That seems odd. I’d remove the surrounds completely, using the normal process. To be safe, I’d power cycle the Arc (yea, I’m paranoid), then re-add the surrounds.
That worked !
plus I swopped out a 1 and reinstalled all working good now

My guess was some software glitch…and it never hurts to control-alt-delete ;)
