => Albums), out of more than 300 that should be visible.  I tried (1) forcing the app to stop and re-starting it, then (2) re-authorising Amazon in the Sonos app on my phone, but the problem persists.  My 300+ albums are still there in my Amazon Music account, because I can see them in the Amazon Music app.  Why does the Sonos app only show the first five?  Is anyone else seeing this?  Is there a fix?

Can the Audio-Technica AT-LP3XBT turntable connect to the Sonos Move via Bluetooth?

I lost my internet service and am waiting for the ISP to come out.  In the meantime, my neighbor is generously offered to let me connect to his router.  I have connected my mobile and a couple of TV’s in my house, but I am having difficulty connecting any of my Sonos products.  When I launch the Sonos app, at the top it says “WiFi isn’t connected Learn More”.  After tapping on that, it gives me another page with “WiFi isn’t connected AND You need to connect this mobile device to the same network as Sonos”.  At the bottom it has an icon indicating “Go to WiFi settings”.  After tapping on a WiFi screen pops up showing some of the available networks.  The top one is the one my mobile is connected to and it shows “Connected”.  I cannot figure out what I’m doing wrong.

Hola tengo una consulta, el Sonos Amp tiene formato Flac y Alac es compatible?

Can the Port driving a slave amp be configured to work with an ARC to drive rear speakers in surround? Dan

Hello all, I just bought a Sony turntable with phono preamp to play vinyl on. I currently have the Amp, Sub, Arc, and two Sonos architectural built in speakers. The whole Sonos system is set up in my family room like surround sound. When I connect the turntable to the Amp, the app does not give me the option for Browse> Line-In. Does that mean that I would have to disconnect my surround sound system from the Amp in order for it to play the turntable? I would love to leave everything connected and just be able to play my turntable over the whole system. Is that possible?

I bought an in ground passive subwoofer and would like to connect it to my Amp. I ran 12 AWG wire from the sub to the Amp and then realized it was an RCA connector. Do I need to install anything between the RCA connector and the speaker wire? Or, do I just need to buy an RCA connector?

I want to to connect my Sonos on my tv and have only this sound (not my tv sound )i want to control the sound with my Apple TV remote ( i can put in temporary audio out but not in default…i need to do every time i open my tv go to setting go to temporary unclick to tv sound and click to Sonos !!! pls anyone can help me ??? Thx in advance

I am house sitting at the moment and the owner told me I can use their SONOS play1. If AirPlay was compatible with this speaker, I’d be fine but, as it isn’t, I have two questions:Can I log into my own SONOS account and use it with their speaker? How is it possible to log out of their account to log into mine? Would this mess up their system when they return to log in? If option 1 is not possible, can I log into my music service on their account and log out of it when I leave? They use SONOS in their main home - if I logged in, would they have access to my music service? I’m embarrassed of my music choices, so want to stay as private as possible! Thank you.

Good morning, looking for some help here as driving me nuts now!BBC Radio 2, in this instance, but same with all BBC Sounds  stations. Drops out after 10-15 seconds. So far, I have hard wired a device, rebooted all devices, deleted app, re-authorised Sounds, and still have the same issue. If I Airplay from a device to a Sonos, it works without issues.Which leads me to the Sounds/Sonos issue? What can we try next?

I have an Arc, sub and Era 300s for rears. Arc is connected via eArc to an LG G3 TV.I’m using the Dolby Labs Functional Testing album on Apple Music on an Apple TV 4K. When I play the 7.1 track, everything sounds great. Surround and rear surround channels are very distinct, and the rear surround channels are as loud as the surround channels. Surrounds play from the outside speakers, and rear surrounds from the inside speakers. Great! However, when I play the Atmos tracks, it’s a different story. Surrounds and rear surrounds sound identical, and both come from the outside speakers. It seems as though all I can hear the the inside speaker is probably some reverberation. Is this a bug, by design, or something wrong with my system? The Sonos app correctly shows 7.1 pcm or Dolby Atmos, as appropriate. As an aside, the Arc was originally connected via Arc to an older Sony TV (so no Atmos support). When I got the LG and connected the Arc to it, I got no height channel playback at all when play

As title says can you have the era 300’s working as rears for the amp and if so do you get some degree of spatial audio?

Hi, My Sonos black Sub has died - after opening up the unit, taking out the pcb board and inspecting and testing components, the responsible pcb board component that has failed has been located. Is there someone who has disassembled their sub before, please share the details and/or a clear photo of the component labelled as R 37 on the Main PCB board please so I can source a replacement.  Thanks in advance Sonos Community crew. Lenny K

Last weekend, my Roam, which was about a year old, didn’t power on. Then, a few days later, my Playbar wouldn’t power on. The devices are on the same network, but they’re in completely different parts of the house, plugged into different power outlets, but it just seems like a very strange coincidence and makes me wonder if there’s malware or some other issue on the network. Or...it could just be coincidence.(FWIW, Sonos replaced the Roam already and the new one is working fine so far. They Playbar is out of warranty, but Sonos is trying to make it a little less expensive for me to replace.)

Hello I’ve only got one speaker working ? Am I missing something ?

Problem connecting sonos products to wifi..can someone please help

I have successfully connected my Sonos One and Bean Gen2 to my Wifi on 2.4GHz. My mobile phone is connected to the same network wifi on 5GHz. In Sonos app, it shows “Sonos and your mobile device must be on the same network”. Actually they are one the same network but connected by different frequency channel. When I switch my phone to 2.4GHz, Sonos can be found without issue.I tried to connect my Sonos to 5GHz Wifi, and it couldn’t connect. I need my phone connect to 5GHz Wifi for faster connection. Can anyone help? Not sure if Sonos only identifies network by Wifi SSID.And can anyone help to confirm if my products (Sonos One & Bean Gen2) can connect to 5GHz?

Hello,The back left side of my sonos arc is heating up (if I look at it from the front, it's the left side). The heating is not so strong that I have to catch my hand when I touch it, but it's still quite noticeable. Is this a natural phenomenon for a sonos arc or should I not notice any noticeable heating and there is something wrong with the device?(The casing of the device heats up even during normal and quiet use, the temperature in the apartment is 24 degrees Celsius.)

According to the supported audio formats it should be possible to add AAC files to the Music Library.I’ve added a directory containing AAC files, but they don’t show up in the music library.so far I’ve tried:different kinds of folders (network shares, NAS, Music folder in Documents) added metainformation to the AAC file using Mp3tag downloaded various AAC sample files for testingWhen I add a mp3 file it will show up, but no AAC I’ve found similar topics while searching for a solution, but none with a solution. So, is somebody able to select AAC files from their music Library ?Is Sonos supporting AAC files in their music library, at all ?

I have no idea what Sonos is. But for the last year or so, I’ve been dealing with someone somehow having access to my Spotify through an app called Sonos. I have never sign up my Spotify on any of it. Im the only person who has access to my Spotify account.  When I speak to costumer service for Spotify, they were never able to solve my issue. I have changed passwords and logged out of all devices multiple times. Still, someone is able to invade my Spotify through the Sonos app and create a device named “Family Room”. None of my neighbors have families around me. I have never given my wifi password to strangers, only 3 people know it and none of them know what Sonos is. Regardless, I still changed my wifi passwords as well.  It got to a point that whenever I saw someone listening my Spotify through Sonos, I’d just take over the speaker and play Metallica, heavy metal and weird noises as loud as possible. Still, at least once a week for the past 18 months I play this game of logging myse

…would send Alexa response audio out through the Five - true or false?!I’ve googled this a bit and can see people suggest that it should, but I’ve just tried and hear nothing from the Five. Is this possible or have I misunderstood? If it is possible, aside from trying a different cable (that I know to have been working about a month ago) what troubleshooting steps can I take?

Hello!  So I'm having issues with sound lately. Seems like anytime I'm watching a movie the sound is not balanced. When I play YouTube/Spotify sound seems to work fine, but movie apps Netflix/Prime/Vudu/HBO Max require me to blast the volume up and the speech is so damn quiet.   Currently watching Indiana Jones on VUDU and the talking is incredibly quiet while the action/music is insanely loud.  Sony Bravia 65"  TV Sound settings have been disabled and routed to just sound bar settings.  In the Sonos app I have applied the speech enhancement and night time modes on/off and tried changing treble/bass to adjust and I can't get anything to balance out. Also lately I have to turn my TV volume up to 70/80 before I can hear clearly and before it was around 15-20 and we could hear perfectly.  Running on HDMI eARC into television.  Feels like I have to just reset everything, but haven't found a clear guide or suggestion that.  Thank you for your assistance!

Hi peeps, does anyone know if the current Arc wall mount that Sonos sells is suitable for an earlier model Play Bar??

Title. Just wondering if adding two more 100’s or 300’s would make any difference or just a waste of money. And before anyone asks I do plan on adding a 2nd sub to complete my movie theatre

I added two One SL for surround speaker and one beam gen2 in room as a group. When I play YouTube on TV which is LG C2, the surround speaker has no sound, how can I set them play together?
